Its a Walmart, what can I say? The Walmart corporation tries to keep its stores pretty much identical for the most part, so if youve seen one youve seen them all. The only thing you can really review is the cleanliness of the store and the professionalism of the staff. The store is kept clean and they try to keep stock as consistent as possible, which I really appreciate. This store is used by a lot of people, so keeping the shelves stocked is a big undertaking. The staff is helpful if you ask them any questions and I constantly see them running around restocking the shelves as quick as possible. With how little they get paid I think thats all you can really ask for. Theyre online ordering service is nice, but always keep in mind that not everything will be in stock so youll more than likely get an email suggesting products like the ones you wanted as a substitute. In short this is a good Walmart with good staff and I appreciate having it so close to where I reside.

Picked up curbside order to find I was missing an item. That was ok, as mistakes happen. However when I tried calling the store to report it and get resolution, the phone system kept disconnecting my call. The only option that worked was option one which would connect you to the covid information line.

I needed help getting something off the top shelf in the home department... No staff in site... I walked over to electronics and asked an associate if she could call for help... Several minutes later... No one answered the page so I walked back to electronics... Apologized for bothering her again and let her know no one had come yet, she didnt apologize to me, she just stated that she called someone. I said thank you and yes, I heard the page but no one has come.... She then asked do you want me to page again.... I said yes please, I would appreciate it.... And a few minutes later someone did come but I felt like no one was happy to help me, the 2 older women who came with a ladder to assist also didnt speak to me and were not friendly... A man stopped and asked a question of where to locate and item and she never turned to look at him or smile and continued straightening something and then when she was done she just pointed and told him its around the corner.... At the self check out, I rang my green beans up 3 times bc it kept saying weigh the item, place it on the scale and I raised my hand and the gentleman watching us did come to help but he wasnt nice either and scolded me for not paying attention to the screen and told me to ignore the voice instruction, again, I told him I was sorry.... He never apologized to me for anything... Poor customer service all around... Not 1 smiling, friendly associate in site... Reminds me why I rarely shop there...

A well managed store. Friendly employees. Convenient and clean gas station. I like the self service checkout with the belts to stack my purchases before I begin scanning.

They are dirty. They never have anything ...the shelves are bare everywhere you name it food toys ....they treat people like criminals when they are using self checkout because the 20 workers wont get on a register they stand around and harass and I spend so much when I go I rather spend it somewhere else....dont waste your time going here its the worst walmart or store Ive been too. They have all them workers and have nothing stocked nothing clean and they are not friendly

While it is quite a large store after being given directions by an associate I was able to find what I wanted quickly. I really love the self-checkout its quick and easy in and out.

I think super Walmart in zhills has the best crew of people in the whole world . Over and beyond the call of duty relaxed and professional from start to finish . Much appreciated I’d like to recommend this store and thank everyone who works there for doing such a great job making the world a better place

This Walmart is really better than perfect. I needed to shop and get out quickly because I was shopping for someone else and every associate was very helpful, even when I had to use the restroom. It was so good that even though I don’t live close by, maybe I’ll just drop in for a visit.

Best chocolate in a 50 miles radius. Not a lot of options but everything is delicious.Definitely high quality ingredients.

I like Walmart its a good place to get all your stuff in one store and at reasonable prices. Normally all the employees on the floor are nice and knowledgeable about their products and where to find them. I also like the fact that I can go to a register on my own, ring up all my stuff, bag it all up, plus pay in different ways. It makes the whole process easier and I dont have to wait in long lines. I even use to work at Walmart many years ago as a Cashier and things were much different than they are now.

Too much Christmas going on for me in September. Needed a lawnmower. Didnt find one & associate in garden was not very helpful as to when we ma return & find one or if they would ever have any again... went elsewhere and bought one.

What a great store! They make great sandwiches and service the best always on time! None better! Gotta go here!

This may be the worst Walmart I have ever been in. Since the remodel, the isles are just barely big enough to get 2 carts down and the shelves are always empty. Things are mis-labeled or put in completely wrong places. At least the store is clean and most of the staff is pleasant. The pharmacy needs some attention though. This is what you get when greed gets in the way of good service and an overall pleasant experience.

