I have been calling around at a few different places to get prices on tires. Ford dealer was the last place I called and it turned out they had the best deal! I got all four tires and an alignment for less money than I would’ve paid at Walmart or Costco or Tire King for tires alone. And it comes with a 24 Month Rd. hazard warranty! Service was excellent and They even took care of an open recall that I had. Highly recommend!
I brought my truck in for CAM phaser rattle and I was told in advance that it could be a big job, but no worries because its covered under warranty. Moses the Service Advisor kept me up to date on progress and Steve hooked me up with a free rental car. The job ended up taking a 7 days and I couldnt be happier with the results! Great communication and customer service!

I just had a great experience at AutoNation Ford Bradenton. I had been watching their inventory for some time, keeping an eye out for the new 2022 Ford Maverick Pickup Truck. I saw that several units were in transit to the dealership and reached out to them. I was quickly contacted by Luke Neal who confirmed the availability of the vehicle and then arranged to have one reserved for me. He then set up for the trade in and financing. His communication with me was awesome. He kept me informed of each step along the way. You can tell when someone enjoys their job and it was very apparent that Luke is one of those people! Antwuan of AutoNation Bradenton made my car buying experience about as easy as possible. I hate car shopping and wanted to do as much from the computer on home as possible and spend the least amount of time in a dealership. Once I identified my vehicle, Antwuan sent me more pictures, helped to reserve the vehicle, and arrange a test drive the next day. They made the buying process simple (Granted, i wasn’t financing this time.) But including test drive, I was in & out of the dealership in 90 minutes ….much better than the usual average I feel, and it was a Saturday. Also, since I was buying a used vehicle that they had just acquired (2015 Jetta,) it still needed some paint work. This was brought to my attention promptly and instead of scheduling an appt for the work and coming back to pick the car up, which would have required two additional 45 min drives, they kindly delivered the vehicle to me just a few days later. I’m not usually a Ford guy, but I would buy a car from this place again.
Moses, the service tech and Terry the mechanic went over and above to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service I had done on my SUV. Autoway is very fortunate to have two caring employees as Moses and Terry and they should be commended for their dedication.
The Service Dept. at Ford Autonation in Bradenton did a great job. They changed the oil and rotated the tires properly. They topped off all the fluids. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.
My experience with AutoNation and Raven my Service Tech were great. It was a long process, but nothing that could have been done on their end to speed up. The panoramic sunroof broke on my car, which required for the while roof to be replaced. The part was on back order for 3 months. During that 3 months Raven was diligent with keeping me updated on what was going on, dealing with the warranty company and how much the repair would be. No surprises. Raven worked with the warranty company and the glass company to arrange for the repair. All I had to do was drop off my vehicle when the part came in. Excellent customer service.
Great service, all repairs completed in a as timely manner. Fred was very professional, answered all my questions and tried to make my visit as comfortable as possible. The 2 porters I dealt with did a fine job as well.

Initially contacted AutoNation Bradenton for recall repair via on line schedule. At the same time requested quote for same car to sell as I no longer needed it. Luke Neal was Equity Appraiser and did a great job! He provided a quote based on current value and then while car was in for service did an appraisal with his manager. They increased the offer after appraisal and I agreed to sell on the spot. The process of selling was easy and smooth. They provided ride home as well.
I had great customer service from everyone, but mainly Moses!! I would definitely come back for an over priced oil change in the future 😂
Have been taking our F250 here ever since we bought it. They have been great to work with. I definitely would recommend their service department.
To have a $60 Misc. Disposal fee included in my bill where the service manager says that it is a state mandated fee to cover the cost of hand towels and cleaning supplies............Thats a lot of hand towels and soap. Even though I still have a maintenance agreement that I have paid for, I think I will go elsewhere. Or bring a couple of rolls of Bounty and some liquid soap next time...
Fred in the Service Dept was great to have on my side. I had a major mechanical issue that took almost 2 weeks to diagnose and repair. Fred kept in contact with me the entire way.I couldn’t have been more satisfied!

