Have been utilizing their no contact grocery pick up service. This has been my lifeline since the pandemic hit. While pre pandemic had many complaints about in store, I truly cannot say enough WONDERFUL, FANTASTIC, things about the no contact grocery shopping. This team is fabulous!!!! I get quality products, replacement if out of stock, and very good experience with the fruits and vegetables!!!! Have only once had to return an item in over a year and it was promptly handled over the phone. My hat is off to the pick up team, havent had a bad experience yet! Keep it up, we immune compromised folks need this service. Thank you!!!! Appreciate you going to work each day!

Better than most other Walmarts, but what do you expect? A Trader Joes like shopping experience? You get what you pay for; that includes customer service. Still, not that bad!

This used to be one of the best Wal-Marts in the area. Now look at it. They always have boxes piled up in the aisles. As soon as someone gets hurt then they will rectify the problem. This is an everyday occurrence. You will never see this in Target. Really a shame. Leave items in the back until its ready to be stocked. And please do not ask a store associate for help. They never know anything!!!

Walmart supercenter 1208 East Brandon blvd. Helpful, friendly.I HAVE ONLY 1 COMPLAINT: FOR SOME REASON THE STAFF THAT RETRIEVE THE GROCERY CARTS LINE THEM UP AND BLOCK THE DISABILITY PARKING SPACE THAT IS PERPENDICULAR TO THE STORE. Its been blocked on three occasions that I had to go in the store and ask a person in a yellow shirt have them remove the carts so that I may leave the parking space. I have complained about this MULTIPLE TIMES and I want to make sure you understand that this is the Brandon Store. The 1208 East Brandon blvd. store that continuously blocks these perpendicular to the store disabled parking spaces with LINED UP GROCERY CARTS! I have complained to multiple people including the assistant manager. I have never spoken to the manager as he has always sent someone else to deal with the situation.

But if Your ever shopping for a School Event like Homecoming or Prom they Sell out Days After the Announcement of the Event especially of there Standard Button Down Black/White Shirts & Black or Grey Slacks for Young Men & Pastie bras for Young Ladies. A Few Workers even Directed Me to Ross & Macys.

Never enough cashiers and never fails have been forced to use self checkout due to no cashiers at the busiest time of day. I have had two incidents with the self checkout, the first time I had scanned over 400$ worth of stuff, had 2 carts full and I needed a over ride for something I had purchased. I waited with the light blinking with the hopes someone wld come over so I could complete my transaction. She walked over and seemed annoyed because she was supposed to be off 15 minutes ago, and continued to have her conversation with other employees standing around, while doing my over ride . She tried her overide code once and it didnt work, then she accidentally rang me up for something I had not purchased and instead of voiding the one item she voided the whole transaction, I told her before she did it she just needed to void the one item and watched her hit void order, even after it asked if she was sure she hit yes. I watched her void my whole order and act like she didnt know what happened. I waited a hour for the one manager to finally come to the self checkout, I was told only one manager was in the store but the cash order had just came and she needed to count the $ before she could come fix my order. The manager did not apologize for me having to wait for her to come out,nor for the cashiers mistake. She just said well I cant pull up the voided transaction, so your gonna have to re ring it all, 400$ of groceries that I had already had bagged. I told her that was not going to happen I told her what my total said before she voided the whole order and the cashier also told her the same dollar amount. The manager seemed very agrevated and she was not going to go out of her way to find a solution. I told her I new she could enter the dollar amount in the system manually for a fact from my past experience, and she shook her head and said well were not supposed to, entered my dollar amount and said swipe your card and walked away.

Went in with friend & decided to get flu shingles vaccine. Hadnt used them before for medication but didnt take long to give them my info nor to get in for vaccines. As a matter of fact gentleman even switched to smaller needle as I explained how easily I bruise. Didnt hurt at all nor bruise. Most grateful. Quick & Courteous

One of the best places to buy groceries. Great prices as well.Also, there is a website, JW.ORG, that provides comfort and encouragement regarding what God is doing for us now and, more importantly, what hes going to do in the near future. Please check it out.

WalMart used to be a good store. Now you have to check out yourself. Maybe one or two cashiers and there lines are backed up. Christmas should be great checking yourself out. Shelves not stocked. Ive been to 5 different ones and they are all like that. I dont shop there like I used to.

Its Walmart everyone knows what it is but unfortunately you have to be your own cashier.They need to rehire cashers and stop using machines to replace people.Customer service is never good. Most employees seems to be just moving through the day just to get out of there.For one of the largest employers they should do better they could do better for the employees.

Been sick over a week since Ive been here. They have taken down the fence in the parking lot, blocking the Garden Center. But the Garden Center is still locked up at back entrance. Dont know whats going on with the Health Clinic. But the inside is much better now.

