Love supporting small businesses very convinent which they had more birthday cards and bags very cheap balloons wish they had more Balloon options

I love this hidden gem. Owner and daughter are so amazing. I love that I can get all my needs at one store!!! Definitely worth the drive, time, and money.

I have been here and know the owner... this previous post cannot be right. i have been in this store several times and this guy not only cares about his customer s but is a decent person. I love coming to this store and always feel welcomed. Great price, great product without paying for the fluff you see at department stores!

I visited the store yesterday with my husband and two small children. As soon as I came in I asked for help getting a few things. they were very friendly and genuinely wanted to help me find everything we needed. they even offered to order additional baby shark items for our daughters party. We had an amazing 1st experience and will definitely be back

Ordered several balloons for my sons party after having a horrible experience at party city. Not only were they affordable. The staff was friendly and everything was done on time. The balloons are still fully inflated 3 days later.

I went into the store for the 1st time and was amazed at the prices,selection,and great customer service. The staff there is very helpful i highly recommend this store to everyone,especially if you have kids..they even have awesome bookbags with characters that are normally 19.99... Theirs are no more than 10.00!!!i love it you must step in the store for the GREATER EXPERIENCE OF SERVICE!!!

** BEWARE READ ** My mother along with my nephew ( under the age of 5) suffered a traumatic event at this store, We too are business owners and know very well know enough that this was just unacceptable. my mother and nephew have been to this store other times & have not had issues but today was there last. She was checking out with items that my nephew had grabbed then he wanted another item so he went and grabbed it WHICH IS NORMAL he was getting it to bring it back to the cash register & HAVE IT BOUGHT! HE IS A KID! he had no intentions of stealing! nor did my mother the way you approached them and handled the situation was so unnecessary calling them both thiefs & telling her how the kid must be taught & other things! . YOU LIED to defend your previous behavior saying you didnt approach them the way you did & TOLD SEVERAL DIFFRENT STORIES OF WHAT HAPPENED! MY nephew came home crying from this! once the parents & police officer got there to your store after I called them to get her things SHE PAID FOR. you showed the video evidence but there was NO voice recording of what you said to them! so you obviously could say anything to defend yourself. funny how when the parents got there and spoke to you did not talk to them the way you spoke to me over the phone & told them a completely different story! Im sure you though you would get away with your behavior and treatment of a innocent child & grandmother it obviously BACKFIRED! WE TOOK ACTION & DEFENDED ourselves. this Is Upsetting and disgusting please be careful when shopping here folks!TO YOUR RESPONSE! no one is slandering! Or twisting the truth! but writing A REAL REVIEW! you claimed you never called her a thief nor did you to my nephew but then changed your words and said you did! you can say whatever you want because there was no audio & you speak good Spanish Ive made several purchases there and so have my friends & family you can say whatever you want now. you humiliated, offended & falsely accused both of them well obviously they stormed off the kid felt horrible they werent just going to stand there and take it from you especially her being with the kid! at the end we will just take our business somewhere else!
