Very strong customer service! Time and time again, customer service seems to be the high end point of this particular Publix! ( not the one by the beachfront... not that one. ). Today, David the manager took over to me a bag of groceries that was left at the cashier. He just drove to my house and handed it! Anyone else has heard of better customer service? ;-) I was so happy 😀

I love this Publix!! It is has a huge selection of groceries. Staff is friendly and check out is quick. I love the sushi selection - they always have great deals. Parking is huge, but gills up on weekends.

This is where I do all of my general shopping and I love it here. All of the employees are wonderful. I would like to especially point out their pharmacy. All of the pharmacy staff are amazing. I will just walk by to do other shopping and they will call me out by name to let me know my wife has a prescription ready. They go so far above and beyond their job to make sure you are taken care of.

Great place to shop! They have just about everything you would want! The prices are good too. I was just in vacation and need a few things, I wish we had one of these around where I live, but unfortunately we do not. Ill make sure to look for these stores more often when I am traveling next time.

Literally has no handicapped parking spots. Not worth going to even if you arent disabled. One of the worst Publix Ive ever been to.

Very clean, neat and easy to shop at. Employees very polite and helpful. Unlike other stores, I find everything in order and fresh. They even help me with packing and taking my groceries out to the car.

This is my main grocery store for about to years and the staff is always super friendly great management always have fresh product and when they have really good bogos someone is always willing to offer and look in the back for products theyre awesome and I love coming here.

Did you forget something at home that you needed for the beach? No biggie, Publix has you covered. I like this store because its not the one thats on the beach. This means alot less traffic and chaos on your trip. We know about the bakery, deli, clean stores, and great customer service already. All that is fantastic, but if you need extra towels, bathing suit as well, walk next door to Bealls Outlet. They got you covered too!

The Westgate Publix is clean and has a great selection; best of all, friendly and efficient cashiers and baggers, unlike some Publix stores which are mostly self checkout and bag it yourself. Publix has been known for decades for great customer service and the installation of self scanners is very disappointing. I no longer shop at my nearest Publix.

Just picked up a little bit of stuff .staff was friendly and got out of there pretty quickly. For out of state people grocery store / liquor store and everthing in between.

This particular store was for me super clean and Organized. Stock very goodI like the idea that everything Im going i can checkout quickly and I dont have to wait like others publix

Super busy store.Out of allot of their fresh soups made daily.Plus there boxes of chicken Wings & roasted chicken is now 13.99 & long lines for the deli.Way over priced on allot of products.They try to trick u with the buy 2 get 1 free.Dont fall for it..

It’s very busy and filled with last minute shoppers like myself. The staff were pleasant and helpful and keeping things moving despite the crowds. The deli staff was outstanding! They processed a very large last minute order with speed and accuracy which couldn’t have been easy today! The floral staff had an amazing variety of arrangements that were fresh and beautiful to choose from! There were ample registers open with very little wait time. This is not the closest Publix to where I live but the extra couple miles is well worth it for the excellent service and phenomenal staff!

Went here for my vaccine and the pharmacist and clerk both showed how NOT to wear a face mask. As healthcare leaders this was unacceptable.

Nice store.this is a higher society type grocery store.the fruits and vegetables were really fresh and looked great.they had a great meat display and I actually bought a salad from the salads and fruit salad cooler.every thing was fresh and looked really good.the parking lot was really a spectacular sight for a food shop.palm trees and all.i love florida

One would think if they posted aisles with the products they would be correct. NOT ONE item was posted correctly. I guess if I was looking for a workout with my grocery shopping this might be an enjoyable experience

So far my least favorite Publix to shop at. Yesterday was my first time in this location. Almost a different world then Im accustomed to when I frequent my usual Publix locations around town.The out of stocks were insane. Ive never seen a Publix missing so much. When I asked a few associates for help while shopping their responses were reserved and one for sure indicated being put out. Frankly I wouldnt know why either as I was asking for a product we was unpacking? One of the numerous out of stocks being refilled.At checkout the cashier and bagger were engulfed in cool personas which felt to me like they couldnt wait to get out. First time I wasnt asked if I wanted to donate or if I needed an escort to my car with groceries. I never do by the way, the lack of inquiry simply spoke to the low level enthusiasm for work. And no, it wasnt busy in the slightest. I dont think I will be returning to this location if I can help it.

Publix is my most favorite store, awesome.

Its a Publix so it is clean, organized and the employees are helpful. I just moved so this is my new Publix. Hopefully they wont be out of items as often. I was there on Mothers day and the deli was swamped and I was told out of wings. It seems like one of the smaller stores. Im hopeful its a more personable store than Bayshore. I love the Cortez store but I moved away from that one almost 2 yrs ago.

Expensive and too many people are expecting me to steal, watching like hawks. makes me feel unwelcome and its hard to get out of there with a few things for dinner less than 50$

I give the store 4 stars and all of the employees the same.....EXCEPT the lady in the seafood dept. As of yesterday I started buying my fresh fish elsewhere. She acts like shes doing you a big favor waiting on you. Always snippy.

Some of the rudest people work there especially the older lady working customer service. You would think they would put a friendly person to work the front. I pay higher prices by going there to avoid the crowds at Walmart but its not worth the rude attitudes anymore

This Publix is my favorite store to shop at for groceries. Its very clean and all of the staff is very nice and will go out of their way to help you. They have great prices on things, especially when its bogo. I wont shop anywhere else.

Customer service is excellent. Every employee greeted me with genuine smile and made eye contact. In one case, a meat department employee took me to where I could find an item that had nothing to do with meat. The place is clean. No off putting smells in the deli or meat department. A wide variety of items to choose from. Off course, shopping at Publix is my pleasure.

I love product but I really dislike the fact that the attendant who was monitoring the self checkout was standing watching everyone before I got up there but once I got up there she stood right behind grab the remote and started monitoring my register.I had no suspicion of stealing at all paid for everything that really need to stop.

A supermarket is a supermarket one might say, but I find Publix (and Westgate is ‘my’ Publix) particularly comforting. I can’t think of any glaring negatives so I give it 5 ⭐️‘s. They promote recycling, hire kids and oldsters, and they encourage donations to worthy causes at checkout. All of which helps me feel good about myself, no matter how much money I just spent! All in all, I enjoy my outings at Publix! And, yes, I’m old, so there!
