Just off the interstate, with planning a great road snack. Publix subs are great. I get Italian w/ extra onion and black olives.

Started getting my lunch break salads here on the way to/from work. Nice, quick and quiet with self serve check out and the deli is near the front entrance. A big upgrade over the wilted salads I was getting elsewhere!

I had to ask for help out. The girl that bagged my items can not lift anything heavy so the teller had to come around to help her

Staff was friendly at deli and checkout. Aisles not crowded. Store was clean. My first time here, I shall be back.

Publix going downhill to the point of just being another grocery store. Subs not well made, grumpy cashiers, afraid you are ripping them off in self checkout. Been shopping Publix since the 70’s and they might have finally gotten to big for their britches.

Jim’s review from a year ago is still spot on today. Horrific management at this store. From the top down. Deli Manager’s are anything but Manager’s. Rude, lazy, unprofessional, incompetent- pick an adjective. I get a kick how there is never an acknowledgment from employees when you approach. Just the - “maybe if I don’t look at you - you won’t ask me to slice a lb of ham.” This is constant. Not to mention a shady plaza with the presence of police constantly.

This is your typical, excellent Publix (#491) grocery store. One of the oldest Publix in the county but still gives you that Publix service and very competitive prices.

Publix in general is a good company. That is important. They offer good food and a nice selection, however the prices can be higher. Look out for the BOGO!

Clean store and well stocked.

Prices are much higher than Walmart or Winn Dixie. Publix has BOGO but a limited selection compared to competitors. In the long run you are going to spend 25% more at Publix even with the get one. Prices are higher overall. Boreshead cant even justify that.

SANDWICH DEPARTMENTStopped in at Publics to pick up a few items that I needed, while there, I noticed the Sandwich department and decided to pick up a couple of sandwiches for lunch.I was so fortunate to have SIDNEY assist me in my quest for a couple of GREAT sandwiches.She approached the counter with a big happy smile and an eagerness to assist me.She spoke highly of the store and the department she was in, she made recommendations and I sincerely appreciate her attention to detail in making my sandwiches. Today I stopped in for a few items and stopped by the produce department to pick a salad for a late lunch.I got to the area where their fresh salads are kept, looked around and could not find a spinach salad, a young lady behind the counter asked if she could help me find something. I told her I was looking for a spinach salad and could not find one. She informed me that there were no more spinach salads available, i thanked her and started to walk away, she stopped me and asked if I would like her to make a spinach salad for me and let me know it would only take a few minutes. This young lady was elbow deep in making fruit salads, she had pineapple, strawberries, and blue berries up to her elbows, but offered to stop what she was doing to help me out! In less than a week I have experienced 2 great examples of customer service with a professional approach. Thank you SHELBY, the salad was great snd i sincerely appreciate your professionalism. YOU ARE AN ASSET TO PUBLIX AND WILL KEEP CUSTOMERS COMING BACK!!

I love my Publix and seems like im there almost every day. I will however avoid the cashier NIKKI. I do not need her rude comments on type and quantity of items purchased. I will wait in a different line even if she has no one waiting. I gave low numbers on survey because of this experiance and I normally give all high numbers.

First time Ive left a Publix disappointed. I get it, its a Sunday night and everyone want to go home but if your store is open until 9 everything should be available until the store is closed. I stopped by at 8:15 to grab a rotisserie chicken for dinner for my wife and I and the deli was closed. There were 3 employees cleaning up and not one of them would even make eye contact. Ended up leaving the store empty handed and very annoyed.

Publix is always a great place to shop. Thier logo is the best Where shopping is a Pleasure. I went to get some wine 🍷.

Live this store! The customer service is excellent as is the fresh produce, seafood, poultry and deli service. I tried shopping at the LWR store but the layout is more difficult to maneuver and the aisles are always more crowded. I am a loyal Twelve Oaks customer for as long as I live nearby.

I need to take a minute to compliment the Bakery Manager. I went to pick up an order that I had placed on Sunday, and there was no order ready for me. Inasmuch as I had just gotten off work and needed my order filled for two parties occurring the next day, I know I displayed less than stellar behavior. The manager worked with me and made everything right. Thank you! And please accept my apologies.

