Very helpful staff. Only issue was there is no chairs or bench in the fitting room. Hard to try on pants with a bad knee.

The staff are the kindest people and are so willing to help. The place is clean and well organized. All the staff where very knowledgeable about the products, especially the stethoscopes. MD/ST here-spent nearly 1K over three visits. The 1st was fantastic! The 2nd started poorly but ended well and the 3rd was met with some notable negativity. Won’t return to this particular store. Instead, I will try another location. The policies are reasonable, the behavior is not.

Came in and was greeted immediately! I got great customer service and the staff helped me pick out the perfect scrubs. They made suggestions and asked what I liked. The owner gave me a free pair of scrubs for a bad experience I had previously! She made things right. She apologized and listened to my concerns! The staff was amazing at helping me and my friend.

Scrub a dub dub who doesnt love this club? This guy does and so does my little son too. (He likes to hide in the racks of clothes.)The Club is a bit out of the way for me. Its on the other side of I-75. But its worth the drive. A nice discount for employees of certain hospitals. Bonus discount sales quite often. A nice selection of scrubs. (Important for us guys too.) A generous return policym And, most importantly, a super helpful staff. I was there today and was asked by no less than four employees if I needed help. (I didnt but it was nice to be asked.) They genuinely wanted to help too.Ill be going back to de Club and I suggest you go too.

I gave only 3 stars because of the prices and limited selection of scrubs brands. The employees are helpful and pleasant. The store is very clean,uniform, and open. However, they have a very limited selection of brands. It almost appears as though, this store only carries the more higher end and expensive brands which only caters to a particular category of customers. Food for thought from a previous customer, if you want to be known around town as oh yea, that scrub shop or that scrub shop with the empty parking lot or worse yet what scrub shop? Theres a scrub shop There? Then keep selling super expensive and limited brands to a limited customer base. You might want to re-think your marketing strategy

Great variety of scrub brands and colors, as well as shoes and other supplies like stethoscopes, scissors, etc. Lots of pins and sassy badges to choose from. Occasional discounts if you work at local hospitals, and they can do payroll deduction. If they dont have the size or color you need they will order it for you for free. Occasional events and giveaways. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is my fave place to get scrubs

Great selection for premium scrubs with premium pricing. Mens section is small but complete and the help is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend if you want high quality and dont mind spending some dough.

This place is clean, bright, staff is all very friendly and helpful. I have bought most of my scrubs there because they give so many discounts to different schools and employers. The products are displayed well and you can see the products well. And they are constantly updating with the newest cute scrubs, but always have your old favorites. They can order what ever they dont have and unlike many other scrub stores around they actually call you right away to tell you your purchase has arrived.

Not much to say here typical uniform Club. Selection seem to be a little more varied than typical. Employees are condescending and rude. Bathrooms were extremely filthy

Came here the 1st time last week and I was greeted with enthusiasm. They were very friendly and accomodating. Helped me with sizes and finding the right color. I even received a discount for working at the hospital. She ordered what I needed and verified the order and let me know I would receive a text once my order came in (usually 2 weeks) I was surprised when my order arrived 1 week earlier! I will return!

Came in around 5p today. Walked in and the gentleman working there looked right at me and still didnt even acknowledge me/ welcomed me to the store. I literally walked around the while store and neither did the gentleman or woman at the register acknowledge me. I walked right out. What kind of customer service is this?P.S. My very first time visiting this uniform store and no employee took the time to acknowledge me or assist me. Terrible!

Service here compared to the Uniform Destination at the Ellenton outlet is like night and day. Greeted immediately upon walking in salesgirl Katelyn asks what we were looking for and helped us pick out scrubs for my daughters first year at MTC. Helped with sizes and coordinating tops and bottoms. Your not on your own here like the competition (there is none)If they dont have your size, they offer to order it and have it delivered to the store giving you all the sajes price and discounts that you would have received . If your a student at the medical program at MTC, you get 25% off.This coupled with great customer service will definitely get us to come back. 3 times to the Destination Uniform store at the outlets and will never go back. Went in today just to see if anything changed from last month and a busy tax free day. No. Customers wandering around, no one helping.The only destination for my 2 daughters scrubs will be Scrub Club!

So, I purchased a pair of shoes that ended up being too large last week. I went in today and was told that shoe sales are final.I had only walked out to my car and back in them and there was bit of dirt on the bottom as it was a rainy day, but there was nothing else wrong with the shoes. The large woman, whom I guess is the manager said she couldnt resell them and I shoul try to sell these BRAND NEW SHOES ON SWAPMEET or some site! I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!! And I will be sure to let my fellow employees know this poor customer service!
