As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with exceptional customer service by Darryl McIntyre. We came with a long list of things that we wanted in a bed. By the end he gave us everything we were looking for and then some while being way under our initial budget. Darryl also was kind to our children and entertained them while we sat down and made decisions about what exactly we were choosing. AWESOME SERVICE & DELIVERY Darryl McIntyre was our Salesman. He was very polite,knowledgeable about the products & most of all Not Pushy! I went in to just look at beds. And, I ended up buying on Thursday.The bed was delivered on Saturday. Even, the delivery guys were very efficient. Wesley (deliveryman) answered all of my left over Questions. They even took our old bed away.

The order isnt under my name. Its under Jamie Brown. The delivery fee is ridiculous and ended up renting a U-Haul. My suggestion would be going to Home Depot and use one of their trucks Its cheaper than U-Haul but We couldnt get there before 5:00 which is when Home Depot stops renting so then we used U-Haul. The delivery fee at mattress firm is $150 or something around that where renting a truck is only $45 at U-Haul and around $20 at Home Depot.

I came here because of its good reviews and I was not disappointed! When I walked in I was greeted by Kenny right away. I told him my budget, what Im looking for in a mattress and he was able to guide me to my best match. When the mattress I wanted was outside my budget, he MADE it fit my budget. He tried his hardest to find any preowned ones in the area and found one that was half the price of the original. When I told him I didnt want to pay more than $50 for delivery he said Alright lets do it for $50! This man deserves every 5 star he gets. Unlike other sales people he actually wants to make sure you are comfortable and happy rather than making money. I cant say enough great things about the service here!
