We love our Catamaran coach family! As a native Floridian and spending many, many hours on the water this is by far the best all around boat for fun, family, fishing or any activity you can think of.There is definitely not a smoother, more comfortable ride out there in my opinion., not to mention all the looks she gets when she is on the water.Thank you
Not only is John, the owner, rude and disrespectful but my husband worked for this guy when he owned Lightening Powerboats and he took his child support money out of his check for us to find out later that it wasnt paid for MONTHS! Would never recommend this thief to anyone!
Open letter to John at CCIYou left a message on my answering machine, cursing and calling me names, because I posted a picturewith something you did wrong on my boat that almost cost me and my son our life.Any person with a little bit of decency or moral standards would have called and ask what can he do to correct the situation. But you John, as you did in the past, called and cursed, call me names and threaten with retaliation, fordaring to reveal your gross and careless mistake. The let me tell the whole truth about my experience with you in building a $200,000 plus boat. You claim to supervise every step of the building yet you managed to build it too tall to be towedat 14’10”You install the motors in such way that the starboard motor was getting flooded by the spray from theport motor and yet you ask me to come back and pay for you to install a flange to deflect the water. You cheated me with the propellers charged me for original Suzuki and replaced them with someknockoffs, rusting garbage, propellers.Your gas gages did not work, I had to replace them myself, the hydraulic tabs do not work, toilet is leaking, the hatch to go above to the upper station was opening only half way because you installedthe wrong size hatch lifters and your explanation was that “it is safer that way”, the fresh water tankconnections are leaking, the gel coat is so thin in some places that you can see the fiberglass.I remember you training a new inexperienced employee on one of the hulls spraying the gel coat inthe mold, to find out if he knew how to do it.Who does that on a 200,000 dollars boat?Oh, I know who, Catamaran Coaches owner John! You installed the wood bunks on the trailer you build using ¾” screws, and they fail damaging myboat’s center hull. You charged me for three 125 gal fuel tanks, but you made all three of them 115 gal. each. You delivered my boat with the deck stained and so filthy and full of chipped and scratched spots.Every time I brought it to your attention you promised to fix them before the boat is completed, but you never did. There is so much more I can list, but I get too disgusted to do it.And when I said it to you on your website you threatened to show me how you deal with peopleWho dare to spick out and call using foul language, and cursing.Well I guess it was to be expected from a dishonest, social garbage, but I did not expected from youI know NOW that was my mistake, it turns out that you are a sorry little man, who likes to brag abouthow rich he is, and lies a lot.It does not change my opinion now that you are a dishonest, no morals, kind of creature. And about your phone, cursing, name calling, threatening messages, I’m saving them just in case one day one of your customers may want to listen.I will post this letter every day until you will pick up the phone and apologize for the ugly things yousaid.
I have had the pleasure of having to redo the wiring on one of these boats. What a absolute mess. They lack in there workman ship and attention to detail. They will not stand behind there boats once sold.
