Friendly people and great coffee. I highly recommend that the pickup counters be cleaned regularly. There was not a clean to put my cell, purse, wallet or any other small hang on. I noticed that there were enough personnel and only 1 person waiting in line behind us. So it doesnt take much time to clean the counters and make the store shine.Will return for more coffee and I hope Its clean.
Love this Starbucks, I drive 5 minutes more just to come here and this morning had an amazing experience. Kirstie was amazing and exceeded expectations. She’s great!
We chose this one because it is open later than all the others in the area. Which is good. Most close way too early. The problem was the accuracy or maybe it was the quality of the drink my wife ordered. This isnt unique to this location. Her favorite is the Caramel Ribbon Crunch. She did not get it made properly. It was more like a caramel flavored coffee slush. Missing was the whipped cream and dark caramel and something like chopped nuts were substituted for the candy crunch. Back on the busy highway before noticed. She probably wouldnt have let me return it anyway.
They have quality drinks but they have a bad system. Very slow inside the store and even slower drive through.
So so so so slow go to any other location. They need to get better people for a high volume store
Although they are nice and seem to get my order made pretty quickly… Every time I try to order on the mobile app it tells me that everything is sold out. It said an iced coffee is sold out….?

I think the District Manager needs to spend a day or two here. It’s such a hit or miss and the drinks aren’t cheap. Everything is always sold out, in the app or when I go in; I don’t understand how you sell out of cold brew in a coffee shop. Also the lack of haste during the morning rush hour blows my mind; literally it seemed the barista on Wednesday morning was moving in slow motion, to the point where another barista asked if I needed help as she was still making her way to grab my drink in the mobile order station... which was right behind her. You can’t work rush hours slowly. And to top it off, my drink is usually made like trash. Asked for salted caramel cold brew and I consistently get something that tastes like an iced latte... or milk in a cup with a splash of coffee. I thought Starbucks prided themselves on specific recipes...which if followed shouldn’t be giving me poor quality drinks with a high price tag. Ah, and all of a sudden this location doesn’t allow for mobile orders ... what...?!Please send the DM to this location and have some re training- and I’m saying this as I too am a Team Leader and I would not allow my team to provide such poor service this consistently.

This location needs good help. Their hours dont reflect when there is actually someone there to serve customers. They close earlier than the hours state and open later than marked. When you call the phone number no one answers. Several cars will pile up in the drive through, you can see workers in the building, but none of them seem to be bothered to tell anybody that they’ve closed early or open late. It’s as simple as saying “sorry, we’re closed.” This has happened several times now. They need new management.
Best Starbucks in town they always get the drinks right. Only drawback is the store is a dirty mess almost every time I go there. That is why only 4 stars.
This location is almost always out of everything, which is understandable because it’s been hard for everyone to get their shipment in. But at least write a sign BEFORE you pull up to the speaker box after sitting in line for 20+ minutes.Also, they’re always closed 1-2 hours before their online hours say. I just drove 30 minutes out of my way, pulled up at 8:45 to a closed Starbucks that says everywhere they’re open until 10. With no sign anywhere to be found. Highly unprofessional.
What a great experience at Starbucks! Never have i been able to order a coffee exactly how I wanted it being low carb and get the help and happiness while doing so. Jacob and Love are their names and they did wonderful helping out and answering every question!!
The coffee is consistent as expected. But a 30+ minute (and counting) wait for 5 pretty standard drinks ordered through the app is not. Second time here and same basic experience.
Very upset with this Starbucks today. Went to go inside and the doors were locked and the signage didn’t even make sense. When I got up to the order screen there was a putrid smell coming from near surroundings. When I got up to the window I was not greeted. The worker proceeded to hand me the drinks and didn’t tender my order first then collected payment after. My drinks tasted chalky, and I will say there is a woman that came out correcting my order and she was very sweet and apologized for my inconvenience.
We bought a espresso coffee bean but the lady who took care of us didn’t grind it for espresso machine which I told her so, however I called back and I think if I’m not mistaken his name was Antony told me to return it and he will give me a new beans for my espresso machine . Awesome stuff I love this place we always go every afternoon . 😍😍😍 thank you guys. Their items are good but I wish they could carry more items in the menu. The coffee is expensive but people still come to them to buy the coffee because they want to go there to feel better so it will be good if they had better and more intuitive or more tentative customer service. And not to be afraid to suggest items when a customer doesn’t know what to get
Not the best Starbucks should’ve know when the guy asked if we wanted a medium when went through the drive through. Gave me a grande ice water asked for venti. Asked for an iced coffee they gave me hot then took it back and poured like two ice cubes in. Then put whip on my Java chip. They probably have made our order correctly one time in the past several months. Don’t wait in the line drive down the road to the other one.

