I went into this Boutique on Saturday, March 7th for the first time.I cannot tell you what a wonderful experience it was all around. The clothing is so nice, the quality and condition just wonderful, a fair price, and the owner... what a delightful person to deal with.She was one of the most pleasant women I have encountered in a long time. So helpful, so friendly, so welcoming - just wonderful!If you would like to find some plus size clothing, that is in great shape and is not your typical thing but actually something a little different, this is the place to go.I will be there next time I am in town.I highly recommend it!
I don’t normally give reviews but I have to say that I love love this place. I have been here a few times and I have also been to other plus size shops in Tampa and this one is definitely the best. The people are great and helpful, they are honest, the selection and prices are hands down better than going to other resale shops in the Tampa Bay area.The last time I even gave them a try at consigning with my best pieces and they did not disappoint. They were honest and took care of me and sold my clothes for me.I’m 31 and love shopping and to me It’s worth it going here and I recommend them with 10 stars!

Love shopping here as I always find something that I like. They even have very dressy and holiday wear. The ladies are wonderful, so helpful and honest about how clothes look on you. They also have lovely jewelry and are happy to help you coordinate it with your outfit. It is a smaller, compact shop so is easier than most to find what you want in a short amount of time. Everything is up to date and stylish. Love this place!

Being plus size makes shopping and finding affordable and fashionable clothing generally really difficult. But Charisma is my absolute favorite place to shop and the only place I shop for clothing now a days. The staff is so friendly and they always help me find and match outfits for all my special occasions or even when I just need a new outfit! This shop is the best around no question!
This boutique always provides a warm, personal shopping experience. The clothes are organized so that finding your size is easy. The prices are reasonable. Ive found some great professional pieces as well as workout clothes. I have also consigned clothes and I was more than pleased with the process.
This store is amazing. Sometimes I just go in 2 look around just to visit with these wonderful women. I needed a dress for a nursing home resident and I was stuck in traffic afraid I couldnt make it in time. Ladies pulled some dresses for me and waited for me to get there. If this isnt customer service I dont know what is. They know your name even your style you like most of the time. I cant say enough how AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING this place is. I have been coming here since before they moved to their new location. Not only is it nice to have a consignment shop that caters to plus size women, I always feel like a part of the family when I come in. I was able to buy the variety of clothes I needed related to my recent wedding (engagement, rehearsal, honeymoon etc) and they always asked how everything was going. When I went to this store I had my 17 month old son with me. They made me feel welcome with him and made it easy for me to try on clothes in the larger changing room. They offered advice about combinations for outfits and what would look best. I found a new pair of Sperry shoes there!

I walked into his store for the first time a few weeks ago and I fell in love! Its so hard to find a good affordable place to find plus sized clothing. All the clothes were in great shape and there was even a wide variety of clothes! The store is clean and beautiful! The workers seem to have a very sophisticated system going too! I was over all impressed with everything about this place!

My mom and I fell in love with this shop since its first location. Joyce takes pride in her store and in making her customers feel comfortable. My mom and I are always able to find something we love there. I was having a really tough day this week and I stopped by just to drop off some clothes and to make myself get out of the house. Im so glad I did. Her and her mom were there and helped my day get just a little bit brighter.