Please take time to train your employees. Ran in today and ordered the wing special that included two sides and a roll.I ordered and pointed to the special., he asked., how many wings. 5 like the special says., how many sides.., 2 like the special says., do I want a dinner roll... Yes please like the special says. The whole transaction was such a waste of time. Worst tasting Roma Tomatoes ever!

I have been shopping here for years... convenient and close to home. I can always expect exceptional options of fresh food and great service. Just yesterday, I was looking for a truly obscure item and could NOT find it. I asked a teenage stock person and he led me straight to it. I was stunned. I was surprised they actually had it in stock and couldnt believe he even new what it was. Just another great experience at my local grocer!

Front line employees and product are excellent in the store as is typical for Publix. Management, however, has decided the those of us who frequent their hot bar are not worth providing clean utensils to. They used to be wrapped for hygiene. Now they are open so that at least two employees will touch your fork before you leave. This us obviously unsanitary and could easily lead to a lawsuit. I cant fathom what could have broken in someones tiny mind.

Very helpful customer service staff, stopped and made a phone call to another Publix to find product I was looking for. Very clean and pleasant staff.

One of the cleanest and well stocked super markets in the area. I drive 15 miles to get to this store because the three different chains near me dont carry half the groceries I buy regularly. It is worth the trip.

This location really let me down by changing its hot bar hours. Now that they close that area down at 7pm, I rarely am able to purchase fresh fried chicken and sides on my way home from work. It is an immense disappointment when I deliberately rush to this location and find that by 6:45, most of the options are no longer stocked for the evening, and staff are blatantly cleaning up instead of replenishing popular items such as their chicken tenders. The hot bar closes two hours before the store closes, which should be plenty of time for staff to clean their stations, so I don’t understand why they start cleaning and stop serving customers when they are still open. I encourage whoever was behind this decision to reconsider and restore the hours of the hot bar.

Employees were SUPER friendly

This Publix is terrible. The pharmacy staff is rude and continually give out inaccurate information. There is only ever one or two registers open, yet a bagger for each cashier. Id rather bag my own groceries and not have to wait 20 minutes to check out. There is never anyone around to help in the store. The deli and prepared food counter are always slow to serve and unfriendly. The Bakery has on multiple occasions prepared my order incorrectly. Overall this store is NOT up to par and there is a store 2 miles west. I go to the Lakewood Commons store even though it is farther from my house and out of the way to avoid this store.

This is usually my go to Publix as it always appears less crowded than the others. The employee are always super friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and they always have what I need.

Everytime I go for tuna made fresh by the seafood dept, they never have any. Sometimes I go in at 9am, 11pm, 2pm, and finally at 3pm. I always get the same rationalization/justification We Ran Out. If you like we can order it for you? What kills me the most!!!! They throw all the tuna away after. They could make a big difference to someone who is starving, homeless etc etc. After that experience I chose to boycott Publix for throwing out food.!!! That could be given to some local shelter or food pantry....

Not my regular Publix must have had to stop in here for something when I was out that way. Well Publix is Publix that one thing u can usually count on them being pretty much the same

The Deli department Sucks!! Very slow and not great service always behind. The manager of the Deli department should be replaced the manager of the store should be replaced for not fixing the problem. This has been going on for years.

LOVE this Publix. Clean, efficiently laid out and friendly, not pushy staff. Yeah! Hate the massive warehouse style shopping experience. This Publix is just the right size!!

Awful pharmacy. Was told 2 weeks ago they would fill scripts if I moved them from another pharmacy. Moved scripts today and stopped and was told today they wont fill them. Would not allow me to explain. Awful customer service. Would not send my enemy to this place! Will never set foot in a Publix ever again!

Always great deals on non publicized specials

This Publix is convenient for a quick shop but their meat department though is not as big as University Parkway.

It is always nice to shop at public stores the best I can say and happy to, they treat you right make you feel like a special customer.

I just loved being treated like a naughty school boy by the old Dear on checkout for simply putting a case of water on the belt. Perhaps next time I wont be so happy to pack my own bags.

Very courteous as Service Counter. Great Clean Store.Some cashiers are not personable though.

Small but never has about 5 out of 10 items on my list that the other publix always has. Started going to 70 and lakewood ranch instead if I have time. Also they let customers with 30 items go through the express lane. I know they cant say anything but its annoying if u are in a hurry.
