Marc was great, he was able to get me in to a much nicer vehicle than what I had and at an affordable payment. The whole staff there was welcoming and I really felt like they were trying to get me the best deal possible and they made the car buying process feel smooth. I was at another local dealership before going to Hendrick Honda and I felt like I was being pulled around and it wasn’t a good experience. Leaving that dealership and going to Hendrick was the best choice I made. I will definitely be back when I’m ready for my next car and would recommend anyone that is looking for a new or even pre owned vehicle to stop in to Hendrick Honda before going anywhere else!

My husband was searching for a vehicle and through a recommendation, we arrived at Hendrick Honda. Our salesperson, Connor, was fantastic. He was patient as we shopped the used lot, showing us each and every vehicle that we were interested in. Getting each one ready to test drive, and displaying an exceptional level of knowledge along the way, about each car that we drove. (and they were not all Honda brand) In the end my husbands first test drive was the vehicle for him! Great service on my Honda. Very friendly professional people. My only complaint is the price of an oil change. Hendrick Honda has a sign right outside the service bay doors that says Oil Change, our price $42.95. I was charged $50.65 minus a $10 coupon for a total of $40.65. I asked why it was so much more than the sign. Was told it didnt include shop fees, disposal fees and tax. My coupon was $10.00 off any service. Should have paid $42.95 plus tax ($45.96) and then minus the $10 coupon for a total of $35.96. Was also told that their price was actually $45.95 not the stated $42.95. To me this is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Noting on the sign says plus shop fees or only certain vehicles. I do have a picture of the sign. Good service but BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT from the dealership. The service advisor, Ashton was excellent.
I had bought an Odyssey back in 2006 from Hendrick Honda, and always brought it to them for servicing. That van lasted 16 years and was still going strong, but my husband wanted me to have a car with the up to date technology of backup cameras, blind spot assistant, etc. We traded in the van for a CR-V, and I love it. Matt P., the salesman, was awesome. He knew every little detail about the car. The general manager and the finance manager were also easy to work with. In fact, my husband ended up getting an Accord by the end of the day. We love Honda cars, and we love the personal attention and service Hendrick Honda provides. Looking forward to another 16 years of satisfaction with them.
Ashton Miniaci helped me last week with a computer issue that has been going on with my car for the last 6 months. I had an issue with my error messaging system where it constantly dinged at me and was extremely frustrating. Ashton empathized with me and did research on her own to find a fix for the issue. She continuously communicated with me and asked me permission to try resetting the battery and see if that would work. I was only at the dealership for a little over 2 hours, and she found a fix for my car and I was on my way. Ashtons determination and customer service skilled are unmatched! Thank you so much!
Its so easy to have my car serviced. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Service is done in timely manner and I get a clean car. I really enjoyed working with John, he showed me some features I did not know about. I have only had it four years.
Awesome experience buying a car at Hendrick! Our sales agent, Michal, was professional, friendly and patient with us. We went through 3 cars before finding the right one and felt confident about our purchase. We love our new Honda! Also, the whole process of trading in and financing was a breeze. They accepted what I wanted for my trade in without negotiation. We got a great trade in value and great financing options! They worked with us in getting everything the way we wanted. I wasnt expecting this atmosphere from a dealer and was very pleasantly surprised. Also I dont usually go to a dealer for maintenance but I will be going here for our new Honda!