Walmart on cortez is always an adventure, due to the fact that mid shopping my wife always calls and tells me she needs another 10 or so things that werent on the list. Lucky for me I found an employee willing to go the extra mile to help me find the brand of cough drops for my son even though I was in the grocery section and half way across the store they still stopped what they were doing and showed me where they were located.

Produce not fresh, priced high, all sea food formally frozen. Good selection. Large store associates very helpful and professional

My home away from home my second home if u will if I use a basket I spend at least a minimum of $50 bucks if I use a cart I spend a minimum of a $100 or more every time I come to Wally World, (Walmart.)🤗 I definitely recommend using this store every time, over any other store its my go to shopping store my all in one shopping place for everything!

Huge store! Clean, well stocked, friendly helpful associates. Bought mostly food, but couldnt resist looking around. Did I mention its big! Thankfully my wife was able to scoot around on an e-cart that had a big shopping basket...made her experience so much better. Thank you Wal-Mart. Btw...our check out person, Estelle was wonderful!

Out of stock on many items for over 6 months now. Very crowded. But I will say its clean and the employees are very personable amd helpful

I have realized while shopping at Walmart there are times when I take my time to find out that Walmart has a great deal of varieties all Commodities on the shells I did not realized. And I was very pleased to see even variety and nuts flour and other great products. Walmart is definitely a Superstore.

Walmart is a huge store that carries everything. You can drop your car off for tires and alignment, or even a battery. Its best to have an appointment, but if you have more time, you can wait.Head to the pharmacy, drop off your scripts then head over for groceries. Dont forget the pet food. They have my dogs covered with their favorite dry dog food, plus ever kind of wet food.Theres electronic, Playstations remotes, Xboxs and a wall of games.Every kind of paper good, even limited amounts of furniture. Book cases, futons, lamps, curtains rugs, alarm clocks or wall clocks.Sporting goods, camping, tents coolers . Like this Firepit or this blanket. I use this Walmart regularly, in store shopping as well as grocery delivery. Most of the time I have no issues at all infact I recommend the grocery delivery service to friends and family. However today is the second time that I have placed an order to be delivered and Walmart not only canceled my order without my knowledge but I did not even find out until I contacted customer service. They did not even bother to make a phone call to let me know. I am a loyal customer and even pay the monthly fee to use the Walmart+ service since I order so often. As a mother of 2 young children this is not only inconvenient to not receive my order or a phone call but completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

A creative place to stop but always out of what I need like grape Gatorade LOL coffee creamer like that LOL the interesting experience

It was very pleasant. The entire atmosphere has changed in recent weeks. Fewer people compared to pre-COVID. The employees are exceptionally helpful and the store is well stocked and clean. Enjoyable experience.

This is the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had.I’m here on vacation and needed an antibiotic as well as another medication. They only filled the other one and never told me I had an antibiotic to get too. So I spent the rest of my trip wondering why what I thought was an antibiotic wasn’t curing my issue. I now have to fly home with the same problem I had on the way here because I just now read my patient summary and realized what happened. Someone could have serious complications with that type of medication miscommunication.

If I could have given it a 0 I would have. Waited over 35 minutes to speak to a manager and while waiting even called the store. Never did get an answer. As for the speaking to a manager. Thats a joke as well. Will NEVER return to that store again.

Have you tried Grocery Pickup, you dont even have to leave your car place your order online or in the app and pick your location and time for pickup... some same day pickups available depending on your store!! I love this as I am a busy business owner and need convenience wherever I can get it. :-)

Pharmacy— never use drive though. They treat you like a non-human. They will make you wait until all of their inside customers have beeen waited on unlike other pharmacies who rotate making it fiat. Some people are ill and unable to leave their vehicle. Why wouldn’t you want to them to have that option without punishment.

When I was walking through the double sliding doors there was a manager named Harley yelling at the top of her lungs to an associate because he came through the cart door since it was raining outside . Told him to go back around to the front an did not care that it was raining outside, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! There was about 15 other customers around at the time . Going to talk to home office about this situation because it isn’t right treating other human beings this way..

