Brought my truck to Mad Mark’s for a “HornBlasters” horn system installation, (they are listed as a trusted installer On the HornBlasters website). I had an absolutely terrible experience there that left me absolutely fuming when I left there. I called them back to voice my dismay and spoke to Mark himself; Mark assured me that he would do what ever it took to make it right. This far I am happy with their attempt.

I called them and asked the price for a head unit install, I have everything needed. THEY SAID, JUST TO INSTALL- IT WILL BE $125HR and it will take 2 and a half hours AT LEAST!!! I had an appointment at 9am and I didnt leave until 4pm. It took 7 hours for the technicians to fix my door locks. Brandon lacks professionalism. However, the manager was very friendly and took the time to find out what the problem was. Im a disabled veteran and I couldnt believe I waited for 7 hours.

Went to have car radio checked out! Called ahead and told to come in and someone would come out and check it out! Got there and was told they did not have time to come back next day before 3pm!Went back and again no time for me! I was also informed it would have to be the next week possibly! These guys are the real deal. Folks up front are nice, and the guys in the back work fast. Bought a new radio from Amazon, and needed it installed. I watched the YouTube video to do it myself, and after seeing how many console parts had to come out to get the radio in, I thought I better take it to a pro. I called my Toyota dealership and they recommended Mad Marks. It was done in 45 mins, vehicle was clean inside, and no problems so far. I made the right decision when I brought it here.

My first experience with the legendary Mad Mark’s turned out to be a bit of a roller coaster- a new employee was tasked with installing my car stereo during a very busy time and he botched the job badly. I was upset but I have to say that Mark and Eric treated me with utmost respect once I brought the problem to their attention and handled my case warmly and with professionalism. They had a veteran tech re-do the job and the result is absolutely flawless. They also adjusted my bill in a way that felt fair to all. Mistakes happen and things fall through the cracks from time to time, but the character of a business really comes through in situations like these and in my case they knocked it out of the park. Would definitely work with them again.

Nice place to get your car fixed up with a nice sound system. Very friendly staff and very helpful and knowledgeable. I own a DJ business and use to work for radio shack. So I know what it means to have great customer service . Plus the prices are reasonable and have a great selection. Some speakers I bought there lasted over 15 years and thats after beating them to death. Which means they carry great quality stuff. I always send my friends over there. Ive been going to this place since the day he opened. I bought my first set of 15 back in the 80s from him. Really really great place to go to. If I need parts they have it. If I need help they give it. Everything Ive ever bought for them has lasted more than 10 years.

This is the only place to get good audio equipment the staff is very good and mark is really friendly. Hes been around for quite a long time. I wouldnt go anywhere else for audio equipment for my car or a boat they even do home audio equipment to. Ive been going to this place for over 20 years8. Plus Im think I was one of his first customers actually when he first opened up. I bought speakers from him back in 95. Which were kickers and theyre still in perfect working condition today. I sold them to a friend of mine and he still uses them today. Quality of her stuff is amazing. And the workmanship he does but the staff is the most friendliest after Ive ever seen. They have helped me with a lot of products and projects . I wouldnt go anywhere else

I brought my 30-foot RV here for a new stereo. I paid for the XM option. They installed it in one day. When I came to pick it up, the brand new unit could not get any station. This was in the parking lot. It could not get FM. I complained and a surely tech came and re-attached the antenna. A few days later I signed up for XM and went on the road. It worked great in my driveway but as soon as we were going more than 20 MPH, it cut out and then re-connected, then cut out again. Could not use XM after paying over $700. By the way, one of my jack pads was stolen while the RV was in their parking lot. I got a real technician to come to the RV while in Maryland. He found lots of errors in the wiring. He installed a new antenna using shielding. Mark offered to pay for the work. We will see. I do not recommend this place for any RV work. They may be great with cars but they have no idea how to work with RVs.

I brought in my F56 Mini Cooper S to have the factory radio upgraded and they did a great job. It turned out to be a much bigger job then expected and they went above and beyond for me without killing me on the price. Im still learning how to use everything and will surely go back for anything I need in the future. I really like how they even fabricated a nice piece to mount the I Drive on the center console instead of putting a hole in the factory parts. Thank you for a job well done. Rich

Explained that I had a 2 DIN opening and was putting in a single DIN radio. I showed them the pic with the new radio installed and said that I want to cover up the rest of the opening. Part was ordered Thu and was told it would be in Fri. It didnt come in untill Mon. Called and they said they have it. Went to pick it up and it took 15 minutes to find it. Got home and opened it up....and it wont cover the opening like it was explained when I ordered. It is a nice store, nice people, but very unorganized.

Dropped by to ask about a rear sub-woofer for my truck (ford f-150). There was a little midget guy who helped me there named Trace. He was trying to be helpful but I could tell he was really drunk (like slurring his words). Im all for having a good time at work, but i think this little guy might have some problems. Installed train horn but broke the real horn and refused to fix it, paid for a 6inch lift but gave me a four, bought a new box to go with the subs and they put in a make shift box that was no good. Air tank still leaking after brining it back 4 times. Spent over 12k. I lived and learned. See you in court big boi
