I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt the need for this one. If you want professional etiquette and good customer service, I would highly recommend not to use this company. About a month ago we called them to see if hey would fix a pump that went bad on our pontoon boat. We were told to bring it in and Jason would take a look at it next week. We asked for an estimate to fix it. The week went by and we hadn’t heard anything. We called and no one answered - left a voice mail. When we finally got ahold of Jason, he said, yeah he would look at it next week. Next week went by and still no word. We tried Calling again and still no answer- left a voice mail. This went on for 3 weeks with no communication. I finally called and asked what is going on and if our boat was done. We had wanted our boat back to fish. Jason was very nasty on the phone and told me, “he does not have to communicate with people and return calls.” He stated he does not have he time to call customers back all the time. I could not believe how he talked to a customer of his. He was very rude and raising his voice to me. I was appalled and from someone that has worked in customer service all my life, I knew this was not how you treat customers. We finally got our boat back after 3 weeks, no estimate, and just the bill. We had to scrub our boat seats for several hours to get the stains off the seats from sitting in his yard for 3 weeks. If we knew he would not have the time to look at it for 3 weeks, we would not have taken it there so early. So if you want good customer service and a professional owner, don’t go here! We will NEVER take our boat back to him. Rude, Not Professional, and Non Communicative!

Brought my 2020 SeaDoo in for service and to repair damaged impeller. Very Reasonably priced, fast repair time, and upfront about pricing. Will be back!!

A friend referred me to visit Jason to fix my High Performance Sea Doo because of his expertise! I have a some modifications that Jason identified and was extremely knowledgeable about right away. He fixed my broken flush port and then water tested it. He identified they could push the ski a few MPH faster with a small upgrade. Water tested again. It was ready. As a business owner myself, I can tell he loves what he does. And then....there is his experience as a pro rider which was cool! I got some helpful advice from him. We don’t take 2nd place :) if we did it l be by Russo and his boys. A shop id recommend! I’d Honest. Fair. Fast. I wouldn’t trust other shops because they don’t have that same experience. I picked up a sea doo for a friend down south and they forgot to put drain plugs in. You get what you pay for!

When I bought my boat and jet ski two years ago, I asked other boat owners, at the marina, who they used to service their boat and jet skis. Their recommendation was Russo Marine & Speed. I called Jason, told him we dont have a trailer and he told me that wouldnt be a problem, he would bring his own trailer, pick up my boat and returned it.after he performed the work. Jasons work is excellent and my boat was returned clean, without grease marks, from being worked on. His costs are very reasonable, and on my last service he was able to save me $625 by having a I/O drive shaft repaired instead of putting a new one in for $900. I highly recommend Russo Marine & Speed for quality service and fair pricing on your boat or jet ski.

We moved here from Wisconsin last year and had Jason get my Glastron I/O ready for saltwater at the marina I keep it. Jason was great with his service and prices. He will be my go to guy. Im now looking for another boat and before buying Ill make sure hes the one to check it over for me.

Jason does an excellent job working on my boat and many of my friends. Its hard work but his prices are more than fair. They have mobile services as well they come to my house if its something they can fix here. I do strongly recommend these guys. Seven years with me of great work and fair pricing.

Ive had my boat serviced by Russo for 3 years or so. Not all businesses continue to deliver outstanding service at every visit, but Russo does. Whether you need routine maintenance or a major repair, Russo can help. They were able to diagnose and correct an issue that baffled others, as well as handle the annual regular service checkups. If you need service on your boat or jet ski, Id highly recommend Russo.

Jason, the Mgr actually come in on his day off to help Mgr get my boat ready for getting on the water. Plenty of parking, great customer service with a smile a very helpful answering my questions, good place to take your boat!

Contacted Jason Russo by phone asked if he could look at my boat at Marina was having problems with my lift/tilt on stern drive. Said he would go to Marina to have a look. He never called back and would not answer his published phone. I left message after message and he did not have the decency or professionalism to return my calls. I made some enquiries with others who have heard about this same kind of thing from Russo. If he was not capable of repairing the boat, or interested, as I suspect, he should have had the courtesy to at least return my call and advise. This has been a 3 wk ordeal and I am now left trying to find someone to repair the boat. Very frustrating, in my boating years I have always had great service from Marine mechanics, very disappointed in this service.
