Jessica was a great help. I am not someone who enjoys the sale process. I did not feel pressured. She answer all my questions. She guided me to mattresses she thought fit my concerns. She was extremely helpful and thorough. I look forward to my new mattress and adjustable frame!

We went to this location recently and had an amazing experience with Jessica! She was very kind and respectful, and she was conscious of our budget. I’ve had experiences where sales associates try to upsell you, but Jessica genuinely had our best interest in mind and we got a mattress (and box!) that we love well below our budget. You can tell she is knowledgeable about mattresses and we will definitely be coming back for any future purchases!

It has just been amazing from start to for ever with Jessica and mattress firm, after she was so patient and showing me all of the options I had,I chose a Stearns and Foster which I found to be very comfortable, after purchasing the king-size one I realized that because of my height California king would be better, Jessica went ahead and took care of everything, she has been so patient and taking care of everything for me and I was so impressed by her and the ability to make the customer happy because of a great company policies and just fantastic service, I also purchased my 17-year-old mattress from her, and two of my friends last weekend, Purchase there from Jessica at mattress firm.Thank you very much Jessica

I went to this store on 7/8 with my daughter to look for a mattress for a spare bedroom . On entering the store I asked the salesperson if they accepted Synchrony Home credit card and I was told yes. This motivated me to continue to look here for a mattress as I already had one of these credit cards that I hardly ever used. I ultimately bought a mattress from Nelson and was under the assumption that the purchase would be going on this existing Synchrony credit card of mine. We had discussed this several times and I had said to him that I did not need another credit card because I had the means to pay for the mattress but most importantly I DID NOT WANT a hard inquiry on my credit report. Nelson then informed me that he just needed some information from me in order to get a code in order to use my Synchrony card, I gladly gave him the information requested. The sale was complete and I left the store happy that I now had a mattress for my guests when they arrived. This happiness was short lived as some time later I was notified that a hard inquiry was made on my credit report and a whole new Synchrony credit card now existed. I am deeply disheartened by the deceptive practices of this man and the lies told to me by him. And even more saddening is that my daughter witnessed this and then later found out from me that he had lied several times. All this for a $450.00 mattress. I will NEVER shop here again or recommend Mattress Firm to anyone.

I went to the Braintree, MA location and Jessica was so awesome! I went in with a mattress in mind already but I knew it wasn’t going to be on display. She walked me through a several other mattresses that would be similar. I ended up really liking the feel of the one that I originally picked. She also was very informative on how to get the best sleep possible according to how my partner and I sleep. She got me the best deals! I truly had a great experience and can’t wait to receive the mattress. Thank you Jessica!

I dropped the ball on getting a mattress for my son’s apartment so of course was frantically trying to get one for him the day he’s moving in. 🤦🏽‍♀️ He went to the mattress firm in Falmouth and they didn’t have any in stock (looking for a bed in a box so it could fit in his small car!), and they called around to find one but to no avail. I tried looking at places from Cape Cod to Boston hoping someone had something. I ended up requesting to text with an associate and ended up with Jorina Arapi, who was the most helpful sales person I have dealt with in a very long time! She found 2 options for me, held my choice at the store for my son to pick up, and sent the link so I could pay for it. For some reason, after several attempts, I couldn’t use the online payment form. I called the store, got a very nice trainee but he couldn’t get into the system and also advised me they couldn’t take payment over the phone, so I went back to my texts to see if Jorina was still there—she WAS and she called the store to have them hold it for my son and told them he would pay at pick up! I told her she was the BEST and needed to show that text to her manager! About ten minutes later, the manager from the Hanover site called me (the trainee said he would!), and advised my son was all set and he had just spoken to her. AMAZING teamwork all around and I will continue to shop here (have 4 of 5 mattresses in my home from Mattress Firm!). Great job all around! ESPECIALLY Jorina! Thank you!!

I already knew what type of mattress to get, I bought 3 mattresses, 2 full and one queen. I trust their product but the sales person Mislead me to pay the wrong price, she didn’t know what she was doing. There was an offer, full and queen size are going for the twin size price ( which trust me that s the max you should pay otherwise you re paying more than you should). I asked for the second time just to make sure and she confirmed, when I checked my receipt my queen bed was 200$ more. when I asked why, she said I don’t know what type of offer they have. I couldn’t cancel my purchase as I needed the beds ASAP and unfortunately she saw that I needed them, which gave her the confidence to do whatever she wants.Know your work and don’t mislead people. I recommend mattress firm as long as you pay the right price, but I don’t recommend Braintree store as the sales person is not to be trusted.

Excellent shopping experIence today at the store in BrIntree. I have needed a mattress but I was reluctant due to covid. When you enter the store there is a table with masks, hand sanitizer and bottles of water. Jessica was my salesperson. She is a wealth of information, professional and cares about the customer. I was interested in the purple mattress. She showed me the purple and the tempurpedic. She also explained the cleaning measures to me. I purchased a purple 3 and a stand that allows the head and foot of the bed to rise and lower. I received a 350 discount on the the frame and $100 for signing up for email, I’m very happy with my purchase and with the excellent service I received. Please go see Jessica, you will not regret it.

Great store even though I didnt buy a bed do feel prices should be posted and be exact minus the tax obviously went from 250-800 how did that happen was kinda empty tho most of the times I pass by so getting service is a good bet and they are extremely informative and knowledge based I learned some new things about the simple but complex mattress.

Buying a mattress is not as simple as it sounds. I spend a third of my life on bed so I take that bed seriously. Sleepys Braintree went above and beyond in attention and service. Answering many questions and asking a few of there own. I was so excited by my purchase and when I got it home it wasnt quite right, I called Chris the manager and he rectified it over the phone and two days later I had EXACTLY what I wanted and needed. If you are considering a mattress head over to Sleepys Braintree they are the BEST!

Keturah has been a professional salesperson who has helped me out a great deal with my mattress purchase. I was not familiar with what type of mattress I wanted and she was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with me. I purchased a mattress and thought I loved it. After about 2 weeks, I came back to the store and told her I was not happy with my mattress and she did everything to help me find the best mattress for me. I know have a new mattress and I LOVE it. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with my first delivery men and when I came in to the store to explain my experience to Keturah, she was very apologetic and immediately was willing to report my concerns to the correct people. I was happy with my final purchase, that I have since come back and bought another mattress for my second bedroom.

I couldnt have found a better place to purchase our new mattress. I walked in to this mattress store not knowing what to expect. I was greeted very warmly by Keturah who made me feel so comfortable to the point where, with her professional skill, I chose and purchased a mattress that fitted our needs. Maya, Keturahs assistant, was so kind to my dog and that helped me to focus on my agenda. In an era where great service has become almost non-existent I coulnt have been happier and by the way the mattress was delivered on time and assembled professionally as well.