They keep changing their hours constantly one day they close at 9 and now 8 and they open at 3:30pm it really makes no sense. Why even stay open at all. We were there a few minutes before they closed and the line was long so they turned down cars in the drive thru. I guess losing money and customers isn’t a problem for this Starbucks. Even if you try calling here to ask their hours they don’t answer the phone so honestly it’s best to avoid this location they obviously don’t want your business.
Your state doesnt require masks. Your business should do the same. Stop forcing your agenda on my freedom. Your coffee isnt that important. Plus, its hard to push your mask mandate when your bathrooms dont even have soap.
This Starbucks is always out of everything. I also order a drink and the Frappuccino taste spoiled so I took it back and staff was absolutely rude and have no form of professionalism I will never use this Starbucks again

This location is absolutely horrendous! Always always a long wait! I use to order as I was getting off the Selmon for mobile and I would still wait 10+ mins when I get there. Not sure if its a staffing issue, a training issues or just a general lack of a sense of urgency. Avoid this location at all costs unless you have 30 mins to waste waiting for your order!

Its Starbucks. What do you want? People are opinionated on the cost, but we all go and it is what it is. Heres the relevant stuff: the staff is always super nice, they try to move you through as quickly as possible, and the drinks are consistently well done.
They had my online order out early on a busy morning and gave me an extra sandwich because they heated a second one up on accident. I love this Starbucks!
Ordered the lemon loaf. The cake was very very dry. My caramel frappuccino was way to thick I couldnt even suck thru my straw had to let it melt to drink it. Very not satisfied
The drinks were made correctly but the wait time in line MUST be improved. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes with four cars ahead of me!

Got my order right and was nice to me.
Went in, was not greeted like usually but that did not bother me. It’s a busy location. What did bother me was when I was called to get my drink it was made horribly (brown sugar shaken espresso with oatmilk) it was all milk, no coffee! I get this drink everyday, I know how it’s suppose to look and taste. I politely asked the barista if that was my drink because it didn’t look right, he was so rude and told me that it was and that’s how it was made. I told him I get this drink everyday and this wasn’t it. I also told him that there was no need for him to get upset, that I just didn’t like that drink. He snapped back at me telling me that he couldn’t take the drink back that he would just make me another one. He did, gave it to me with an attitude and said have a nice day. The new drink tasted like dragon fruit, I guess he made it in a shaker that was previously used for a dragon fruit drink. I’m never coming back to that store. I was treated poorly and left very unhappy.
Starbucks is definitely different since Covid. All the inside seating is put up. It would be great if they let just a few more seats down to give it that Starbucks feel again. The ground needs some TLC as well. A lot of trash outside around the building not what Id expect from a Starbucks.I wasnt thrilled with my Chai Tea. It was watery even after a 2nd attempt. I did enjoy the eggs whites however. My favorite thing there.
The strawberry acai lemonade with extra strawberries is the best!!
The service is up and down like night and day. There was a time that this store is my favorite, now not so much. Since the covid starts the store had very irregular hours with unexpected announcement that you only know when you walk to the door. The staff has been changing much that my drinks often missing some important ingredients like sweetener and whipped cream. I wish I could love this place again.
I Literally hate this location. Late, Lazy and Never efficient. Mobile order placed at 255 regular coffee. Pick up just now..330. WHY? And yes I do have an attitude. A mobile order placed to make it easier and I am still waiting. What is the point of mobile ordering?

They were actually (out) of caramel drizzle for my iced caramel macchiato so they gave me caramel flavoring with extra vanilla..which helped, but drink not as flavorful, but when they have caramel drizzle normally the drink is awesome!..hoping running (out of caramel drizzle) doesnt become common place.

Ordered on my phone. Very quickly made. Seamless easy process for a newbie. Only issue was when I set up my account it automatically charged 25$ to my bank account (overdrawing my account). That is the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise it would be 5 atars.