Went to pickup or grocery order which was scheduled between 7 and 8. Waited 30 minutes for 1 of 10 parking spots to open up. 3 other cars also waiting for a spot to open. After 30 minutes had to leave to pickup food that was ordered. Wasnt expecting after 30 minutes we would have no end in sight. Heading back first thing in the morning to hopefully get our groceries.

So I always go to Walmart, but now I’m going to Publix because of the service I received at Walmart on Cortez road from online groceries. Longest wait time, rude associate named Jeanette and I spoke with management and they didn’t care either. Now I have to pay higher prices at Publix because I receive better customer service there!

Loss prevention a guy named kam was an a$$h@le. He followed me and my daughter around all the way to the check-out

It took them four and a half hours to change a tire.. and then when it was done they said they forgot to call me.. so its safe to say and I wont be going back there for that experience again

There are cleaner Walmarts and better stocked but stocking has improved over the last 6 months. I visit this store regularly.

Been doing online ordering for awhile and noticed a pattern. I get my food items but not most of my non-food items a lot when I go to check at pick up! So I decided to go into the store the last 2 times and see if they had my fan, trash can, dry erase calander, and some other items like soap I hadn’t gotten. Sure enough! Every item was in the shelf. Figures. Some people order online because they aren’t capable of coming inside and it’s sad the workers are that lazy!!What if a deaf, paralyzed, blind, etc person had needed those items and wasn’t capable of doing it themselves?

Use curbside parkway whenever. Works well for me. Staff attentive and courteous, take their time explaining substations/out of stock items. Prices much better that those other guys. Timely replies on refunds.

Empty shelves...customer price scanners have been removed..shelf sticker prices missing or misplaced. hard to find products. The few cashiers are pleasant and efficient!

Got grapes instead of cherries and a couple items were missing but I was charged HOWEVER customer service is amazing and I have no complaints.

Very bad service, 5 women employees of this store didnt let me go inside the store tonight to buy my groceries for me and my family, they told me with a very aggressive voice and a bad attitude CASH ONLY and I ask why? Ive been going to Walmart on Cortez road for probably 30 years or since it opened every week it gets worse there anything I went to get today they didnt have right down to a loaf of French bread or Italian they had said they havent had in a week. I know were dealing with inflation but what gives with not having anything on the shelves.

Walmart is one of my favorite stores. They offer several different services. Generally fully stocked shelves no matter the department. The employees are very friendly.

Absolutely horrible place to go. Management dont know what they are doing. Returned a necklace and was supposed to get $145 back in cash and 56 back on debit card. The person at jewelry counter didnt know what they were doing and called a manager over and placed the money all on my debit card. I called the Manger on the phone when I left and was trying to know why thus happened and she hung up on me and I called back and hung up again. TERRIBLE place to shop. They dont know why they are doing. Aloso never any food on shelves

Pretty typical Walmart they check tour receipt every time you walk out which is quite annoying and a waste of time. They do have a liquor store here though so that’s pretty cool.

Order an item online. Received email stating that order was ready for pickup.Tried picking up item the following day. While at the store, I receive a cancellation notice. Spoke with customer service manager Kayla and was told it was out of her hands. She gave me an 800 number to call, which got me nowhere. Drove an hour round-trip to pick up this item.

This store is absolutely terrible. Customer service is lacking. They never have any items in stock. The online ordering is a joke. I’m constantly missing items from my orders or my orders get canceled because there’s a problem with the drivers. There is a problem with my pick up orders and the times are always delayed. It’s just ridiculous and and unworthy store to even shop at.

I like the wide selection of goods. It is so big, air conditioned and I can get my exercise just walking around this huge store. Also the produce section is very good.

Many times, I find myself overwhelmed while in the store due to the overabundance of items they have with too few help to assist you in finding something. When I am able to find an employee to assist me, I do find that they are very helpful and will walk with you to the place where the item should be found.

