These people are con artists, if you’re a couple days late and want your vehicle back they expect you to pay the entire pay off which is 2x as much as the vehicle’s worth!! They make everything easy at first, you’re better off buying a cash car or trying your luck somewhere else !! Phil is a liar and will manipulate you to get your money !!

DrivenNationUSA in Bradenton fl, to everyone that seeing this post please stay away from them because they are bad for business, they will try to steal from you with your debit card and take a big deposit for themselves. I’m telling the public this because they stole 2000 from me for no reason and now they refused to give it back. Seven months ago, I bought a car from DriveNation USA, and Im still highly satisfied with the experience. The salesman was straight-forward, polite, and easy to work with. He gave me a fair price on a good quality vehicle. The location is nice, not far from the scenic town of Bradenton. I would definitely go back.

We bought a car from drive nation in April of this year. Air conditioning went out immediately both front tires blew out within 3 weeks. We have a soup can hooked up to our injector filter. No oil cap. Both low beam lights went out. No oil change done. They sold us the car like that. Awful place wouldn’t recommend. Don’t go here unless you are able to inspect the car and know what your doing. Very poor service.

Scott and Jeff were super friendly. The establishment closed at 4 and Scott came back at nearly 8 to help sell us a car. Straight forward, honest guys.

We have recently had some credit struggles so we had been turned down many places. Having just moved, to say it was inconvenient when my Santa Fe died would be a huge understatement. Cynthia and Jeff stayed late so I could drop in after work, showed me the three cars I had narrowed my choices down to on their website. And were friendly and efficient getting all the paperwork taken care of and getting me on the road home in my “new” 2014 Camry. The car is great and I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience.

I am very dissatisfied with the service here. From the beginning things were fine until it came down to title work. I live in a different state and was promised the title will be sent to me directly. This was middle September. After a few weeks I’m following up to locate my title and it was sent to my states central DMV. The DMV was unable to process it due to lacking information... the information I had. So while I wait and wait and wait we are now in February and (Cynthia was sure to let me know this was my fault as she was unable to contact me.) finally the title is going to be sent to me. I have gone well above and beyond my do diligence to get this resolved and yet I’m stuck with all the late titling fees, the risk of driving without legal tags, and multiple vehicle inspections. Business should not be handled this way. Be careful when you choose your dealerships and the smokescreens they use to hide their business practice.

We had been looking for a basic transportation vehicle for a friend going through a divorce, and I decided to give DriveNation USA a call. They had taken just the right kind of vehicle as a trade-in, and the owner offered to stay late on a Saturday to allow us to get our friend from work to their business to look at it. The vehicle was in good mechanical shape and our friend was thrilled that we could find her affordable transportation so easily. The owners processed the as is paperwork quickly for our friend, and she was able to drive her new vehicle home. Ill be shopping for a used truck next year, and Ill be asking DriveNation USA to help me find the right one.

If I could give negative stars I would! I don’t even wanna give 1 star!! The Scott guy that owns it is a joke. He will do whatever to make a dollar. Not very friendly either, rude, & a liar. I am a single mother with 2 kids. Thought I was buying a good car for my family.. I drove it home & parked it. I took a nap. About 3 hours later, I got up and gave my daughter a ride to her friends house across town. On the way back, it over heated! We have replaced the thermostat, burped the engine, put a new radiator cap on. Nothing we have done is working! Has a blown head gasket & he sold it that way! He knew it was like that!! That’s crazy! Karma will get him for that !

Martin hasWe Haven’t even had the car 30 days yet and it’s already having major mechanical issues that need to be fixed.We talked about the car having a warranty when we bought it but were never told verbally that it wasn’t being added!Apparently the down payment would’ve been more had we added the warranty through the finance company but we were not verbally told that.OUR FAULT FOR HIM SIGNING THE PAPERWORK WITHOUT READING EVERY PAGE IN DETAIL!!!Now we have to contact the finance company to see if we can return the car SMHThey were great to work with at first but it was Clearly all about making the sale nothing more.Feel completely ripped off at this point——————————————————————————-Went online looking for a 2nd car for our family. Found one in particular we really liked. Did the online application on my lunch break at work & got a call back from Cynthia within in hour. I will definitely don t recommending this dealer to anyone last Saturday me and my husband bought a use car for almost $8000 the guy told us everything is OK but that s was a liar the car have 4 problems we spend almost $2000 to fix them 1)waterpum leak that was very bad 2) front trut warn 3)serpentine belt dry 4) rackplaion leak however they not giving not even 1 day free warranty
