I like this place you can find a real Pearl in here some times. There is also something that looks like they are past there prim and should be tossed. The Art for your wall is a great deal at this location. This place is big and a little Bizarre because its attached to what looks like another store. I think someone decided to build a weird not so even walk way between the 2 buildings. After that they packed up both building sides together. I felt that even though it was a weird way of making the place bigger it works. It looked Stable and strong. I felt safe passing through it. A lot of people passed between both sides with no looks of concern. The employees are nice and I felt welcomed by them. The kids enjoyed looking around as did I. This place is well kept it looks nice I know I will be coming back sometime.
Went in looking for an inexpensive vase. I found a real nice, thick, heavy one for just $5, great find! Check-out employee was very pleasant ☺
Great prices on used items. Lots of selection. Popular place.
Staff were very friendly and did their best on keeping things orderly when people were in line to check out. Had a LOT of Halloween items new and used. Aisles are small, though, which can make it hard to look at items when people are coming through with shopping carts or baskets. I was very surprised at the number of new items they had that were marked down!
Very clean and well organized. You will not be disappointed here! Vivienne was the nice lady who checked us out and she was so delightful. This is one of the best GWs I have visited
This store is always clean. They have clean restrooms and dressing rooms. This location has a large room called more store with furniture. It is great.
Good deals. Organized.
All new Chinese items. Like walking into dollar store
My experience at all Goodwills are all different and this particular one was not one of my favorite even though it is very spacious and it has a lot of items for women but if you are a man and or looking for a thrifty deal this Goodwill is not your store but I do appreciate what Goodwill stands for
Its a great place to find used items. They do have new items as well. Prices are great. You shopping here will help someone else.
Although it is a nice place to pick up a tchotchke or some other interesting item, I still cant believe that they make money off of stuff that people are donating....Nice gig tho 😉
They never have a good selection and are over priced when you do find something.
Cool, cool...liked!!
Found video games in great condition at this Goodwill. Some for REALLY good prices. Neat and organized place and always easy to find the games.
Clothing selection is good but boutique section of nicer clothes is overpriced. I hate that they ask you to round up at the register, for a donation.Central Florida Goodwill says they do acceptReturns or exchanges within 7 days, but the associate with short hair by the jewelry counterrudely said no to both. I will not return to theBrandon sore.
Its a bit more expensive than the other local thrift stores, but it has a bigger inventory too. I usually go here if the others dont have what Im looking for. Lighthouse on the corner of 60 & Bryan is my first choice, they always have great deals. Check them out if you dont believe me.
First time there. Just traveling will definitely come back when i am back this way. Nice store.
Always look for knick macs here. Prices are too high in clothing.
Mostly retail. the rest is disorganized and trashy looking. Michigan has WAAAAAY better Goodwill stores.
Great customer service skills satisfaction
This place is awesome.
Great place for shopping and nice customer service
As expected, the shop is a bit cluttered but dont let that stop you. Have gotten jeans, workout clothing, dresses (whole bunch of high quality, you just have to look through them), puzzles and board games for a fraction of their new cost. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. Halloween costumes are very inexpensive here and they have a lot of inventory this time of year. I donate to them all the time as it really helps their mission. These superstores provide a shipping experience similar to a TJ Maxx just way cheaper and it helps the community.
Good variety
Store is clean, organized and full of great deals! Cute knick knacks, a wall of books (inducing hard covers!), DVDs, small appliances, clothing for the entire family, household items, small tools, even things for the family pet and front porch! Come browse or have a helpful employee show you where to find what you need!
Pretty good selection, staff was great, store was clean, could have been more toys for youngins. Line to drop off donations was also the line to pick up big items, needs to be rerouted far better so people dont block the handicap parking.
Nice people . Both new and used items.
The workers there are very helpful and there are very good quality goods there.
Great customer service
You can find a lot of nice things at extremely cheap prices.
I love it, I get a lot of clothes for me and hubby for a good price
Well organized. Clean. Great holiday merchandise.
It was fairly clean when I went in. The people were very friendly.
Great Store . But you Have to Watch the Prices, some used items are SOLD the same as a New Prices that are in the Stores
Its big and have some good bargans...just need to look for it.
Not a great goodwill. Lots of clothes and shoes but little else. Lots of new purple tag merchandise that is full price
Everything is here at affordable prices
Goodwill today is not the Goodwill of old. A great selection and much better quality of most items. Hard to find my size in pants....but with persistence grins are possible. Sondra I just met is no doubt one of the finest people I have ever met....so kind and loving. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Employees like her are a tremendous asset.!!
