They go above and beyond doing the best job and making things right by the customer. If the tires are not up to their quality standards/factory specs they will do everything to make it right.

Im not sure I can fully express in this short space how pleased I have been with Tire Depot over the years. There are so many others in their business that are more than willing to take advantage customers in order to make a quick buck. This is not the case with Kelly, Jeff and their crew. My kids, wife and I have 6 vehicles and I wouldnt think about taking those cars anywhere else. You wont find a more knowledgeable mechanic than Chris ANYWHERE. There have been many occasions that Ive taken a car in for repair thinking it was something major only to have them tell me it was something simple and the charge was minimal. The bottom line is they will fix your vehicle and wont try to sell you something you dont need. Its called honesty and integrity. If thats what youre looking for, look no further.

I needed new spark plugs for my Tacoma; a friend recommended Tire Depot. Herrin Gear wanted $250 to change them. Tire Depot was more than a $100 cheaper to change them and I got the headlight restoration while I was there.They are all nice friendly folks. When I need tires next time I will go to them.

Had a flat tire this morning. Tire Depot gave me fast service, and were able to fix the tire. The honest and friendly staff didnt try to sell a new tire. Will get to work only about 30 minutes late. Five stars! *****

I have been using Tire Depot for over 3 years now and will not be using anyone else. If you want knowledgeable, reputable, competent, hard working, sincere people, then this is where you should go. Kelly and Jeff go above and beyond to help each and every customer that comes through their door as well as they have one of the best and most experienced shop foreman’s, Chris, around with some great guys that work in the shop. They make sure you have a safe vehicle on the road (outside of your common mishaps that happen any time you take a vehicle on any road). They will not cheat you and stand by exactly what they say. I’ve read the negative comments and unfortunately, you will never be able to please everyone as with any business anywhere. Never have I ever left that shop without my vehicle being in top notch condition (and I’ve been there a LOT).

About 17 years ago, I was visiting from the Gulf Coast and was having trouble with a tire. I pulled over to the first place I saw and the only people there were the owners on a Sunday. They fixed my tire and didn’t charge me. I had a toddler with me and had to get back to Pass Christian. I don’t know what I’d done if it were not for them. I moved back here in 2006. There was no other place I’d want to do business with than the ones who took care of me because they just wanted to help me, not making a dime. I was absolutely impressed that there was a new owner, a lady that knew as much about vehicles as anyone I’d ever spoke too. Kelly knows how to explain things to a mechanic naive female like myself. Several repairs and tires later, I trust Kelly, Jeff and their crew 100%. They have always given me the best price and gone above and beyond to repair my vehicles. I never question their honesty, integrity or work. Furthermore, many don’t realize how much Kelly and Jeff give back to others. Kelly is constantly helping others and Jeff flies missions to help rescued animals. We are so lucky to have this establishment in our community. I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Tire Depot!

I have been a customer of Tire Depot since my personal mechanic Chris Thurman left Car Care Clinic. Chris has been my personal mechanic for 10 years before he left Car Care Clinic. Because of his honesty and commitment to ensuring that I received quality and affordable automotive services, I followed him to Tire Depot in Flowood, Ms.After think that things couldnt get better I met more committed mechanics like himself. I make my living traveling for work and my family. Tire Depot has built such a strong trustworthy relationship that I just drop my vehicle off and return after it has been service. I dont have to second guess their diagnosis or question whether or not I have been overcharged for service. I will recommend Tire Depot to anyone who seeking to find trustworthy dependable mechanics. But the most important fact that I love is that if a mistake is made due to human error they will go the extra mile to ensure that they are fair and approachable in resolving the matter amicably.

I brought a tire back with a large slash from something on the highway. They patched the tire free of charge with there road hazard insurance. They patched a hole on another tire later from a nail as well. Months down the road, the patch they had placed on the slash failed. This left me on the side of the interstate at night to change the tire. When I brought it in, I was told that the tire must be replaced because the slash was too large.Then I was told that I didnt have road hazard insurance. I asked how they fixed it originally with no charge. They said road hazard was on my ticket, but they forgot to include the charge for it. I asked for road hazard insurance. It was on my bill, but they forgot to add the charge for it. Neither I, nor the employees noticed this. When I asked why the tire need to be replaced, I was told the slash was too large, and it was too dangerous to patch it. It had not gotten any larger, so they put me on the road with a dangerous tire the first time. They took the cheap way out and then made pay to have tire replaced. I dont have a problem with people making mistakes, but they should take responsibility for these mistakes and not pass the cost along to the customer. I will Never spend another dime there.

My daughter bought a set of 4 tires from Tire Depot less than a month ago. She has had 2 flats sense then on separate tires, after my daughter took her car to them to have her flat fixed, they tried to talk her into buying another car tire. I spoke to the owner and was told that the car tire was damaged and needed another new tire, they would not honor any warranties and gave me nothing but the runaround to the point where I felt like they were truly taking advantage of her and wanted a second opinion from another tire dealership, my worst fears were confirmed when I was told that they were in fact trying to get her to buy tire when she did not need another and on top of that they locked her keys in her car while there and broke into and damaged her door . I will be turning them in to the Better Business Bureau as well of the Chamber of Commerce, if you have a daughter, wife or anyone you love do not let them go to this place and be taken advantage of . I have pictures to prove this will be glad to provide to any interested parties

Jackson is currently a sheet of ice. After being turned away from two major tire stores this morning due to poor road conditions i found this gem. It had great reviews, so i slid right in. The guys behind the counter are warm, courteous, with warm coffee at the ready. Free wifi and clean public bathrooms are on site. Prices here also beat the socks off of a pals employee discount with the other tire guys...

Went there 3 times. Lug nut fell off. They put wheels on & lug nuts fell off 2 miles down the road. Tech replaced lugnut and used electric impact didnt torq it to specs. Said he put a tap on the striped out and broken wheel stud they messed up will have to return again tommorow. Over an hour wasted again on last trip...tomorrow will be F U N!
