Mocha latte is my favorite. I usually order skinny, and I like hot. Its delish. I like the punch card. After so many cups of coffee you get a free one.

Mocha Mugs is my go to place every time I visit here in MS . So this morning I punched in Mocha Mugs in my Google maps for my morning fix. For some reason it took me to the Brandon location instead of my normal Flowood spot. I figured it was going to be a great experience because the customer service in Flowood is phenomenal! (Therefore I tip extremely well) when I ordered my coffees the young man took my order with a bit of a strange hesitation. I paid it no mind and waited for my delicious drinks. After a few minutes he brought me one drink however it was at least another 5 minutes and I hadnt received my change nor my second coffee. A few minutes later (maybe 9 minutes total)I saw the young lady who was working the opposite window when I pulled up, ask him something and she looked over, got my change and handed me my second coffee which was sitting on the counter. Apparently it was prepared but the young man didnt want to promptly give it to me and when I looked behind the young lady, he had switched to the other window and decided to help other people leaving me to wait on my change and coffee. Maybe he was having a bad moment however in customer service, you cant let that bleed over into the business. From now on I will only visit the Flowood location to avoid another weird experience. The coffee was delicious as always, but not as hot as Id like to enjoy.

The location in Brandon is awesome! I enjoy every visit there. The muffins are amazing and so is the coffee. Im normally a star bucks fan. But since Ive moved to Pearl I go here. Its honestly better than star bucks believe it or not.

I love this place they have all kinds of great selections of coffees. And add a vanilla cigar with you mocha vanilla frappe. Great together. And you can buy your cigars right down the road from Mocha Mugs at Humidor 1378 College st. Brandon, Ms

The girl who took my order was polite and I asked if they could make something not on the menu she gladly said that she could! I ordered a caramel macchiato and it tasted amazing!!!

I have never had a slower experience getting served. Ive been sitting at the open window for 5 minutes without so much as a, be with you in a moment.The last time I was here I left because of slow service. It seems that wasnt just a one off experience.If anyone frequents this place they must have more free time than they know what to do with.

Amazing coffee, kind of pricey

I love this place! They have the Lavender Fog and its my fav. And has an underlying importance to me...very significant because of the purple and when I first discovered it! A blessing in disguise...either way it goes..I love this place its always fast and friendly service. I love the bible verses that are posted too!

My 2nd favorite coffee shop (besides the one I work at lol!!) The coffee sizes are giant compared to other coffee shops at the same price. Their flavors are all so good and I’ve never been there without getting my drink in like 3 minutes! The workers are so sweet I love going to Mocha mugs after school. Wish there was more in different locations. My favorite is the turtle or frosted hazel😍

Ordered a hot salted blondie and what I received was slightly colder than room temperature. It tasted like milk with sugar and caramel. By far the worst coffee I have ever received. 6$ just to throw it in the garbage.

Usually very good. The high school aged barista was making inappropriate coversation with his coworker, which I find unprofessional when vustomers are present.Ordered a large mocha frappe with 3x shots of espresso and no whip. Got a mocha frappe straight up. Disappointing.
