First impression was not good. The pharmacy tech was rude and unhelpful. I have used CVS for years and never had such a bad experience. I think you need to address this problem as there are many other similar comments about the staff.
I can see by the other reviews, that Im not alone in my opinion of this place. It rally does seem like the staff does not want to provide customer service. But my complaint today is that the overall store is dirty. From the front doors and trash cans outside, to the floors and surfaces inside.The parking lot was littered with trash blowing everywhere too. But most of all I went to use the restroom and just could not believe how dirty the door was, then the sink and mirror and there was no way I was going to get near the toilet. I watched an employee come out, before I went in. Then I was thinking if the employees use this restroom, imagine their personal standards! I did not feel good about even being inside this store! Also, why do all CVS have carpet? its dirty!
Only car in line at the window, pushed call button 2 times no answer for over 6 minutes not exaggerating... every time is bad this was the worst-case so far

Don’t come here for a few simple items unless you want to wait behind only two people in line at the register and have the employee BEGGING you to use self checkout instead. How annoying. Was even rude about it front of the manager.
1 hour per car while in line for covid test. Tell them you dont have insurance. It will be a lot faster.
The Pharmacy is been always helpful they have an outstanding staff who make me know that together they all care about their customers! Im thankful for their care they show and in these difficult times with this covid virus how they maintain a positive disposition! God Bless each of them . I cant imagine how hard it must be for the risk factors of having to do their jobs in a time like this! If I could I would give them a few more stars lol :-) My prayers are with them as well as many who have to take risks in these difficult times!!!

Was denied service at the drive thru for a simple bill pay option for an elderly parents drug plan. Told I had to come inside to do that. Misinformed pharmacy mgr making up policy. They need some education on the Americans with Disabilities Act. (ADA)
My 3rd favorite CVS. Great store all around.
We got there super late after an ER visit with our 2 year old son. We were there 1 min before closing. Instead of telling is to come back when the opened in the morning the technician stayed 20 min late just to make sure our son had his meds. GREAT people, thank you!
All the employees have terrific attitudes and are very helpful. The pharmacy is exceptional!!! Every pharmacist and tech greets you with a smile and goes out of their way to accommodate you. Prescriptions are filled quickly. If they are out of the medication you need, they will call around until they find the closest CVS that has your medication in stock. They are very patient when explaining medications. All of the employees in this store will help you find what you need and help you right away. The store is very clean and always well stocked. This is my CVS of choice. Theres no reason to go anywhere else. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!!!
I frequent this CVS because its near my house and open a couple hours later than the neighboring publix. Its kept clean and the employees are quick to make sure you are getting the best price. Even going as far as offering their personal coupons. The night shift is very active, I guess they dont get as many customers and want to make it count.
Great staff. Fast at checking you out. Pharmacy staff really takes time to get to know you and call you by name before you tell them what it is. Store brand is equal to brand name.They dont take muy insurance anymore, tho
The girl at the counter couldnt find my card with my phone number...and tried to charge me full price. Didnt even offer to use a store card...so i left without my stuff. Terrible customer servicr. She wouldnt let me put my own phone number in to retrieve my card. Please train her.
Friendly personnel, however you can’t find everything you’re looking for although the store is a pretty big one. In addition to the restrooms that have a sign that says closed for cleaning but are actually not. Nice trick to prevent customers from using it :).
I just moved to the area and have used the pharmacy multiple times and also cashed out at the front registers. Every employee has been nothing but friendly, helpful, gone above and beyond just doing their job, even during the hectic Christmas shopping. I liked my old cvs and this one is just as good, possibly even better. Thanks!
Works hard to help you if no insurance. Fills quickly and has positive attitude.
Like shopping here but they allowvendors to Park up front to blockparking spots for customers.thishappens on both sides of the buildingso customers half to park close to themain road.coca cola vendor also made deliverys to shake Pitt while his truckwas in CVS parking lot.T.G lee vendorpark truck illigal and takes up 3 parking spots.this is horrible for a customertrying to get in and out quickly.
Ive had trouble with my previous pharmacy, but the second I switched to this one I feel such a relief! I dont feel like a burden to them, when I had questions they listened and they helped with a good attitude!
Twice this CVS has lost my prescriptions. The firstvtime was a home delivery they sent USPS. It was delivered to my front door, no signature required just dropped there. CVS response was once they hand meds over to the post office its no lobger their responsibility. So om out 45 bucks in co pays. Fast foward to the present, I filled and prepaid for a medicatipn on Wednesday. Called today to let tgem know I would pick it up tomorrow, and there is nothing in the system. Their response well we can fill it for you but you will be charged a copay. No, no I wont....iwont....i called customer service and they are isduing a refund for my last prescription i filled but not the first. I am dont with CVS. The only eason I ever left Walgreens was because they didnt take my sons insurance.i we have different insurance now...going back to Walgreens . I might even call the news ....
Sue is always polite, helpful and willing to guide me in how to best use my store coupons.I will always wait in her line to check out

This CVS is awful, due to customer service. Sue has been rude when I come in before but one night I came in and was purchasing one item and her and another sales associate were couponing, for themselves. I was the only customer in the store and they were at the register using their own coupons to purchase their own merchandise. I was told it would be just a minute but was standing there for 15 minutes while they were couponing for themselves. I refuse to return to this store. They were entirely unprofessional and I was stunned that two sales associates were couponing for themselves and refused to ring my one item up until they were finished with their own shopping.
I have only used it once so far, but the staff was very friendly and helpful.
My Doctor told me I needed to change bp meds so he called in a prescription for amlodipine to cvs which was across the street from the office..very convenient for me...when we picked up the meds we were told that they cost $50 for 30 pills. Seemed high to me but we paid and left..I decided to call around and get pricing from other pharmacies in the area. I found out that publix pharmacy gives this medicine away for FREE...I called cvs on manatee ave and told them I want my money back because they overcharged me..they explained that they do not take returns for medicine....just wanted everyone to know what a rip off cvs is...before you use them call publix...it might surprise you how cheap they are! I hope this helps a fellow non insurance carrying person!

This pharmacy sucks in the worst way...., when ever I go to get my one blood preasher script filled.... They Never have it... And have to go with out for 3 or 4 days, they just dont care that my blood preasher is 180/100...

The manager or cashier or whatever was so unprofessional she got an argument with a costumer, literally I wanted to tell the manager but i believe she was the manager so nothing i couldn’t do but never coming back to this place anymore, that lady is absolutely trash

Horrible customer service. Cashier Suzanne was extremely hostile and blamed her attitude on taking too much Benadryl early in the morning. Overcharged us too!!! Wont be returning to that store.
