I posted the photo on Publix Facebook page but couldn’t seem to post it here. James, at Bayshore Gardens Publix, created a magnificent and delicious three dimensional pirate ship cake for our twin grandsons’ birthdays. The detail (treasure chest with gold coins spilling out, cannons, icing shaded to look like wood planks, ocean waves at the base to name a few) were amazing. In addition to his creativity, James was professional, friendly, and had the cake ready on time. Thank you James for your terrific co tribute on to our celebration!

The associates here are always friendly... You have some great people working here... Jasmine and Matt in the bakery and Sparkle anywhere she is needed.... Awesome happy staff that will keep shopping there forever!

This store is always so clean shelves are stocked and there pre-made foods are awesome and a great time saver for busy moms like me!! They seem to be very aware of When lines get long and open up new registers which I appreciate so much thanks to all who work there doing a great job its a pleasure shopping at Publix

Found everything on my list in under 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful from customer service to produce to checkout. Even the customers were in a good mood. This is one of my favorite Publix stores. Smaller than most and has kind of an old-timey feel.

The store is fine, never had any negative shopping experiences over all, but why does every other Publix close at 10, and this closes at 9? Could I drive to the others? Sure, but when it’s already late and you need just 3-4 things and you’re just trying to get home, pretty inconvenient.

I love the Publix stores. The stores are cleaned and well maintained, the employees are very friendly and professional and will go as far as to walk with you down a few aisles to find an item you are looking for. The only negative thing I could say about them is that there is always a backup at the deli. It seems that they are always short on help at the deli. It takes me as long waiting at the deli to get a few items of cold cuts as it does to do the whole rest of my shopping.

Store is fine. Local market brings it down.. not my favorite Publix, by far, even though Im a big fan of Publix.. not sure what they can do to bring it up.. seems like its more of an effect of the local population..

We visited Publix last week to have a cake made for our sons birthday this weekend and we spoke with Angela at the bakery. We didnt have a picture of what we wanted and there wasnt a style of it in the cake design book, all we told her was we wanted a robot style cupcake cake kind of like a minecraft robot and wow she did an amazing job! We were super happy with the way it turned out and everybody at the party loved it! Especially the birthday boy! Thank you to Publix and a HUGE thank you to Angela at the bakery!

I came here for an insta cart order and when I am doing two orders at once, bagging is important. Today I had Cynthia as a bagger and her great organization skills helped me out tremendously! She was very organized and polite! Thanks Cynthia for your help today!☺️

General groceries shopping is fine. Bakery is always nice and deli does a great job for fresh made. I would not use their pharmacy ever again. Lost of my perscription and had to call for a refax, said hour wait, over 2 hours and not fulfilled. As a former pharm tech, Id focus on more training.

I have been coming to this Publix for years and always get a Tres Leche cake for all the birthdays in my family and get the bakery to write happy birthday ...Well today I come in (its my daughters birthday ) to get a cake and have Happy Birthday written on it ...the young girl in the bakery shakes her head no at me ..says nope we cant do it on those cakes. So I pull up pics from every year and show her that they CAN do it ..she rolls hers eyes and says give it to me, Im not gonna argue with you in the nastiest way possible! Its clear from other reviews they have a problem with young RUDE/HATEFUL staff!

Love publix, especially the BOGOSIAN. Staff is Friendly and helpful.

My go to store .You will find something!

Not a full-size Publix store, but well-stocked and merchandised. Clean operation and lots of helpful staff to help locate specialty items when needed. Easy to get around and close-in parking is seldom a problem.

Always clean and orderly, well stocked and efficient checkouts.Just to note, only downside is they get really busy and the have no self checkout lane.

The young employees are very rude! They have NO respect nor do they know anything about customer service. When caught being rude act like little three years old that dont get their way and being very aggressive to customers. They might wanna teach those kids respect fast or one day they WILL have another whole problem on their hands.

I love shopping at publix. They have what youre looking for.

The one young man who bags the groceries, cant remember his name, but always asks how is your day going and if you have any plans. Always makes the checkout line more pleasant! !

Always find just what im looking for..from quick dinners on the fly..to last minute gifts..(think bakery 😃)..friendly staff too...makes other customers friendlier i think.

Great store except the snow crab was a little pricey.

Its all good. Aldi much cheaper but limited selection. Go to both.

