Clean waiting area and cordial workers. Waiting close to 2 hours for 2 minor repairs isnt right.

Anthony my service rep. Was amazing he understood my concern at the possible cost of any repair on my car. He was very reassuring I ended up having a warranty on the censor that had gone bad. Thank you to all theservice personal. Being new to the area one is always a little nervous about their car in for repair Anthony made it easy. Thank you

Walked around the lot and showroom for 20 minutes with no help and no one to be found. Left and came back and finally found a person to help. They were very unprofessional and rude. Wouldn’t ever give us a straight price on the car we were looking at. Trade in on my car was $1500 below what two other dealerships were offering and when we asked them to go ask for a better price on the trade they said “I’m not going to bother because you’re not buying here anyway.” Btw, we never said we weren’t buying at that point. But we definitely won’t be buying now or ever from this dealership. Highly recommend that you DON’T LOOK FOR A CAR HERE!!!
