Today, I came in with my sister whos from out of town and it was kind of a big deal trip for me because I NEVER invest in good skincare and makeup for myself but today I wanted to change that. We walked in and the lady was there working by herself and doing a service. Ok, no problem she apologized and asked us to come back in a hour from then so we ran errands and came back. When we arrived, she was still doing a service but came to the front to greet us and told us she would be with us shortly. About 20 minutes go by and another customer walks in after us. I was floored when other customers were being helped and taken care of after myself I ended up leaving. I get the studio was short with help but I was treated like my business did not matter. We ended up going to ulta and it took them 10 minutes to help us. Clearly our business was not wanted here..