I really like this location its very close to my house and has self checkout lines which is good. Its always a pleasant experience when I go which is quite often. Place crowded and so many people walking around without mask. And of course Walmart never have enough checkers. Some areas needed to be stocked but I do understand that with the virus that can be impossible at times.

Was in and out. Didnt have the exact Products I went shopping for but I bought a different brand at a lower price. I am happy with my decision to go ahead and give the other brand a try because they actually work better than the ones I wanted to purchase. So everything worked out for me and I saved 7 dollars on the purchase.

East Brandon (Valrico) Location...Poor customer service!!!! My 73 year old father went to purchase a rifle for hunting. The sales associate was very rude and rushing him with the computer application. Remember he is 73 years old!!! He asked my mother to help him then the associate yelled if he cant do it on his own then Im not selling the rifle to him and canceled his application. What happened to customer service and the smile that Walmart valued in their employees. Ill take my business elsewhere

It’s Walmart, what can you possibly say. You have to love that there are 35 registers, and only her self checkouts are open. They should pay me to be a cashier for my own goods!!

Finding a Walmart gift card was difficult. Finally found one for gas. The price for gas was good. I actually filled both my vehicles with gas today.

Carlos is the manager that motto was no problem. He was so kind as to willingly go out of his way to do a sale for my father even when the other associate was so not sure if we wanted to wait 40 min for the process to purchase. Johnathan definitely doesnt like selling guns. Carlos needs a raise for customer service and comfort.

Great place to shop...has everything from A to Z...plenty parking spaces...different types of services in front of cashier area...Too much to describe.

Shopping was just fine. Women and mens restrooms are filty.There was s time when they were clean. Now, I Ieave and go to Publix. There restrooms are always clean and smell nice.

Best WalMart location in Brandon. The others to be honest really are not good. Busy to get in and out. Need more cashiers. If self checkout is the new norm then customers should get a self checkout discount.

Unlike my experience at another nearby Walmart Supercenter. I had very little wait time at this location to checkout... no long lines or limited checkout stations. The Garden Center entrance was not open, which was the reason for said visit, but one has access through the main part of store. Got what I need to get done in and out.

I had a great experience at this walmart. I was able to go in, find what I needed, and pay for my items in a timely matter. I did not need assistance but there were plenty of employees available to assist. The store was not too crowded and it was clean and orderly.

Tony in automotive is second to none as an employee always goes above and beyond to make sure that youre satisfied as a customer. Any company that employees personnel like Tony for whatever position will thrive and benefit greatly especially if theres customer service involved I cant say enough about how pleased I am with Tony and his team.

This is my favorite Walmart location. Since moving to FL, this particular location has always been a 20-30 minute drive, but it’s worth it. Pre-COVID, it was always the cleanest location and the employees have always been friendly. I never felt like I bothering an associate when asking for help.When COVID hit, they were out of shopping carts one day, and I asked an employee if I could leave my items with him (since I was still shopping). He was stocking shelves, but he actually left his ”post” to go search the parking lot for me. Ive never experienced this level of customer service from Walmart before.For the last two months, we have utilized the grocery pickup. I have a few critiques regarding the return system (but that’s an app issue). We’ve only had to wait 10 minutes (max), but we chose a busy delivery window.Usually, they are ready with our pick up order 15 minutes prior, and Ive actually missed my delivery window once (due to an accident) but didnt experience issues. I normally schedule my pickups between 9:00-12:00 pm, and only wait 2-5 minutes. Our most recent shopping trip, they were actually outside waiting for us to park which was surprising. We’ve also received goodie bags on two occasions (super random, but a nice touch).The fruit here is also surprisingly fresh. We used Shipt from Publix for the past year, and we received (on several occasions) where our fruit began to mold the next day. However, I did remove a star, because, in the past month, we received cracked eggs and grapes that molded.There was one occasion I thought they gave me a plastic pineapple, and almost called the store irate but I realized that the pineapple was actually real.Grateful that grocery pick up exists, and that this location (for the most part) is nailing it.

Love this Walmart! Although been here only twice, our first time there was during the week and second time was on a Sunday and was very very full! So my husband decided we will do our groceries during the week when its not so crowded. Seems to be very well stocked.

Nice store, helpful associates,never had any real issues when shopping. Just make sure to shop early for fresh fruit and veggies. Later in the day the fruit and veggies dont look as good.

No cashier open for check or wic card this Walmart have bad organizations...

This location is overall, good. Clean, good variety, items in stock, good pricing, mostly good/friendly service... Check out mostly leans to a self-service variety, sometimes with only 1-2 full service lines open. I dislike this very much. When its crowded, and they have more lines open, they usually move very slowly.

