The two gentlemen who were in the store were SOO nice and really wonderful to work with. They helped me purchase a pillow for my husband for Father’s Day and helped me keep it a secret. Can’t wait to go back and find other gems!!

Rude and unfriendly staff. These people are terrible at making potential customers feel welcome. They showed interest at first, but that faded quickly when they realized we weren’t sure what mattress/bed frame to buy. The rest of our brief stay in the store was us trying to drag some information out about prices and options. Never going back.
Horrible customer service. The male salesman is rude to say the least. He kept answering all our questions with the same phrase and agitated attitude whats that? He seemed to not know more than just half of the answers about the product he was trying to sell to us, he was agitated, rude and completely unprofessional. Would never buy from him even if my life depended on it.
Matt was awesome from the minute we walked through the door he greeted us with a smile and was more interested in our needs and buying experience rather than selling us a mattress. He started off with the computerized assessment and we didnt know what to expect and were floored by the dead on computer results of where our bodies have discomfort. From there we discussed many options and he never once tried to push one product over another on us he simply educated us to make an informed decision. We then thanked him and told him we were going to Jordans to shop the competition and he said please do your homework because I believe in our sleep solutions and I hope to see you later this afternoon. We went to Jordans and it was not a pleasant experience at all as we were greeted by sales people in thier lab coats in the sleep center. The salesperson we had brought us to Bridget and asked many questions that were entered into a computer and then the machine read our spine apparantly? Not sure how that is done without an X-Ray but this was the sales pitch. We infromed the sales rep at Jordans we just came from Sleep Number and his response was: I am not going to bash my competition but why would you change the mattress daily you should have a mattress that is firm enough to hold you straight and not changed the setting. (BTW we are both overweight so read the last sentence again) He then told us we needed a firm mattress and brought us to a $7K mattress not including anything but the mattress and told us latex is the best soluiton for us. Latex is not something we want to be sleeping on ever. He then realized our discomfort and brought us to a Beauty Rest with springs and I had informed him I was a temperpedic customer and havent slept on springs in years and will not conisder that again. He went on and on about how he was a trainer in CA and now in MA selling mattresses so he knew best for people buying mattresses. We left Jordans and reviewed our options for the sleep number and called Matt back. He asked us what we found and our response was we were going to move forward with an i8 and thanked him for his professionalism and explained the hororific experience we just had and he apolgozid for their treatment. We both have a long tenure in sales and we were extremely impressed by Matt as it takes courage to stand by your products and believe in the solutions one has to offer and Matt truly has these traits. On top of all of that, he has a friendly personality and truly cared about our needs was completely honest with us throughout the entire sales process. In fact, when I called him back he offered to complete the transaction over the phone which made our purchase easy and he informed us of downloading and activiating the app so our order would start processing. We will receive our new mattress on 12-18-2020 and are very excited. If you want the best experience in investing in a mattress I would go visit Matt at the Braintree mall because he is a fabulous guy who appreciates his customers.
The staff at the store and the other Sleep Number store I have been to our amazing. They were really helpful in getting us what we needed. We did not feel like we are being sold too. We felt like we were being helped. And an eight month since I bought this bed, no back pain!
Very helpful. Not over bearing. There was a computer issue for the pressure points but that we already were aware of.
The sales people are great. Knowledable and not high pressure. They understand a bed is a major purchase and want you to make the right decision.Grace and Leah are awesome!
I brought my disable brother to try the bed. The service was excellent! Carolyn spent 3 hours helping my wheelchair bound brother get in and out of each bed. She was very patient and explained to him the benefits of each and every bed. The bed is awesome. He is finally getting much needed sleep.

We loved our experience at the Braintree Sleep number store! Everyone was so polite and treated my whole family with nothing but respect. We had just left a furniture store where we could have saved a bit of money however, they treated us rudely so we left choosing to take our business elsewhere. We entered Sleep number on a whim and I am so glad we did! I would especially like to express the biggest thank you to our sales guru Leah! She is amazing and will not disappoint!! Leah I said it then and will continue to say it, I just love you!

Can i take a few stars off this location??!!!Horrid, useless incompetent, employees. We looked at mattresses for a while looked at the staff fir help but they were busy laughing and talking amongst themselves.I do not want to go through a process of internal quality improvement and assessment for you guys. I will try going to the same location again. If it happens i will take another route to make sure that your employees and your company take full responsibility for the unethical unwanted experience. How would you feel if we as medical professionals do not attend to patients belonging to a different race or skin color than us. How can you as a $$$$$ corporate not take responsibility and accountability for the callous behavior and treatment of a customer. I am so disappointed with this response. Shame!!!

We went to sleep number in Braintree at South Shore Mall. What a horrible experience. We were asked how soon we were looking to buy and we said 6 months. The woman we spoke with had a wealth of knowledge and as soon as we said 6 months she had no interest in sharing any of that knowledge. After that we were basically given a brochure and sent on our way. I understand being in a high volume mall you get a lot of Window shoppers, but I can guarantee you will not get my future sale if we like the product. The sales team was uninterested and werent even willing to let us try their precious mattresses. Were off to Dedham hoping to have a better experience.
The associate Grace was very helpful and a very attractive young lady 😉😉

Went in to try sleep number bed because I was interested in buying one. Kevin refused to provide any customer service. Discrimination and stereotyping was written all over his face.
