It was different. At first they were not very professional and didnt know all of their business. Had the same service 11,000 miles prior, but this time they acted as if was impossible to do until they talked to other who worked on my van before and found out it was possible to do, then they completed the work as ordered. They did compensate me, by not charging me which helped me to be satisfied with my service. Just hope it doesnt happen again.

I had a great first experience with Firkins. I was leaking hydraulic fluid on my Grand Cherokee and contacted their service department. Terrible service, took a month to get 2 tires through warranty and 3 weeks for them to let me know warranty wont cover my other issues. Got my car back after a month with a dead battery and incredibly dirty, spider webs from the tires to wheel Wells as if it has been sitting for a week. Dont go if you can avoid it. Sitting on a cactus would be a less painful process than dealing with these clowns.

Let me start off by saying what an experience! From the initial inquiry on a new vehicle to the sales staff reaching out. They never pressured me to buy. They asked what I was looking for and asked if there was anything they could do to help with my search. I told them I would be in to look at a new Grand Cherokee L and they left it at that. They checked in to just see how I was doing. Shelby reached out to me and we set up an appointment to meet with a salesman. They rolled out the red carpet when I arrived. I met with Chris Richardson and immediately I developed a positive rapport with him. We discussed what I was looking for and he took me right to a gorgeous Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve. As soon as I saw it I fell in love. We took it for a spin and when we got back I said let’s talk numbers. They completely paid off my 2015 Grand Cherokee and we made a deal for the 2021. They made the process as painless as possible. I signed on the dotted line and they took my new Jeep to get detailed. After waiting awhile Chris came back and said he didn’t want to hold me up anymore and that he wanted me to come back at a later date to have it properly detailed. The Firkins service department has kept my 13-year-old vehicle on the road and running smoothly. After a period of neglected maintenance, they recently brought it back from a horribly misfiring, undriveable state and got it back in perfect working order. The diagnosis took some time, but they identified the issue after 2 other shops failed, and fixed it for a price I found to be surprisingly low. Actually it came in substantially lower than the initial estimate, so I was a very happy camper. Oh, and I learned about a car part I had never heard of before. Great service all around!

Found this car I wanted offered by them on the internet. I talked to them by phone and was assured it was a nice car. I bought the car sight unseen and wired the money as I live in Ohio. I flew in and found the staff to be very friendly. I did all the paperwork prior to seeing the car. That was worrisome but I knew they were a highly rated and was confident. I was then transported to see the car and was amazed at its condition. It was better than I could have ever imagined. It was perfect and the gas tank was full. Have never been more disappointed in a service department as I am with firkins. My son has had two separate appointments to address safety recall issues and is now currently sitting in the service department for a third time instead of in school where he should be! The first appointment was scheduled, he arrived and was told that the technician that was to complete the work had called out that day, we were never called to inform us of this. He scheduled another appointment which was to be completed yesterday when he got out of school, only to show up and be told that there was not enough time to complete the work. As previously stated, he is now spending the better part of his day sitting at the dealership hoping that they can complete all of the repairs instead of being in school!! I can honestly say this is the most unprofessional place I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!!!

I purchased my first Jeep from Firkins in 2018! Although my warranty is up, I continue to utilize the dealership because of the relationship that has been built up between myself, and the staff that has been there to assist with my needs. Sean Averso, my Service Advisor, has been amazing since day one, and has always made sure that I understood any questions that I had concerning my vehicle. Recently, I had to completely replace my soft top. Austin was fantastic! Got a great truck at a fair price. Drove 3 hrs to the dealership. Bought the truck and drove it home and left my car there for the weekend as I was by myself and couldnt come back with my wife until Monday (Memorial Day) to pick up my car. Austin called me that morning to let me know that my tire was flat in my car. Upon arrival he helped me with changing out the tire and even let me borrow a jack and his own air compressor! Great service and would definitely buy there again!