I’m a transplant to the Florida area from Illinois. I live in Lake Placid, FL, there isn’t a Honda dealership near by. I did find one closer to us than Bradenton but was totally disappointed and will never go back. Hendrick Honda and Tammy Hines was absolutely great. I’m very pleased to do business with them. Will do all my maintenance on my vehicle with them.
Great sales experience. This was my daughter’s first car where she would be on the loan with me and from our sales rep to credit rep to GM, everyone was very professional and helped explain the entire process to her. This was our first time coming into the Honda Dealership in Bradenton as we had moved from North port. This was the best experience we’ve had at a dealership, we had the pleasure of meeting with Angela and she was awesome!!! She made sure to take good care of my boyfriend and I. She made sure to ask what the price range we were looking for and what was the wiggle room we had (if any) to go and went strictly off that. This was my first visit to Hendrick Honda as I am a new resident in Bradenton. It was a wonderful experience! I thought that I made an appointment online but it evidently didnt process correctly. No worries! They fit me into their schedule and it only took about an hour to complete my oil change and tire rotation. I am very pleased with this dealership and will be a repeat customer! I needed my oil changed but I did have questions about getting other stuff done for my car that is 5 years old. No prices on the their website, so I had to call to get prices and yes they were costly. I called my brother who knows more about cars than my husband, he will just buy a new one. My brother told me that service is important if you are planning on keeping it. But it was $500 to do all the stuff just on a basic service call and only $74 for an oil change and rotation of tires. I decided to do that. I got an easy appointment on line and got my oil change. Back in the day the mechanic doing the service talked to you about your car and told you what they thought else you needed to do now. Now you get a print out that tells you what they think. Well No one ever talked to me about changing the air filter or cabin filter since I have had the car and the price was over $110. Brake fluid was very dark and probably needed changing. Also recommend changing the transmission fluid which my husband said not to do. So I went to autozone and got them to replace the 2 filters for $40 dollars. (Took them 5 minutes) I will go back to do the brakes later this month ($129.37)As far as the other stuff I guess I will wait on it. As far as customer service goes it was good, but I feel they can do better.

Wow, Hendrick Honda’s service is really slipping, this was the last time I will ever take my car there. I brought my car to have a starter replaced and I feel like I got completely ripped off. They had apparently lost the key on my wheel locks, my receipt said I rejected the multi point inspection which I was not even told about, and usually as an extra little perk they wash your car, which they did not. I called them the next day, and they never returned my call back. As a sidenote for you Hendrick Honda, keep your customers happy and they will come back, and they will also purchase vehicles from you, you’ve lost my loyalty!

While I always have an exceptional experience at your location, Ashton M. at Hendrick Honda of Bradenton is a valuable asset to the company and has made my costly visit worthwhile. She is very helpful and professional and makes you know you chose the right place to take your vehicle. She went above and beyond to help me while I was getting my AC in my 2007 Honda CRV fixed by placing me in a clean loaner car and making sure I fully understood the controls of the car before using it. She took the time to explain why every fix that was suggested was truly needed and didn’t just try to sell me on something. She was very genuine in that she wanted my car to be in great shape. She is a one of a kind servicer and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Since 1996 it is the first time that I was not please with some service at Honda Hedrick. At this time the mechanics services was careless. I opened dash door to put my service recibe inside there, some was loss and I have to stop, got out from my car go to the passenger door and figure it out to close the door, I do no know if it is working or not, I am scare to open it and no be able to close it, I understand that they open that door to get one of the filtro that had been change on that day (10/21/2021). In another hand, a piece of clothe was hanging from the passenger side light, I put it around the light because I do not want to make any damage, I do not know from where it comes. Tammy was excellent like always it has nothing to do with her. Thank you Tammy.
I like the peace of mind of having my vehicle serviced at Hendrick Honda. I also really like dealing with Matt Winslow for appointments. Hes pleasant and knowledgeable about my vehicle needs. He also lets me know about potential repairs/replacement needs coming due.

Any service at this place is an insult. They want to charge 500 dollars just to change the sparkplugs. and another 500 dollars for an oil change. Horrendous mark up.Stay away. Not good customer service, with terrible prices.

