Absolute perfection! After the fist kitchen remodel with Progressive, I wouldn’t even consider another company. This is our second project with them and the work is outstanding. Even during these hard times and how hard it has been with the pandemic to have product come on time, cliff has always kept me up to date and informed every step of the way. Him and his team even drove out of there normal service area to do my kitchen, which is very much appreciated as I specifically wanted progressive to do it. You wont get better customer service anywhere else!

I just recently had a complete kitchen remodel....and from my first meeting with Cliff Anderson I knew I had made the right choice. He turned my anxiety into calmness (just one of his many superpowers)!! The project was well planned, on time, on budget and was finished to perfection, with attention to every little detail. All involved in this project were the consummate professionals and truly as nice as you can get! Thank you for bringing the vision I had for my kitchen to life - I love - love - love it ... not to mention it is the envy of everyone who sees it! Honestly it belongs in a home design magazine!

We decided to go with Progressive because they were authorized NatureKast dealers for the outdoor kitchen and they also did interior cabinet work for our laundry and butlers pantry. Reviews were good even though the price was high. I had the design already done for all areas so they just came out and reviewed measurements. They sub-contracted all other services; installation and granite measure/install. I felt like I was managing everything all the way through and communication was poor. They picked out sinks, granite template, etc., without my input. Several issues arose with cabinets and granite after install and they did come back to address, but the large problem in the butlers pantry wasnt worth ripping out. If you go with them, insist on full granite templates and active management of the project. Maybe because ours was a small, $24K job they were focused on larger projects. In the end I would give the end product 3 out of 5 stars.

I worked with Progressive Cabinetry on my kitchen remodel. I ordered very high quality cabinets at a cost of over $25K. To be fair, the cabinet quality is excellent and the design process was great. After that, the service fell off. When my cabinets arrived, one cabinet was basically destroyed, two sheets of plywood were badly scratched, three doors (very large) were made 2 inches too tall and there was missing hardware (no hinges included for the large doors). The first time I called to resolve this issue Cliff was very responsive and said he would get me what I needed. Even though we were going to need to wait for a new long lead time, we had time in our production schedule, so it was ok. When we unpacked all the items, we discovered that we were missing trim pieces. We again called Cliff. This time you could tell he was annoyed. He said the missing items were scanned... Soooo, we stole them? So....we have a secret stash of trim pieces that we conceal for our enjoyment? He reluctantly agreed to get us what we needed. When the missing items arrived the hinges came with no screws, kinda need those to install them. So we called Cliff. He informed me that I could just go buy those at the store....Ok, so not my job, but I will let it slide, because we were really happy with our cabinets. The next day, I went to install the hinges only to find that they sent the wrong base plate for our application (the doors would not close correctly with the base plate provided). Oh joy, another call with Cliff. At this point I would like to mention that I never got upset. I always said I appreciated their help in resolving my concerns. Yet he never once apologized for their mistakes. On the call he informed me that he would have to research new hinges (big sigh on his part, major annoyance). So I finally asked, is this a problem, no attitude, just curiosity. He then said he would never again do this. He said that we were too far away from them and that all this coming to our house was a challenge, and that they would never work with out a professional install team again. Ok, full stop, I owned my own cabinet shop and made custom cabinets. Thanks for trying to talk down to me Cliff! So here is my never statement, I will never recommend this company! Unless of course you dont care if you have broken, missing parts and will be made to feel stupid when you ask them to solve it. Customer service isnt hard. If you mess up apologize, fix the problem and dont talk down to your customer.Please note in his response to my review, below, no apology, just excuses. Typical of my experience. Just for the record, the hinge bases were wrong. I went ahead and ordered new ones that were correct for my application. I paid for them myself. I was on the install side. Clearly you are not or you wouldnt have needed to research what was wrong with the hinges you sent. In the end, good customer service is just admitting when you did something wrong, fixing it and not trying to make the customer feel stupid. You have failed on these counts.

The team at Progressive Cabinetry was truly remarkable. We chose them because they carried the style and brand cabinets that were already in the kitchen of the home we had just purchased and we wanted the cabinets to match. Dave started us off with an excellent phone interview and discussion of the problems we faced in the kitchen remodel. He was able to work with us from real estate listing photos to match and help to design a kitchen that met all our expectations. The cabinets matched exactly! Covid-19 created challenges and delays but the professionalism of the team at Progressive Cabinetry helped to make it not quite so difficult. They made bringing the kitchen of our dreams to reality a fun experience. The people who installed were knowlegeble and capable and unbelivably inteligent. They used tried and true techniques and quality materials. The details such as hidden screws that held everthing in place were greatly appreciateted and not something that just anyone would consider doing. That little bit extra is why this team is so very special. When all is said and done I felt more like I was working with friends than with someone I hired. The only difference was they were far more efficient at getting the job done than a friend could ever be.I never personnally met Cliff the owner, however he has built a team which was a delight to work with. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to take on a kitchen project.

I highly recommend Progressive Cabinetry! We just finished a full kitchen and partial bath remodel. It was just great to have professional design services because I have not undertaken an extensive remodel in years and needed guidance with new design ideas and materials. I worked with a talented designer, Shawna Miller - she is calming, organized, knowledgeable, creative and gave me lots of choices. The installer, Rodney Caukwell, is highly skilled and went the extra mile to make the job really special. The entire staff is courteous, reliable and very customer service centered. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m thrilled with the result! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As someone who was in the remodeling business many years ago, I must say that our experience with Cliff and his staff was outstanding. Great design, great cabinetry, staff and contractors who will go the extra distance to ensure customer satisfaction, the hallmark of an outstanding service company. You can buy cabinets and installation services almost anywhere, but that doesnt ensure youll be happy. Visit Progressive and meet the staff - youll find what we did and will be glad that you did.

Cliff was awesome. He came to the house and took at the measurements and then laid out the plan for the cabinets. He showed us all our options and explained the quality of the cabinets. His staff was extremely accommodating to changes to the plan and giving us new price quotes.. Progressive had extremely competitive prices for the high quality of the cabinets they are offering.We did not wind up using Progressive in the end because we wound up committed to someone else as part of a package deal, but I would definitely use Progressive for my next kitchen renovation.
