Bought online and returned 1 pair of shoes to the store. Easy to do. Employee wasnt too helpful, the manager was. Employee was more concerned with his phone vs me the customer.

I love me some Vans! They have several other brands of shoes but I go for the Vans only. They rarely have good sales, but I usually have a coupon, which they send out regularly, its not much but any time I can save Im all for it.

I had an awful experience with the Lakeland journeys, the manager there; didnt want to exchange my shoes because they had beenused. I went to the Brandon mall location and the manager exchanged my shoes for the correct size, no problem. Definitely go to Brandon journeys! They even have more selection

This place was great. My son really likes the shoes we bought here. I wish I would have checked them out sooner.

If I could place 0 or I would do it, the manager of this place is a disrespectful and daring woman, my 15-year-old daughter bought some shoes in this place, they did not give her the receipt, she wanted to return the shoes and the manager has been rude, daring and disrespectful, DONT KNOW Attending to the client, or helping him, they should remove her from manager, she does not know how to treat the client or solve the problem .... This warehouse is in the Westfield Brandon Mall