I have been a Hendrick Honda Bradenton customer since 1994, because the entire staff are always professional, offer exceptional service and are knowledgeable of their vehicles.I went in for a routine service in July, wherein during my wait spoke with Pernell Engram, whom I have seen at the dealership over the years however never had the pleasure of doing business with, in addition I spoke with Robert Stewart, whom I have worked with many times and is always a pleasure speaking with and doing business with. We discussed a new vehicle, however I wasnt sure I was ready and Pernell respected my decision with no pressure.Upon a subsequent visit for a nail in my tire this past Saturday, August 29, 2021, I wanted to revisit the idea of a new vehicle. My car was due for its 35000 mi warrenty check, they did good, car was mido-okar cleaned. We had requested that they check the power of our USB and lighter plugs if they were working. They did not check it for us. Cause no feed back. Now I have to make another appt to do testing and check it out for me at a later date.
When we visited visited Hendrick Honda Bradenton, we had no intention of buying a new car. We knew we wanted to get a new car for our college daughter, but that was not the moment: we were enjoying our vacation beach house in Ana Maria Island. Then Mr. John Nosal, our sales consultant, kindly walked us through the process and suddenly, we saw herself driving back home in a brand new Honda Civic LX. The experience was so phenomenal that once in Miami, we decided to drive back 400 miles more to trade our car for another Honda Civic in this beautiful town. Buying cars can be lengthy and annoying most of the time, but this dealer has a great team that will certainly make this process amazing. Went to get a crunching noise under my left front tire and after having it looked at it turned out to be some bent rods and cracked plastic that would crunch every time I took a right hand turn. They first told me the parts were not covered under warranty but after they saw the disappointment in my face and I informed them the sound started after my last tire rotation they took care of the parts and labor and covered it no charge. Thats service keep up the good work Honda of Bradenton!!

Went in to get my car serviced on the 11th at 9;45 and service was great. But I was also there looking at new Honda’s and not a single person came over to help. Was there for an hour. Service was great but sales was lacking, if you are looking for a new car go to Wilde.
Excellent service center, was having an issue with my Honda Pilot and they quickly and accurately figured out the issue and had me back in my car in the promised time. Based on experiences at other mechs I was expecting a cost creep for things they found while they were working on my car but was very pleasantly surprised when I got the bill back as it was just what I expected and what we had talked about. Service Rep Kerry Morningstar was awesome and kept me informed every step of the way! I will not be taking my Pilot anywhere else for service.
As always, my experience at Hendrick Honda was very smooth. Arrived on time, my car was then taken for service ( oil change and complimentary wash) and out the door in one hour and fifteen minutes. Nick Demski and his team did a fine job.

Basically in for oil change and tire rotation; but technician found wheels were not aligned correctly and there was a cracked washer fluid tank. Very good communication with these issues and decided not to have washer fluid tank replaced at present time. Thought the cost was too high for something we have little use for. Work was completed in good order.
Kerry was extremely rude. I had an appointment that she scheduled me for. When I stood by her desk. She didnt even acknowledge my existence. Instead she rolled her eyes and ignored me. I just walked away. A few minutes later Kerry sent me a message about my car service. I responded by saying Thank you, for being so rude. She never responded. Kerry should not work in customer service. Her supervisor apologized, but what does that matter when you dont hold your employees accountable.
They always kept in contact with me about the progress of my repairs. Professional, courteous, and the follow-up after the repairs were complete was amazing. Specifically, Tammy is a gem!

I needed to bring my vehicle to Hendrick twice in less than a week. First my battery died and then I had a nail in my back passenger tire. Both times I received top notch service and they were able to squeeze me in both times to get my vehicle fixed and back to me very quickly. I worked with Giorgio Lanata both times and he is simply the best! I bring both of my vehicles here for regular service and Giorgio and Hendrick always take great care of me and my cars. I dont plan on working with anyone else in the future!
John Ramerez is the best! He’s been out go-to person for years. Always gives good advice and trust his recommendations. Another service rep helped when John was tied up for a few mins. Her last name was Morningstar. She also was helpful and straightforward with answers.

Went in for the update on the CVT, it required a little more time then they had anticipated.I looked at some vehicles, looking primarily for a truck. Selection was very limited (which I believe has been most places). Assistance was somewhat limited as well, as was the communication.So, life as we live it.

What a joke. I called to see if I could come in on a Saturday to see if they could detect what was wrong with my car. Its making a whining noise when I start it (detect a belt problem). I was told they only do express service on Saturday despite the fact that theyre open for 11 hours that day. Oh well. Ill take it somewhere else. I bought the car there. I WONT BE RETURNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By the way, they dont deserve the 1 star rating I just gave. I had no choice!
Helena and Marcos made thing easier and fast we got there and we decided to look around without thinking of buying a car the same day, we decided to go inside and a lady came to us and welcomes us, her name is Helena and we seat down and in less than 2 hours we was out with the keys in our hands driving the new car, thanks for your kindness, dedication and advices, I definitely recommend them, 2nd time buying a vehicle from them.😇😊