I would say...its ok..their selection of hair care products is way different from the location on lockridge road and braden river ...this spot doesnt have much of a selection..also the staff really doesnt know whats going on here..at checkout they dont pay too much attention. The mcdonalds that was here closed down but it was the most dirtiest and crazy place....so far..ok

They had what I needed at a good price

The grocery store is the only area where seconds cannot be substituted for first runs. The prices for Great Value are great! I used to work for the same company and know that many of their signature brands are actually made by popular brand companies. So, you should like the Walmart brand just as well.

Very crowded but alot of registers were open as well as self check out. Not to pleased with their groceries y delivery service. Out ov r 200.00 dollars in less than a week for stuff not delivered and still waiting for refunds.

Shopping for grocery and product here is a nightmare!Never shop for produce here. Most of the “fresh” products in produce are either empty, outdated/expired, rotten looking, or unorganized. You can say the same for the staff that works in that department, extremely unprofessional and not helpful, very inconsiderate to have their work carts blocking and causing traffic with customers.As well as the the online pickup crew, I’ve had numerous issues with the people who drag their carts and nearly crash into me and my grandson on one occasion. I bring up the issue(s) to a manager, whom I remember being named Harley, who I can assume pretended to care about the ongoing-dilemma and told me that she would do her best to retrain her workers for the safety of the customers. Although that doesn’t seem to be the case, since I continue to onlook the continuous carefree work ethic beheld on the staff.This place needs serious saving!

I like going to this Walmart because the frozen food section is at the very front of the store . I usually buy this here because it’s always in stock . They also have the Walmart brand which is a couple dollars less and it’s still quality product . Usually when I go to the other Walmart’s I have toWalk to the back of the store for the Frozen food section . This store has a lot of self check out as well so it’s really convenient . A lot of parking too

Every thing is alright, every thing but the person that answer the phone for pick up orthers this morning at 8 am i went to pick up some merchandise and he dont even give me his name he treatme like trash .aybe becouse of my accent he made me repeat a few times and sound disgusted it is a shame that such a person works at this fine store it is putting down the good name of the store and the other good people that works there .thank youA very disgusted customer

Finally got a hose reel after waiting for a month and a half for them to restock shelves. Same story throughout the whole store. My thought is it would be a great place to open a grocery store.

A huge store that always seems to be out of what you need. I had a couple of new recipes i was going to try, but somehow Walmart was out of basic produce items, like BASIL. How do you run out of fresh basil??? Needless to say, I had to skip the recipes. I will shop somewhere else next time I actually need a specific item

Very busy customer service desk was very busy waited in line for 30 min but was able to get my order shopping done in 1 store!!!

I was there late in the evening and the line for the checkout was probably 40 people long. They only had one young lady trying to work that area to take care of any problems and that was just not enough people.

Im not much of a Walmart shopping kind of person but at times, I have no choice to do so. I also like the fact one stop shopping kind of place. Get my things and check out kinda person.

This walmart operates as if it is not tied in to the corperate walmarts. Just tonight I attempted to go in at 10:41 to get computer paper, verbalized that to the greeter as well. They very aggressively stated that there will be no one entering the store then said something under their breathe. This is the 3rd time I have either witnessed this as I was leaving or personally been told they decided to make their own hours of operation and not allowing customers to enter 20 minutes before scheduled closing. We have attempted to get assistance in electronics and in jewelry with no avail. Then I was told that the there is no one in electronucs or jewelry after 8pm? Three hours before they are scheduled to close...those ate just the departments I asked for someone to assist because the items I came to purchase (sd cards and a watch for my nieces birthday) were locked up and needed an employee to get them but was infirmed I could cone back tomorrow or go to the other walmart on st rd 70. That was from a yellow vest supervisor, who clearly has or could easily gain access to the items.Very sad that this Walmart has reached the point where customer service is seen an inconvience to a person who was hired under that same context. To the point they will turn customers away with literally 20 minutes left before closing because someone might have to do the job they were hired to do. This is the 2nd time I drove a total of an hour to not come home with what i went for and will be conveying the name of the greeter and the management on this evening...most people shrug it off and say Its Walmart...what do you expect?. I would expect the peoole who work there to not want to fullfill the stereotype that lumes over them for putting that uniform on and stigma of them working there due to very limited employability and lazy work ethic. Seems like they would rather embrace it at the Cortez Walmart.