Went to Auto Nation Ford for my first 5,000 mile oil change. Had an appointment. I was received immediately and they immediately took my 2021 F150 into the garage bay and started working on the oil change. The staff kept me informed as to the progress and I was literally in and out. Very satisfied with the entire experience.
Had to have our 2019 Explorer jump-started and thought we had a bad battery. Drove straight to the service department and were seen right away. (Cant make an appointment for this!) Battery was evaluated and service advisor said it checked out fine. We had had the doors and hatch open frequently for hours, draining the battery without starting the car. We were sent on our way without the dealership pushing an unneeded new battery. No charge!

I was a frequenter of this Ford dealership for the service department and usually was treated well and felt like my car was getting proper treatment. However, a few weeks ago, my bottom bumper began to fall off the bottom of my car, so I called Autonation Ford to get my car looked at. They said it would be no problem, that all I needed to do was order the part and they would fix it for me. So I did. Upon arrival I was told that the part that I needed was not the part that was ordered, that it was on national backlog, etc. I totally understand things being in short supply right now, but why make me order a part I didn’t need? And then the “repair” they did. Give me a break. The technician zip tied my bottom bumper onto the car. Said everything would be fine and that that was the best they could do. Made me pay for the part I was told I needed but didn’t need at all. As of today, the bumper has folded completely under my car while I was driving and now my cat is undrivable. Upon calling the service department this morning to see if there was any way they could fix the faulty repair THEY DID TO MY CAR, I was told the earliest they could get me in was in a month. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed in a service department I once thought was great and always recommended to everyone.

I pretty much knew what I wanted when I came in, I had my own financing but they were able to match that rate. The Truck we purchased had close to 300 miles on it and after getting it home I went over the interior and exterior with a fine tooth comb. Found a couple minor issues tint on front windows - very small bubbles and brought that to their attention. The next day I took a look at the underside and noticed a plastic deflector scratched and the plastic scuff plate scratched. Not noticeable unless you laid under it. I immediately took it over to show them. No problem both pieces were ordered. I have a friend that works for Ford and told me this is a common issue and probably happened when the truck was unloaded from the car carrier. Peter the Sales Manager took care of me and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Great Experience.

My husband and I were attempting to get work done with Moses at Ford, but as per usual I was disappointed and could not.We dropped our car off at 9am only to be told NOTHING I wanted done was covered under my PLATINUM warranty, tire warranty, and oil change warranty. When we bought the car I was told I had 3 free oil changes, I guess Ford thought 1 was enough. I left and went to my local store to see about an oil change and tire balance to where they pointed out my tires are from 2011!! The tire stamp showed 3011.I had just bought this car June 2020, and Dave Hannon let me drive off the lot with 10 year old tires!!!I went back to Ford to see if they could correct this issue under their certified Ford promise, and after 5 (yes, FIVE) hours of them having my car and me being car-less they called me and told me they would NOT replace my tires.I am extremely upset in my purchase, in Moses who is impossible to get ahold of, in Dave Hannon for letting me drive off the lot with 10 year old tires while calling us liars, and with the warranty program that did not want to cover oil change #2 or the tires.I lost and ENTIRE day 9am - 5pm to get nothing accomplished.Update: the GM of the company replaced all the tires. While there Dave Hannon, who we personally messaged about the tires thinking he could help, made direct eye contact with my husband multiple times and not once went over to apologize.Also, please note this was the 3rd car my family had bought from Dave Hannon within a 3 month period.Never again will we step foot into this shop.
Our representative Moses was a true bright spot! He was clear, helpful, and I believe he intended to be honest and helpful. We went in for a fairly minor service, had an appointment and yet the service STILL TOOK more than 24 hours! They had to keep our car overnight, and it had been there since 10:30 that morning. They they quoted us an outrageous price for a new backup camera for our car. I ended up getting it on Amazon for $99, and putting it in myself. Will think twice before we return there for service.
The service staff at AutoNation Ford are very courteous and helpful. The waiting room is comfortable. I feel they do a thorough job in checking all vehicle functions.