This store use to be tops. As of recent it barely has anything in stock. I come at least 4 times a week, I normally by Kool Aid Jammers for my kids and got the last month or 2 it has been empty. There are barely Capri Suns there to. They need to go back to having quantity with the quality. Same thing goes for there lunchables always empty. I wish some one in corporate and sees and reaches out to me. I have a few more things to say but it wont be nice

Shelves were empty, but what irritated me the most is Walmarts silent push to highly persuade people to self checkout. I waited 20 minutes in THE ONLY cashier operated checkout out!If Walmart wants people to self checkout, then they should give the shopper a percentage off the bill at payment. If the shopper is doing Walmarts job and responsibility, then they should kick something back to the customer.

Most employees block isles with their picker carts, step or reach in front of people who are moving (forcing them to stop) without a simple excuse me or sorry.All of which leads me to believe those employees feel they are better than the shoppers.Heres a tip : When you force an old timer like me to start & stop over and over, thats hard on the joints. Then when I dont get a simple courtesy like Excuse me, thats what make me feel those employees hate their customers.

Store is crowed and some areas were messy. I had to wait in line to get checked out. The only have two cashiers. We are suppose to spend lots of money, then check out, and bag our own items. This is the first time Ive shopped there since Dec 2020. Dont plan on going back.

Very dangerous! Parking lot is always full of homeless and rug addicts. Beware they come up to your car and they come up to you and harass and beg very aggressively and even wait by your car! Dont come here alone, especially at night

Every time I go to Walmart @ James Redman the fruits and vegetables are rotten with fungus on the rotten. You would think that they should remove it from the stands so that the rest won’t get rotten too but they don’t. Also when you go to the meat area you can see that most of the meat on the beef area is spoiled rotten. An other thing when they where remodeling the store there was a lot of mold where the cokes and juices where, it was so bad that my son and I got really bad allergic reaction to it. Every since than I always get an allergic reaction still. Also the guy that works in electronics area was so slow, I let him and the lady at costumer service that I suffer of anxiety so I asked them kindly to hurry up because they were being so slow and they didn’t acknowledge my situation they thought I was exaggerating but little did they know I was trying to to control it because I didn’t want to make a scene. So yeah as I was going to my car I got worse and ended up getting a sever anxiety attack. Yes you might think why didn’t she take her medication which I did let them know. So the reason I didn’t take is because when I take it I get very drowsy and am not able to drive while I’m on it because it gets me sleepy. For my safety and for others I don’t take it if I have to drive.

Went for my pick up order. CJ was fantastic, very professional, friendly and a great sense of humor, I left with a smile on my face. He is a great team member.

They don’t answer the phone when you are trying to pick up your order. They have virtually no signage to tell you where pickup location is

The lines were too long, and the prices are about what you would pay anywhere. No great savings there.

I visited on Weds April 7th...I was trying to find a manager to speak to because there is an employee there whos name is Mark that was stocking the water isle.When I strolled up with my cart he asked if he could help me find anything. The brand of water I was looking for wasnt on the shelf and when I told him what it was I wanted, he told me they had some in back and he could go get it for me, which he did!! He was very kind, super fast, and I wanted it to be noted I really appreciate him doing that for us!!Please let him know I tried to report to the manager but couldnt seem to find them. This is true customer service and helps me smile remembering his pleasant attitude and willingness to go above and beyond! Thank you Mark!!

Poorly stocked, not Sams vision Im sure. Seems like they are waving the white flag to online giants. Employees are nice, helpful. Produce is fresh. Most dry goods lightly stocked.

Definitely would not recommend anybody shopping there especially self checkout stop me at the door ask to look at my hands dont know why the items that I paid for I had to leave behind because they wanted to accuse me of stealing because it looked like something wasnt being scanned right to them or I dont know what the deal was but they were going to try to put me in jail for nothing I would recommend them not having self checkout if they want to sit there and try to accuse their customers of stealing and at the same time I had to leave the items that I paid for behind cuz these people are going to try to put me in jail theyre crazy they really need to do something about their trying to put their customers in jail that come and pay money there every day

The bathrooms in the front had 4 stalls 2 which were not working one with no toilet paper and the other was occupied, the ones in back was ok. Loved the size of the store, large selection of items.

Picked up my groceries first time. I must say it was nice.The prices are the same as inside shopping for yourself. They bring it out to your car and put it in the trunk or backseat, and you drive away.

We had a party of 5 and went for breakfast on Mothers day. We expected a long wait but used call ahead and got our table immediately. The were very busy but all our food came out quick and everything was delicious.

It is small but its so good doing the grocery in this Walmart.

Location is good. Lines are too long. 2 cashiers for 40 lined up people. Self check out is good but when 3/7 machines are broken, no good.Store is a little bit organized too crowded.I am not sure why the healthier options of foods are not really there. Most of the breads are all white and not many healthier options.Overall, I like the convenience of location and product availability.

I have to say that your employee Vanessa that works by the garden center, shes been there for 7 months attended me extremely well. I asked her where they had the trampolines for sale and she knew exactly where they were, she even stopped what she was doing and took me straight there. She even held a great conversation.
