I made an appointment online, got there, they were ready, they were courteous and I was out very promptly. Very reasonable price too. Facility very accesible and clean. Quite satisfied and I much recommend.

My 1999 Ford 250 V8 was running rough and then to top it off - it blew out a spark plug. Shane fix the plug without replacing the head which saved me a lot of money. But not satisfied with the way it was running he kept testing and found it need 2 coils and rubber boots. And after a fuel system cleaning it now starts right up and runs real smooth. It feels like a new truck. I couldnt be happier. The guy really knows what he is doing and I recommend Suncoast auto Repair highly.Recommended.

Got some minor things fixed, didnt charge me, they only charge for big stuff. Is friendly and honest, its stinky because its next to waste management but thats the only thing.

Love this shop!! I was in desperate repair of brakes for my Jeep. Having just moved here, I didn’t know where to go and whom I could trust. Being a woman definitely doesn’t make it easy. I came across these guys via google and was impressed by the high reviews. I’m so happy to have found them. They were booked and close to closing, but Jeff was more concerned about the safety of the Vehicle. The cost was absolutely fair. This was a year ago and I take both my vehicles there for everything. Had a few issues with my 04 Beamer. Needed a few oil leaks fixed & 4 new tie rods. Gave me an honest price, and excellent service. You won’t find a more honest mechanic in Bradenton. My car is running like new, and the car feels great! If you need something, Shane will tell you, and give you a fair and honest price. I’m not a big car guy, and he broke it down in very plain English for me. I highly recommend coming and seeing Shane. Best mechanic around. I’ll be going to him as my main mechanic from here on out!

Shanes slogan is Finally, an honest mechanic. Never was a truer word spoken. Gettel once told me I needed my brakes doing, like yesterday. I took the car to Shane to get them done. (It would be cheaper). It was. He returned the car with NO CHARGE! How come, I asked. Because they dont need doing, he replied.How many mechanics do YOU know like that?He did the brakes, about a year later!!

Shane and his team looks over problems and is transparent about issues that need immediate correction, eventual correction, or likely vehicle quirks. He doesnt upsell and aligns to manufacturer recommended maintenance checks. Hes our one stop shop for all our car needs (even tires as they can order/request those when needed).

I have been going to Shane for several years. I had my vehicle at another place and my son in law who is a manager for an auto parts store told me to get it out of there and to take it to Shane at Suncoast Auto. Said just because you are a woman he would not take advantage of you. That wouldn’t happen anyway- had a brother who had me help replace engines, clutches, brakes or whatever. Thank you Rick!! I havent had my car worked on yet. Although I would like to mention the patience and confidence Ive received from sun coast auto. I will hopefully have my car towed there tomorrow to be worked on. At witch I must say the price quoted is saving me not only $$ but time and stress.I Will have a update soon.

Bought a certificate for service and half way expected to get the ol it doesnt cover....! I was pleasantly surprised and they did what was expected with speed and consideration. I had an appointment and there was no wait. I wish all appointments were like this. Very happy with their customer service.Well a little over a year and I got the ol Your coupon book for oil changes is out of date! Who puts a date on oil changes? If you purchase 4 oil changes I would expect 4 oil changes. I purchased 1 for my son and my other son just got a car. Until today who do you think I was bringing my vehicles to? Good will is hard to earn but so easy to loose.

I’ve been with Suncoast Auto repair for the past three years. And my old car keeps getting better.

I was so impressed from the moment I walked in. I was immediately treated with respect and I felt like I was listened to when i explained the issues i was having with my car. I was clearly informed what would be be needed to check out the problems and quoted a reasonable price for preforming diagnostic testing to evaluate the issues. I waited for a short period of time while the mechanic road tested my car. I had previously taken my car to another place to have it checked (Total Car Care). Without driving my car they told me what was wrong and how much it would be to fix it. The price I was quoted was to fix one of the issues even though I informed them that I had several concerns. I was actually going to take the car there to have it fixed and figured I could fix one problem at a time when I could afford it. Then I stopped at Race Track and saw the sign above the door at Suncoast which read Finally an honest mechanic and I thought I have never heard of one of them. While I was sitting at Race Track I decided to do a search on Suncoast and read some reviews and to my surprise I only found one poor review from a guy that purchased a coupon book that gave him free oil changes for a year, but he let it expire. Because of the strict rules in place regarding coupons Suncoast was not able to honor his expired coupon which was his complaint. He was upset that Suncoast wouldnt/couldnt preform the service. That was the only poor review. The rest of the reviews were positive giving 4 and 5 stars regarding friendly staff, excellent service, fair treatment, quality of work, and reasonable prices. I decided then to get a second opinion from Suncoast and within a short time decided that this would be the place that I will trust to fix problems with my car as well as get general maintenance when needed. I didnt need a coupon book, I got a 10% discount because I was a first time customer. Suncoast addressed and repaired all of the issues I was having in about 4 hours and I was able to afford to pay for all of the repairs because of the reasonable cost of the work - parts and labor. I will never go anywhere else, I dont want.Thank you Suncoast for your integrity.
