Excellent service. Saved me money versus other options for my repair.

Beware!! If you pay for an oil change here, make sure you double check their work. They put a new sticker on my windshield and ignored the work.The worse part is that they WILL NOT admit their mistake and are adamant the work was done.!!

I have been a customer of Cox Mazda Service for over three and a half years, and I have never taken my car anywhere else for service. The people at Cox Mazda Service are phenomenal! They really care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right.

Not too hard to take--sit in the cool, watch TV, eat a snack or drink coffee while experts service or repair your car. Thats Cox Mazda auto shop and their courtesy is top notch too. You will be pleased!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Usually reluctant to take car to a dealership for service due to higher prices most times but my service plan covers most if not all of the costs. Their maintenance agreement has been very fair and kind to me. Will consider continuing to use them even after my maintenance contract expires.

We came early and they got us in ahead of our scheduled time. Very pleased with the service and knoledgeable staff .
