John store manager is great. He used to be at another store and he brought his great customer service with him.

Well it was clean the cashiers said welcome to save alot that made me welcome to come in and do my shopping great job.

To be honest the staff are super friendly and personable but this is the second time in about 6 weeks I show up and they are closed 15 to 20 minutes earlier than the posted time, which wouldnt be bad if they werent one of the only affordable places left in town

I love shopping here. The staff here cashiers and managers are all awesome. They know how to answer questions that I may have about their items. The shelves are always stocked, and the store is extremely clean. The prices are very fair and reasonable. You can have just $5 and be able to purchase a meal at this store. Its awesome for someone on a tight budget or fixed income.

I love this store. The meat is excellent. The brands they sell are not name brands but really good. I save on average about $70 a week compared to Walmart just groceries.

This nearby supermarket was a great find! Good products 24/7. Their service is above the top! The orientation was really helpful. Highly recommend.

Its a good store, with lots of choices and generally good prices. The potato salad macaroni salad are the best anywhere Ive shopped. There are some name brands not stocked, but others are usually ok. Bring your own bags!

The prices are very good on most items. The meat prices are good as far as the quality . Produce quality is very good. Frozen food is a good value. I shop at Save A lot for some things and Walmart for some things and Publix for its quality and its BoGos. Publix is far superior in its quality than all others, but Save A lot is the go to for the most savings.

Fast, efficent and a little on the expensive side. BRING YOUR OWN BAGS, otherwise you must buy some. The third option is to use the carboard they plan to throw away. Neatly kept, good option for veggies and fruits. Frozen area can be a little too cold, bring a jacket.

Clean store. Employees were friendly and helpful. Meat associate went out of his way to get me a package of chicken, which was on sale. Great service!!!

Havent been here shopping for awhile but I must say they have done an excellent job remodeling in the store.Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Low prices.

I went when they first opened on Saturday morning at 8am while it was empty other than 4-5 other customers. First time Ive been back in there in a couple of years since I ran in one day on my way home from work and the stench of rotted food came through the door. Today, It was clean and well stocked with a nice variety of choices. Very few name brand items but they did have Dawn and Gain. Well worth my visit during my neighbor Aldis closure. Bonus: I didnt have to wait until nine for them to open, I was back home by nine!

You have to pay attention in order to get the best deals, and the place is a little grimy, but we still shop here for certain groceries fairly regularly. There are a few exceptional cashiers who are always very nice, and the butcher also seems very willing to give great service. I also like that they reuse the boxes in which the food is delivered to give away to customers instead of wasteful bags (though, they do sell normal grocery bags at a nominal fee for those of you who prefer that).

Fresh produce, local tomatoes. Helpful staff. Clean ! Backroom spotless! Good prices. I shop the sale items.

I have been in a few different ones and each store is different. Some are well organized and clean, some are just nasty looking and smelling.

Great prices on many named brand items. As a previous service tech for the stores HVAC system I can attest to there butcher freezes his buns off while he chops meat in the cooler a standard thats beyond other chains

Cashier closes the store whenever they f.... feel like it, was there 9 20 pm and the store hours says closure at 9 30 pm and she refused to let me in and get 2 items after rushing like crazy to make it in time before they close, and she refused to tell me her name, and just walked off, terrible way of treating your customers, hope management would do something about it, and honor their own policy specially their hours of operations

Super clean and everyone is friendly. The produce was nice looking until you get to the loose potatoes a little too soft for me but other than that very good and everything else.

Unfortunately, our Port Charlotte store closed and items we regularly purchased there are not carried by the North Port store or even others as far North as Bradenton.

Great prices, always a clean,well stocked store. Wish they had more cashiers though because there is always a bit of a wait in line at registers . But all in all great for saving cash

Cashiers and employees are rude, dont eve. Bother stopping conversations with co-workers to greet or thank you for shopping, store is nice and had potential to be great, as I love the save a lot stores, in other cities. I am afraid for the employees there that do care, as aldis is coming in across the street, and most customers are not going to forgive, and this is the last save a lots in Bradenton. Hopefully management terminates bad employees, and do damage control before it is too late. Been warned, and hopefully both stores can be a success.

I love shopping here because their soda beverages taste just like their name brand counterparts but they are much more reasonably priced. Usually I can find many more deals just as easily but today many of the prices were more expensive or just as expensive as Wal-Mart and other stores.

The store is not the cleanest but the selection is good and the prices are great.

I would not even give this one star. The first couple times the service was mediocre. However the last and final time my family went there, my sister was asked to take her book-bag to the front of the store by the security guard. This would have been fine if he was doing his job when we went into the store, but he was instead of doing his job, he was playing on his phone. When we talked to the manager, he said well, we do have a sign. Mind you, the sign is on a sheet of printer paper and probably only 15-20 point font. Back to the security guard, AFTER she took her book-bag out of the store to our family car, he followed us around the store. Uhh... Stalking and Harassment?!!! Also the store is run down and dirty.

The store is much cleaner than in the past and prices on many items àre lower. I DO NOT LIKE THAT THEIR SALE PAPER COMES OUT AND MANY OF THE ADVERTISED SALES NEVER MAKE IT TO THE STORE. THEY WILL NOT ISSUE RAINCHECKS. THATS A VIOLATION OF CONSUMER LAWS AND THE NEXT TIME IT HAPPENS I AM REPORTING THEMWe p than even Walmart.

Very basic selection of merchandise. Prices are consistently wrong. Works in a pinch. Items like hygiene products, laundry detergent milk and dairy... cheaper at Walmart.

Id been shopping here for years and never experienced a problem until today. Id When to checkout and to start their was only 1 cashier line open and Id was the third person waiting in line. After standing there almost 5 minutes the cashier a older blonde lady shuts off her light and says she cant check me out! WHAT!!! Id told her that she is wrong for doing that plus Id work in retail for 3 years and you dont do that to customers! Id complain to the manager and hopefully he takes care of it. That was ridiculous! All because she wanted to go on her lunch break.

I dont know if your employees are racist or just want to hurry people along with there is one lane open and 3 customers in line but, i dont appreciate that when i ask for your cashier to stop so that i can get my cart to the fron which had a bad i was told in an attitude that i can refill my own cart after shes done. So when i get my cart up there and ask her to stop putting atuff i. The cart so i can fill the box with whats there and get the box in the cart im flat out ignored so of courae i say ok just ignore me. So she gets an even bigger attitude and starts apologizing to other customers and trys to hurry me along. After ive already stopped being rude myself and trying to get get the hell out and pay shes talking to other employees or other customers with her hands like seriously? Idk what kind of customer service you provide or teach your eployees to provide but being snotty and continuing disgraceful behavior is uncalled for. As for the manager of this store, i hope your proud because you didnt help matters either. I dont go and make it a mission to say things to cashiers who dont even want to be there but today i felt mistreated and so i spoke up. I will NEVER go to your store again.

The store is small, they remolded the store about two years ago. Sometimes when I buy fruit apples,bananas sometimes theyre not that good. The apples are not crisp the bananas are over ripe and old with a lot of bruises. The tomatoes are sometimes old and soft. Prices are moderate, if you are not looking for name brand products. No Thrills brand.

Second time I get expired milk, and they always are running out of certain milk. One day 2% other day 1% but they rarely have what u are looking. Call for a supervisor and they just hangout the phone. Very bad costumer service
