Nick was very helpful and always cleaning the store. I was very happy with how clean it was and how the crew is always respectful and professional

I live half a block from this store, never had any problems before this past Monday, 20 Sep 2021 around noon time.I went to cash a scratch off $5.00 ticket, the man working behind the counter is not a very honest person. I knew how much I won, he said you get $65.00, I said no, it is $75.00, he got nervous he started pushing buttons on the lottery machine, I asked him get the tickets you threw away and you will see, he refused and kept playing with the lottery machine, then he said, oh, ok yes you get $75.00..... I would keep an eye on this guy, just because am old but not stupid. You may be loosing money out the drawer, ALERT FOR THE STORE, BECAREFUL....

Out of date signs, arguing with customers, people in the office dressed in shabby clothes (managers not working but in the office?) Gross.This place used to be really good 🤷‍♀️

Nice store but you guys should give 20cents off gas for your rewards members every two months in my opinion

October 14, 2021..Trash everywhere been living here for about 3 years the black manager here is very disrespectful poor customer service the back of 7-11 is so trashy for 3 years inside of 7-11 they had old stale donuts left on the shelf i came here to get a breakfast sandwich and a donut wasnt freash it was so hard I could of broken my teeth he comes yelling at me and my family this isnt how you treat your customers the night staff works here is so lazy he refused to cook my sister pizza after we had pay for the food

This is the worst 7-11 ever....the man who is there at 11 at night is rude and disrespectful.... the owner is just as bad by justifyinghis behavior and allowing him to disrespect and talk to customers any way that he wants......do not go to this 7-11..

Unfriendly service for the most part. Newest thing they came up with is scan Id when buying a scratch ticket. Pretty incredible. If someone looks young, maybe. But adults clearly old enough to gamble? Stupid. I check in every some many months. But clearly no positive changes.

They have a great bakery selection.I wanted to note: (10pm-6am) ALL of the grave yard shift employees are gregarious, and a pleasure.I admire how they all work together as a team, especially when it gets busy.II drive out of the way to go to 711, because of the outgoing employees! This place has the most best slushies and i love to eat their pizza

I live close to this gas station and shop and go there pretty much every day. There was a change over the past years and it was not for the better. But speaking only of today. I got gas first. Lot looks clean, dispensers are good and for the second time in a row the receipt actually came out. That did not happen 2 times in a row for 4 years. Most of the time number 3 did not print anything. Then went in for some shopping. Store looked fine and clean, well stocked. Employees look ok but do not smile often and do not have many words other then may I help you and have a great day. But they are not unfriendly. Got coke and some cookies. Both are fresh, tasted good. There is room for improvement and I will post different reviews over the next few weeks, just to get an overall impression. It is close to where we live and I like the station and the store and will continue to go there. It is our neighborhood place and even though, the owners never made an attempt to support local business, I prefer to do so. Check it out.

The older guy who works nights is so rude i go there mostly everynight all your other employees have kind respectful service but him no matter how nice your trying to be to him his costumers service is beyond poor . i myself have been and still is for over 15 years dont understand how rude he could be. He needs to leave his problems at home before he enters that door he makes life feel so horrible by his dreamer and unwelcoming service

I came to this location at 10:40pm at night to do a consumer audit and asked a question about Blu e-cigs. The gentleman behind the counter became extremely rude and demanded I get out of his store. He also used profanity and it was done in front of other customers. This was the worst experience Ive ever had in a 7-Eleven. The gentleman had no customer service skills whatsoever.

I had a mixed experience. Les behind the counter was most unhelpful! He grunted when asked about the coffee and mugs just pointed and never explained the deals. Amanda came out and was extremely helpful! Les proceeded to disagree with Amanda, reaming her out in public. It was very uncomfortable. Les needs an attitude adjustment, training, and needs to be more customer oriented.

The old man who rang me up at 4:30am on dec 7, was the rudest person i have ever seen in customer service. With an employee like that, i have no idea how they have any customers.

The night shift staff is terrible. The older man with almost no hair is as mean and rude as he could be. I had my brother put back a bag of chips and he didnt hear him and when he walked away to put the chips on the shelf ( instead of making the clerk do it ) and the clerk said he had an attitude refused to sell us the rest of our purchase and made us leave the store. I cant believe a store that has happy nice friendly employees during the day could employ such a embarrassment to their name at night.

The only reason its getting 1 star is because I needed to share what my family just experienced. The worker, an older man with long grey hair with a beard and mustache just jumped over the counter and physically assaulted a woman. All this happened in front of my 7 year old son who was screaming in fear. Then because we were witnesses to this event we were trespassed from the property and the worker has faced no consequences. No 7 year old should witness this type of behavior. This store is an absolute joke.

Paid $220 to charge a NetSpend card. It was never added to the card.

I am only giving one star just so that I can have the opportunity to write a review. Martin the miserable rude employee that works most every night from 10 to 6 is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I have witnessed him be rude to just about every customer I have even had orher employees tell me that they are treated the same way. He is one of those people that gets off on his power and authority of being a 7-Eleven Clerk, he gets off on being able to trusspass and tell people they cant come back. its almost as if he starts with people and is rude so that they will have something to say back to him so that he can Flex his power and tell that person they are not welcome at the store. He is probably one of the most miserable people Ive ever met in my entire life and I am floored that he actually has been able to maintain his job there. I will not be going back to 711 on 14th Street unless its to talk to the owner and let him know how terrible and Evil one of his main at night time employees is. This man is a disgrace and an absolute embarrassment to the store, he is basically a miserable terrible human being who takes out his lonely exsistane out on anyone he can find the opportunity to dump on. He will talk that way to the wrong person one day and will learn his lesson.

The Pepsi taste great but I was disgusted when the lady that works there picked up the cups off the dirty wet floor and just put them back in the dispenser.

Martin at midnight shift was rude over having to open up chili because it wouldnt come out. And he grabbed shoulder to yank us back. We will he reporting to management. Rude as can be.