This is the third time that I have shown up at 11am and the building is locked. There are no signs on the doors explaining this. Who runs a store like this?! Absolutely deplorable. I’m so sick of all the grief I get coming to this location. I should have reviewed this store when I had to wait for 45 minutes for a mobile pick up order. Ridiculous. Get your stuff together.
Waited in line for 20 mins to order then get to the window to wait another 15 mins to be told they spilt the 1st drink then they handed me the wrong drink it was a simple order $8 drink & they couldnt even make it right

I love that this Starbucks is less than 2 miles from my house! Only problem is the DRIVE THRU. Gotta pick up the pace ALOT!! No well oiled machine at this location and no sense of urgency with the drive thru staff! Got to tighten up if you’re going to serve drive-thru!
So slow, 40 minute wait in drive thru. It takes them 5+ min to serve each car. There was only 7 cars in front of me, why did it take 40 minutes??
They rarely have dark roast brewed after 12pm, but otherwise a great experience.
First of all we ordered two trenta drinks and three venti drinks. They waited til we had been there for 20 minutes to tell us they were out of those sized cups. And then we waited another 29 minutes for our 5 drinks. Yes, we waited 49 minutes in total for 5 drinks. Ridiculous!
Matt/Max at the drive-thru almost an hour ago I am so appreciative of his PATIENCE I must give a great review! I asked him to repeat choices about 6 times. Choices of beverages and sandwiches not on the board. Each time I asked i kept thinking anytime now hes going to get a bit short with me, waiting to hear a hint on his voice. Not a chance. He maintained the same professional yet courteous tone and mannerism the entire time!!At the window he was the very same. I asked for the manager and was allowed to speak to Tessa Supervisor on duty. She e as so pleasant. Bubbly. It was engrained into her voice. What a pleasant experience to deal with these two❤. The food was good too especially the Chai tea cold latte and my vanilla beans latte with almond milk (I just told Matt/Max what I wanted in my beverage and he whipped this one up for me. I should have gotten medium❤😊).

I placed my order on the mobile app to pick up. The store was open but only drive thru. The app let me do the pick up. But no one came to the curbside spot or came to the door. I thought I might just wait at the curbside spot. No one came. The line was huge! I waited 10-15 mins. The line kept getting longer. So I left and they kept my order. I tried calling and it was busy. I haven’t been a like to get my money back. They saw us and didn’t care. All they could’ve done was walk to the door and gave me my order. Could’ve taken 15seconds.
Baristas are humans with feelings which are valid, the same all of your feelings are valid. Im only here to say we should all be more understanding, especially during a pandemic. Why should anyone be surprised the lobby gets closed unexpectedly, lots of businesses arent even open inside at all. They are doing their best to get back to the Starbucks you all know, and love. This store has gone through a lot with losing a store manager, and many employees. The ones who stuck around are still there, working harder than ever. I hope those of you who werent happy with your experience decide to give this store another chance because they are all great people, and baristas.
I absolutely love my ultra caramel frappuccinos! Theyre delicious and always made perfectly. I tried the sugar cookies with the icing on one side and I didnt like it, but you might. It had a very strange taste to it. Their blueberry muffins, banana nut bread and lemon pound cake are good and their breakfast sandwiches, especially the croissant ones are really good to, just make sure its not still cold in the middle, when theyre busy sometimes they dont let the sandwich come the whole time.

Clean and friendly! Every barista was kind and attentive, one of them opened the door for me and held it open because my hands were full. I didnt wait long for my order either!

I would normally give Starbucks a 4 star, but the service is seriously lacking lately. Very rude employees and the changes they made to times and allowing people inside were posted on the door on a piece of paper, but they never changed the times on the app.

Line was long but got through in fifteen minutes. I ordered a very detailed order of 3 drinks. One was a cold brew pumpkin but I wanted it to have the flavor intensity that I get with my iced chai. So I explained how I got my iced chai and the cold brew was perfect. So impressed that they got it absolutely right!

The hours are never right. The online app is never right saying you can pick up inside but when you get there it’s a sign on the door saying drive through only . It’s nice to get a melted drink when you have to wait in a line of 16 cars because you believed you could pop on in with order ahead but had to wait in line. This is extremely inconvenient on work days and will have to take my business to the small coffee place down the street. Good coffee no wait. The staff is not friendly anymore. I understand stressful times I’m in a medical field. Communication needs to be clear not open in-store pick upsome days and closed others. Set an expectation and stick with it please.
Everybody writing bad reviews should really work on their empathy skills.... If y’all haven’t realized, we’re going through a pandemic, Karen! Staffing everywhere is strained to heck and back for Covid-related reasons, including at my own restaurant. I applaud the store manager—and Starbucks as a company, for that matter—for prioritizing keeping their people safe during a pandemic versus forcing sick baristas to work! Thank you to everyone at this store for always giving me A+ customer service with a smile, and thank you for being troopers while dealing with Karens who care more about getting their venti iced soy vanilla lattes within one minute than being decent, understanding people.
