My favorite grocery store. This Publix always has great service and is never too packed. Plus always have good sales going to save $$$

Shout out to Doris in the bakery for making this beautiful cake for my baby shower! 🦥 She went above and beyond to make it beautiful and special for us. We always get our cakes at this bakery as they always do an amazing job. Thanks for making all our special occasions...well special!

The meat department at this location is hands down the best in the area. There are always plenty of people on staff to help and they are friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been buying their bone in ribeyes for the past few months and I they are the best steaks I have ever eaten.

Grocery shopping is a necessity. You may as well shop at Publix and make it a great experience. Customer service still exists at this chain. Thank goodness. Great deli, excellent to go meals, large produce section, and best cheese selection. I truly appreciate so many checkout lines being open. Friendly people work here.

Kim @ the bakery dept was super helpful and pleasant to deal with. She helped me pick out the perfect birthday cake for my best friend and took the time to listen to me. Wish more people in the service industry were as helpful and kind. 10/10 highly recommend.

Clean decent. Like most Publixs

Good selection, clean, friendly staff, and Bakery is fantastic! Carrys Boars Head Deli meats. Only prepackaged Land O Lakes cheese though... they want you to buy Publix instead. BOGOs are the way to go. You will spend slightly more then Walmart, but you wont leave stressed out. Fresh meats and Veggies have been better in the past, but they will except exchange if meat or veggies go bad quickly 1-2 days from purchase.

The continued issue I have are their perfectly made Oatmeal cookies and always on time deli. Sometimes on could use a few minute delay, but no not this Publix... Always on time! #Kudos and #ThankYou!

I hate this store. The employees are not friendly. The sub counter is terrible I was not only ignored for ten minutes but when I was finally helped the employee that helped me was rude and on top of that she wouldnt cut the cheese that i have been able to get at every other location that i have been so why not this one.And to finish my visit off my cashier was awful she didnt know how to count change and neither did her bagger. So he went searching for a manager. When one arrived he looked dumbfounded. You shouldnt have people that cant count money be a cashier that is just basic knowledge for a cashier to know.

Always find everything on my shopping list. Convenient location. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I shop here regularly.

They were so nice and wanting to assist taking my few items to the car. As they say, with a smile, and they did.

Usually a solid place for good meats. Friendly employees, clean and well organized shelves. Always have my lion bars in stock in the international isle. This is my preferred Publix on Highway 64 despite living right next to another one. I do prefer the larger ones on highway 70 or University, just east of town, only because they are newer and larger. Also a great pharmacy staff, very fast pharmacy.

Well, its just another magnificent Publix experience, emphasized by the associates who work diligently to make customers feel welcome in their stores. I have never found a better chain of supermarkets in Florida! 👍🏼

This Publix is always well stocked and has a very friendly and helpful staff. The hot food is good and they handle the line of people well given the circumstances. It is our regular stop. It may be a bit more $$ than Wal-mart, but there is no comparison as to the shopping experience and the staff knowledge and helpfulness.

Publix is the higher end supermarket in the area. There was an even higher end competitor on SR 70 that didnt last and was replaced by Winn Dixie. Publix has the best pharmacy in the area. Many common prescriptions used by seniors are almost free. They have my permanent loyalty because of that. Also, Publix is the go to place for most common vaccinations. Last year my whole family had to get a booster immunization before my oldest son would let us visit his new baby daughters. The Doc in the Box walk in clinics wanted a weeks notice and a couple hundred dollars. Publix immunized all of us that same day for about twenty bucks. Have I mentioned the Deli or the International Candies?

Very very nice Publix...our favorite in Lakewood Ranch area. Soo many choices of all kinds of food. Love this store.

Had chicken tenders my husband loves. Not too busy for nearly five oclock so it was an in and out experience.

All the staff at all the PUBLIX grocery stores that I frequent in our area are always curtious and helpful. If they are out of something they apologize and tell me when the item might come in. I like the friendly faces and although I dont use the Pharmacy and the Liquoir store so often they too are top notch. My favorite plus for this particular PUBLIX is being able to check out my own groceries. I have enjoyed PUBLIX for years even when I only visited Florida. I can truthfully say PUBLIX and Harris Teeter are my favorite grocery stores in all of the U.S. Thanks PUBLIX.