I enjoy going to goodwill nice place to visit and shop. Very good prices some are ok some could be better, but worth your time to vist.
This is a clean store with lots of everything. Some new & lots of old merchandise. Its a huge store with vending machines if u need a snack. Most clothe items 4.99 at the most. House hold items a bit higher. Some brick n brack reasonably priced. Helpful staff to assist with whatever.
Love this place. They have gotten pricey over the years but still a bargain. I find the coolest stuff here. Recently I got an almost brand new looking popcorn machine, dog cage, and a very unusual looking teapot along with a beautiful Coach purse (Yes, real. Forth one I have found there.) They have a wide selection of clothing and other things as well. My family says I dont buy things from the Goodwill, I only rent them.06/05/2021 Goodwill has started closing promptly at 6 p.m. since Pandemic. I don’t go as often as I once did but see prices have continued to climb. They have moved things around and seem to have more of their own stuff out instead of donated household goods. Probably why I don’t go a lot anymore. Still fun to shop there because you never know what you’ll find.
Found some pretty good deals today.
So much stuff and good prices
Good clean well kept store, alot of new items.
Its getting harder to find anything nice now. Its like they sell it online and put out the junk.
Staff was very busy stocking the shelves with fresh goods. I have been to other goodwill sites and this one is the best for me. Everyone is so helpful and courteous. The only recent issue I have is that the goodwill has increased their prices. Ive seen Mercedes Benz cars in the parking lot and see the person leaving and I realize that some shoppers are shopping for resale not personal use and I figured thats why the goodwill has increased their prices. There are still people who need to shop at the goodwill. Sad that some people have to take advantage and ruin it for others who really cant afford to shop at the mall but Its a free country.
If you see something that requires a power cord dont get because they sell you the power cord separately it does not come with the item
People are very friendly
Looking and finding seasonal wares for reasonable prices!
Very helpful staff, they are cheerful and always ready to help if you need it.Ask for Danielle, she is the best! Always smiling. I sometimes go everyday- never know what you might find!
I used to love coming here to get good deals, but now all the “nice” pants, shirts, Bras, and bathing suits run for what they’d cost brand new, the Dressing room only allows 4 items at a time, and the dressing room employees are VERY rude, it makes it hard to try on a bulk of clothing, especially when you have a cart full of clothes. What blows me away is that they have staff posted at the women’s dressing rooms enforcing rules but the men’s rooms has NO staff enforcing rules. BIAS much! I’d rather drive the extra 20 minutes to 301 & enjoy their big store & no staff posted at the dressing rooms watching your every move then screaming at you if you have FIVE ITEMS instead of 4. I’ve been shopping here for years, I can read, but you know id rather have all my stuff in the room with me so I can try it all on in 15 minutes rather than 35-40.
Great help unloading and a very helpful group to people in need
Store is dirty, not much social distancing bigger selection than most goodwill stores but everything is over priced to be given free. Eventho more selection, not the best selection.
You keep a clean store. Friendly staff.
Its Goodwill. Pretty standard. The selection is decent and the clothes are better compared to plant city. Theyve cut back on the CDs and DVDs which is kind of a shame. Overall they are worth a visit.
Prices are too high on hardback books, but the staff is very friendly and the store is always clean.
Prices are to high to me for a thirt store
It was just fine lots of new stuff there
Its fun to shop at Goodwill. Imagine the possibilities. But it gets so busy too many people. You can get some good deals if you shop around but a lot of it is almost retail price now. Goodwill is not what it used to be.
I swear i was just looking... but then there was 2 must have... so I had to
Best to come early. Staff is well mannered. Found if we went later the store is generally in disarray because theyre so many people the stack cant keep up with customers throwing things on the floor.
Excellent place to shop for clothing to furniture to decor! The prices are very reasonable and the staff very helpful. Definitely worth a stop!
No organization as far as clothes or shoes sizes go. Very dirty, barely anything looks remotely clean enough
Super busy. Seems to have more junk from closed businesses than actual thrift merchandise.
They have good stuff, but its not worth the time. the staff watches you like your stealing and are not helpful. My son wanted to play with a toy while I was changing my clothes, and they knocked on my dore to tell me he couldnt have it in there. I also watched two men go up to a girl, cause her of stealing when she opened her purse and she didnt have anything they just walked away and didnt even apologize!I would never return to this store!
One of my go to places for gently used items
Prices are ridiculously high for used free merchandise, found a pair of shoes used without laces and asked manager if she could do any better on the price as it was already very high and she wasnt willing to move an inch. Goodwill is becoming a retail store and no longer has the bargains it used to a I recommend supporting smaller competitive charity business instead.
