Went there just to check it out. Lots of varieties Same as homegoods little bit more expensive. Great place if you want to decorate your house. Quality pieces.

Terrible customer service, not to mention the nasty disposition and attitude of the “store manager”. I was verbally attacked, and aggressively cornered for personal reasons, by the manager and his assistant. After the way I was treated here this morning, I wish zero stars were available. I suggest taking your business and hard earned money elsewhere unless you enjoy being yelled at by men who are managers at retail stores who think they’re now running the world.

I thought this was a nicer version of Home Goods. Its not!!! Its the opposite!!! There are tables on a third shelf all over the store. How can you see the tops!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a very frustrating visit.

This place is insane. Take a little bit if Bed, Bath & Beyond, some Target, and maybe some Crate & Barrel and you get this place with that trademark TJX whats here today? vibe.

Will Hilliare from Home Sense in Braintree, Ma went out his way to help me. I purchased 2 yellow lamps with white shades and one of the shades was damaged. He took the time to repair it so that I didn’t have to return my lamps which would would be a challenge since this color combo is hard to find. It’s good to know there is still good customer service. He deserves the praise for being so gracious. Home Sense will now be “My Store.”

Great selection of furniture for your whole house. Tons of unique items that the TJX Family has become known for. Each store is different, and each visit is different. They really have everything you need to decorate your home/house/apartment. A designers dream location for making your house feel like a home!

They do have nice items but most dont look very sturdy enough to last over a year honestly. Also the price margin is rather un appeasing. All and all the store is clean and set up to promote purchase but make sure you come on a sale or have your black card.

You must wear a mask to shop for furniture, toys and games, home decor, food, office supplies, cookware, pet food, stationery, and more. Public restroom is on the back of the rug area.

When this place first open it was so classy and the employees were great.. now I’m leaving there extremely disappointed in the poorly managed zoo it has become. Won’t be going back.

Homesense has a lot of beautiful and unique home items. It could be a little costly but they definitely have something for everyone.

Clean and connected to Homegoods and TJ Maxx. Nice little shopping area.

Lacks an idenity. To many things that are the same as Home Goods and not enough distinct larger items. Remove the little things like dishes frames etc and focus on futniture rugs and lighting. I really miss Design Expo.