I usually have all good experiences with Publix. But today I purchased mushroom soup on my lunch break and about 4 bites in chewed on something that appeared to be gauze bandage.Everyone at my work place( all of us nurses) agreed it looked like a bandage of some sort, so gross! I called an was told to have it refunded. No one asked me when I called what soup it was to have it removed so someone else didn’t eat contaminated soup. So when I finished my shift and came in to return it and show them the item one of the employees said yeah that looks like a wrap for a wound! I took a picture and I asked them to remove the soup and they said they would show their deli manager. Honestly I’d never eat anything from the deli again. The employees are all very nice and I do really like Publix but that is not okay.

Great food and plenty of it wait in staff was wonderful. Will return.

Just doing some afternoon shopping, I was helped out by Jerry in the meat area, he helped select a beautiful ribeye for my husband not only did it look great but my spouse said it tasted excellent and was very tender. As always the customer service at Publix was exceptional

I will no longer shop at any Publix. This used to be my store of choice, but not requiring customers to wear face mask in the middle of a pandemic is ludicrous. The poor excuse I got from the manager is it’s not law so we can’t ask. Way to not protect your employees or customers. It’s not law but look at Disney they require it,

Love it when my cashier stares me up and down in awkward silence for a 4-pack instead of asking for my ID. Usually the service here is so friendly but I have never felt more I comfortable while checking out...

Come here (Florida, Bradenton) to visit my Dad and shop at Publix for putting our dinners together..... does not happen to much with these Corona days. But love to visit and feel good about the professional experience I walk into at Publix. Can always put together a nice gift basket here. Thanks for being open.

Friendly helpful service & employees. Trying to there best with people running around without masks. Yet the the staff and mgt are polite, courteous & helpful. Smaller store so slightly smaller selections but a great store and the one I use all the time!

Max at customer service around 7:30 today was a fantastic employee. I had a complication with a purchase and he was very kind and considerate. He really cared about my experience and made sure I left with what I needed. Max definitely deserves a raise, especially considering the current pandemic. This past weekend my son and his fiance informed my husband and I that their out if state visit was not just any visit, and was meant to include us instead of elope!We found out the night before they were to be married.As you may imagine our delight and surprise to be included and the task of preparing!I first called Sarah in the bakery where she was able to make a small wedding cake for that evening, and then Kathy in the floral department.Kathy was actually willing to stay longer to be sure we had beautiful flowers making our bride even more beautiful!Both women were so helpful, welcoming, personable and professional. They were asked to perform with no notice and did so cheerfully, making the event enjoyable.Thank you for helping us put the finishing touches on a wonderful day!

Its always clean and pretty fast with friendly efficient service/cashiers. I like how stores are layed out, so I usually find my way around all the stores, being about the same. Cant wait for the arrows and Xs to go away! Id like to try ordering online for pick up soon. Shopping with arrows and Xs is annoying, IMO.

Very busy this Publix.

Not my normal store (my mothers normal store). I do stop here often when my work ends in this area. Employees always nice and helpful. Every trip I always buy cut marrow bones for my Great Dane, but this store out of stock every time. Must be popular buy at this location. Only when I need something special do I go to places like Wal-Mart. Id give this location 5 stars every time if they werent always out of marrow bones. Always thankful for good service!

My wife asked me to get the balloons for our sons first birthday party and I was sure I would somehow mess things up. Erika in the floral and balloon section was incredibly helpful with her advice on picking the right balloon arrangements to match our theme (Sesame Street) and made sure everything was perfect. She took her time to cut all ribbons the proper length and secured to them to the various balloon weights, such that the balloon bouquets looked great all day long. I will also note that multiple specialty party supply stores cited a nationwide helium shortage and could sell me balloons but not inflate them. I confirmed this Publix has plenty of helium in stock to get us through this supply shock. Thank you so much, Erika!

This is a gas card weekend, so we were pleased to refurbish after our trip. The personnel are really helpful and knowledgeable about the location of the merchandise. We were able to get two gas cards when we spent over$100.00. We will take them to the next trip.

I get a certain wine at the Anna Maria store they dont carry at Lakewood Ranch. Today, I asked a manager if he could get the wine, they use to carry it but stopped. He said hed make sure it was returned to the inventory. Id much rather get it here where I live, instead of Anna Maria. They were very courteous and helpful.
