If I could give less than one star I would, rude service, I had money in my pocket ready for down payment but I was trying to get the best deal possible so once the clerk thought I didnt have money he made up some sad excuses about how even tho I make 3 times the amount necessary for the car and payments that their not going to be selling to me. Im honestly disappointed in this company and the fact they allow such things to happen, I feel profiled and discriminates against. Such a heartbreaking experience honestly. I do not recommend this company

I was referred to Okcarz by an individual months prior to my purchase made on April 17, 2021. At the time of signing documentation I mentioned the individual and even called her while sitting in front of Mike and Carmen, so that I could give them the appropriate information for the individual to receive the $150 referral reward for referring me. It is now September 08, 2021 and that individual has not been awarded the $150. I honestly I hope Okcarz will do the right thing in the next coming weeks and honor their word to the individual that referred me.

Carmen and Mike were very helpful. We told them what we wanted and they did not stop until we got it. We love our “new” SUV. It rides really good and it’s very nice. We talked about buying more cars from you and sending people your way!! Thank you so much!

Needed a new car and this place help me get it. Dont be fooled by the cars they have on display. All you have to do is ask and they will find you a car. We were getting ready to leave and go somewhere else until Carmen said hold on let me check our inventory. She had her boss mike look and they found us a vehicle with everything we wanted. Great place. Easy transactions. Only critique is they should sell gap insurance. Leaves you a little uneasy without it.

Bought a car from here this afternoon and it was THE BEST car buying experience ever! Alfonso was so helpful, very professional and attentive. I have 3 children, all in car seats, so I needed a vehicle big enough to fit them all. He had the such patience with me while I literally measured the back seats of cars. He was even willing to drive to St. Pete and bring a car back for me to look at with no guarantee of me buying it, which I thought was very nice. I finally decided on a car and while I was signing all the paperwork, they got a delivery of pizza and actually fed me! The down payments for this place are SO freaking affordable! I was blown away! They got me a great deal on car insurance as well. I thought I was going to walk out broke but ended up spending less than what I was planning on the down payment alone, on the down payment plus the first payment of the full coverage car insurance! I will recommend this dealership to everyone who needs a car!