Great service.....Thanks
You only color of the week.no discounts
Always find something go to buy
Nice and clean...well stocked and well run.
Awesome customer service my wife and kid and her family love it. You find things you never think you would! You meet some awesome people along the way.
Had items stocked in the Halloween section that were not on clearance, which is clearly misleading because they were stocked in abundance and were items that they were selling with all of the Halloween merchandise because they were skull ashtrays and manager clearly didnt seem to care, even after I told him that other customers had the items thinking that they were on clearance also. I suggested that he have someone remove them from that section and he just walked away...will probably never return to this store....
Dropped off a large, real wood, sturdy, 8 drawer dresser. Pulled up with trailer for an employee to meet me outside to say they couldnt take the piece of furniture. Said they couldnt sell because of paper residue on the top, which I then scraped off with my fingernail. Left the piece there after the guy let me unload it by myself. Have never had any DONATION denied. Next time, think Ill try a local church or another place that will appreciate a decent piece of furniture.
An absolutely, unbelievably horrible location. Overly priced... its Goodwill, your inventory cost is $0. Everything is given to your store for free. $5 should buy someone a full wardrobe. Items should not have an additional $10 tacked on for being new... its not new, its literally used and has probably been sitting in someones closet or garage for 5 years. Pricing convention is not uniform even for the exact same products. The shoppers are rude and jump in front of you and will block your buggy so you cant get in an aisle where theyre looking. The checkout lines are chaos... the lines are not defined, product displays are in the middle of any area that could possibly form a defined line. People will cut in front of other customers and cashiers will open lines and will not call over the next person. They allow anybody to cut in front of those who have been waiting. The majority of the cashiers are slow and are not interested in keeping the line open. I cant think of one positive...
Clean. Pretty well organized. Great prices. I can always find what I want as long as I allow time to shop for it
Nice and clean
Good store but prices are slowly rising
Some things are priced higher than they should really. They will put out anything, even stuff so used and abused no one would want it. There used to be a bigger selection of art. Sometimes you can find cool stuff here tho.
Items are very overpriced especially being that items have been donated. Goodwill seems to be more of an gold mine for the owners. New items & worn items are priced the same. Go see for yourself. Id definitely recommend shopping at the smaller but unique thrift stores.
This is a good store if you need to buy inexpensive clothing and home good. There is also a place in which you can donate items. This is what I do because Goodwill sponsor programs for people who need job training, living facilities and health support. I believe on supporting programs that can better society.
People that work there can be rude. Have to look for the deals.
All good slim pickins
While Goodwill is a fun alternative to buying expensive clothes and items from Walmart or Target, it can have some issues. Some items are damaged and falling apart. The floors and dressing rooms are sometimes dirty and seem quite neglected.Customer service is the bottom line of a good business. This specific Goodwill was a little rusty. The cashiers had a rude tone and seemed very rushed and unhappy during checkout. When I tried to get a soda from the vending machine (don’t bother, a very unpleasant drink), it wouldn’t take my bill. I figured I’d ask for change, but the cashier said “Over there. “ in a horrible tone. So I went there and the worker told me they didn’t “give out money”.If a worker reads this, please consider cleaning up your store and working on customer service. Thank you and keep it up!
I cant believe the prices. For a second hand shop with things donated these people are way way over charging! I wont donate to Goodwill anymore. My stuff will go to Lighthouse or Salvation Army.
This place use to be good, now it’s nothing more than a cheap china store. Most their items are what they buy and all donated paintings and other items are now sent to another location to be auctioned off online so that they can make more money on something that was given to them for free. I’ll never step foot back into this place again.
This is a good store if you enjoy thrift stores. There is usually a wide selection of goods and now have color of the day with 50% off.
Wow just look at the answer for mr Richard... Goodwill gives emoyement to the community and expenses for transportation and sourcing ..lol as of any other profit company which they do pay for their inventory ... all goodwills are going insane overpriced for a charity nonprofit organization... people will stop donationg one day.. Salvation Army is way better..
Huge store with a huge selection. Im a newbie thrifter and I was able to find lots of name brand clothes, in great condition. Prices arent bad at all, look out for the discounted tags.
No matter what I always find multiple items of clothing/shoes and I pretty much only wear vintage stuff. There are definitely cheaper thrift stores but Goodwill has a big selection. Some things however are inappropriately priced.
Good variety of items. For second hand items, they are a little over priced. Nice looking store. People tend to stop and visit with their neighbors. Nice feeling all around.
The prices are much higher than I would expect from a Goodwill store. The store was organised and the staff was helpful. It was also pretty clean.
