We dropped into our closest Mattress Firm to purchase Purple mattresses. We met the store manager Evan and he told us why the smaller stores don’t floor them due to space constraints and branding. We have a purple and wanted 3 for the kids. Evan was quick to offer the address to the closest MF that floored them. Being pleasant and helpful we decided to stay in the store for more info. After several other customers came and went, (Evan acknowledged each and asked permission to engage before leaving us) we bought 3 queen2’s with pillows without seeing them in person. I was very impress with the care and service we received on Friday. My husband and I had the pleasure of having Josh as out sales person. He was respectful of our needs in seeking the right kind of mattress. He was able to listen and guide us with his suggestions. Never any pressure!Josh told us he was new at this job but did not hesitate to find the answer to our questions from his colleagues.They followed the COVID protocols and we felt comfortable and safe trying out different mattresses.We know there are lots of mattress stores in our area. I would be more than happy to share our positive experience. I would let my friends know to go there first and feel the difference!My only regret was that the mattress we bought was not in stock and we have to wait until the end of the month to get a good nights sleep!

My wife and I walked into a mattress firm location 7:00 pm on a Saturday night . We did not expect to be helped the way we were. What we liked best about Preston aside from his friendliness was that the fact that he took the time with us, asked us detailed questions and was not just a “salesperson”, he cared about what we were looking for . We received excellent service while in the store but there was an unfortunate error in the order which messed up the delivery of our bed. Joey went above and beyond to make sure we received our bed that day. He was prompt and accommodating to resolve the issue. Mattress due for delivery today 11/17, I got a text message saying it would be delivered. I called store at 4pm and was told it is out of stock. Horrible communications, canceling order and going to another store.

Salesman very helpful. After he called to let us know it was on backorder, he gave us substitute options. Luckily it arrived on the 18th. Delivery was right on time, they were very nice and friendly. We were never in that store before, but will be again in the future.Mattress is very nice.