Angela is the bakery is a god send.I gave her a spin off of one of the cakes in the decorating book and she NAILED IT. Very professionally and attentive to a super demanding mom with very high expectations of a cake decorator. Thank you Angela! PS we have twins who turn 12 in December and will be back to order the next BIG cake idea that pops in my head 😊

Like I said Publix is my store thats my go to store when I want my chicken or I want my money order for my rent always fresh when I call and it is what it is I love them

Oh gosh we absolutely love Bayshore Publix. From fresh sushi. Hot to go chicken, their veggies n fruits always fresh. The crew always friendly and helpful. Lets not forget clean inside and out.

Love this place also friendly and knowledgeable staff members there if you need help finding something

Long wait for flu vaccine but was successful in getting shot in about 1 hour later.

I stopped into this store coming home from work. Id had a rough day and was dreading going in because it was crowded. I got the few items I needed and surprisingly I had the most wonderful experience checking out with Tonya. I can always expect Publix people to be a positive in my day. The pharmacy really goes that extra step to make sure everything is correct. The sync program is great for this who pick up more than one Rx per month.

Depending on what time you go, you might get friendly staff. Afternoons seems like you get bad attitude but mornings seems to have better moments.

I got my first covid shot today. Awesome lady in the pharmacy gave me an injection that I questioned in my mind if I really got it. She was soo phenomenal! I have NEVER not felt anything but, then the soreness set in and quelled my suspicion. I hate I dont remember her name. I only hope shell be there for my second one.

Customer service has really gone downhill at this store. You are lucky to even get greeted by the cashiers anymore. I was also correct because I accidently had 11 items in the express line; except the cashier didnt directly tell me that. She complained about getting tired checking out so many things... you must be joking, lol. Also, usually, if a customer asks an employee for an item that they are out of, an employee would usually say I apologize, or something along those lines, not be snapped at with no, we dont have that then acting like I am in their way while I look for an alternate item...

Deli department never has stuff when you want it. Csn never get anyone in the meat department and they are always out of things!

This is my favorite Publix, after shopping with Instacart for several months in the past, i always prefered the Bayshore Publix! On point

I frequent this location as its close to my house and a favorite grocery store of my wife and mother. Customer Service is what you expect of the brand, excellent.Store Location is clean and organized.The only negative is the frequency of out of stocks in certain categories. Bread, certain candies ect. I work as an Instacart shopper to moonlight extra money and that issue comes up often enough. Aside from that its all good. Excellent deli and fresh produce quality as well.

Ordered a sub order for pickup one hour ahead, when I got there they hadn’t even started making it.No reason but I tried to be patient. Then, the deli employees were complaining about customers and why do they order when they’re out of things, they ignored customers in front of them and proceeded to be more concerned about gossip and fighting each other. I just feel like that was poor customer service and frustrating that orders are not done on time, not correctly and the employees seemed to be more concerned with work drama than their job.

I spoke to a manager about some creamer that had gone bad on me even though the date was May 2nd and he graciously gave me a new one thats what you call good customer service very pleased.

I have always liked going to Publix. They actually do charge more money but some of their stuff is better quality. The only thing I dont like is there is no social distancing.

Tried to walk holding my bike as I had some other groceries hanging off the handlebar. A guy standing at the front, Tom, Im assuming hes a manager because hes standing around talking and leaning against the wall, told me I cant bring my bike in. I explained I just needed one thing and I had food on the bike so I didnt want to leave everything outside, he understood but said that with all thats going on I should understand. I asked him if he thought my bike had a virus, has response maybe, with all thats going on.... You know..... I kind of tried to have a educated conversation about how bikes dont carry viruses, but it just turned it into repetition of all that is going on.I see theres a few comments about bad customer service, I will add mine here....

Slowest deli ever! Subs or cold cuts, extremely time consuming.....Writing this review while I have already been waiting nine minutes. Employees are nice and helpful.

Just wanted to say a cashier named Sam she really went out of her way for us today. All the ladies are so polite all the guys are so polite. And a lot of us in the Bayshore area are feeling our age. Forgetfulness not counting out money right. Trying to make it through this virus its difficult time for us. Im a disabled veteran Im very thankful. Outstanding service outstanding everything. Thank you from our hearts.

I was really disappointed when I couldnt get the seafood that I purchased from Publix steamed at Publix because once I placed it in my hands to take it to the front to pay for it I couldnt bring it back to the back to have it steamed. I couldnt pay AFTER it was steamed because I cant purchase hot food from Publix. I do not have the capability to steam my own seafood.