Hello,I bought a used car from this dealership. I had to drive about 1 hr because i wanted to buy this car same day and drive it back. I spoke to a sales rep (Luke Neal) before heading over if everything was ok with the car if any problems at all and the sales rep said no. Well, we headed over and when we were only 10 mins away the sales rep texts us a picture of the top railing that were damaged. He mentioned they had already ordered that new part and the next day it would arrive and they would add it. RED FLAG! Well we were so close to the dealership at this point so we just went anyways. He promised it would be fixed and he would drive it himself to my house since it wasnt our fault. There were a lot of visible scuffs to the car that we mentioned and the rep said that he will have them clean the car and remove all those scuffs. We end up buying the car based on the promises that were made to us. The next day it was delivered by the sales rep. First of all he didnt even give us a chance to look at the car upon delivery. He was in a rush to leave so he gave the keys and just left. Secondly the rails that were replaced were already damaged. I am not sure if they were replaced by used rails or damaged in the process of them putting them in. Thirdly none of the scuffs had been removed from the car. My husband texted him asking about all the above and he just said i will ask my manager about them and try to see if he could replace them. Never heard back from him after that. My husband has tried to contact Luke a few times after that day and no response whatsoever. Meanwhile i keep getting messages about me giving them a review. PROMISES MADE WERE NOT KEPT so I would not trust this dealership.

Went to this location looking for a specific vehicle and ended up buying one I hadn’t considered in my shopping. Marckenley was very helpful with the sale and did everything I had asked and made the sale happen. Was one of the lucky 3 to pull the last of the 2021 Bronco Sport Big Bends off the lot that day. The only issue at this dealership is the finance guy. I walked in with financing in my hand, why it took him 3 hours to get everything together is beyond me. Have never waited that long even when I was financing through Ford.
Very good experience the service department fixed our Explorer promptly and our extend it warranty took care of most of the cost .

I have a 2018 Ford Escape paid off. This is the second car Ive owned brand new that has had back to back problems. It had problem after problem. Moses at Auto Nation Ford has been my service advisor and is mazing! If it werent for his help and getting things done I wouldnt have a working car. I went to several different Fords with no help no communication. If there is ever a Ford Id recommend is Auto Nation. Make sure to ask for Moses!

If you are looking for a new vehicle, Gary Downard is a great no hassle salesman. He is very very knowledgeable about his inventory and vehicle features and has sold us a couple vehicles now. Weve probably bought close to 6 vehicles now from AutoNation Ford Bradenton. Rick Rupp in the Finance office has been there every time and does a great job explaining the options to protect your vehicle.
Do yourself a favor and go to a dealership that is Ford Certified AND locally owned. Auto Nation is a hedge fund chain that allegedly is all about the numbers, not doing what is ethical or responsible. Sloppy work, high turnover, will not stand behind or fix problems they created. Not sure how theyve got the stars other than I recognized employee(s) names on some of their five star reviews.They are a dollar store of car repair imo. Never again.
Had a really great experience purchasing my new Mustang coupe earlier this month. The salesman I dealt with (Ed) was a gentleman, which I appreciated. Everyone else was very helpful with answering all my questions. I would recommend considering shopping at this dealership if youre in the market for a Ford vehicle.
It was buying a used truck. You know its a losing proposition but you try to get the best deal possible. Jack, the salesperson worked hard and was very helpful. He worked the new tires that it needed into the trade in value of my trade in. Rick the finance guy worked hard to get the numbers were they needed to be. It was as good of an experience as buying a used car could have been.

Interesting how they run there business, customer service from the service department is not their strong suit. Brought vehicle in for what should be a no problem warranty job, only to be insulated. Told that they saw no evidence of problem, but admitted to wiping away the evidence?I wouldn’t trust their service department to change a lightbulb let alone oil on my vehicle

Brought my Ford Transit van in here for recall they they fixed it in a timely manner. They did try to charge me for something I didnt ask for it was only like $25 but I never authorized it. They did take it off the bill so I was pleased with that.

Terrible service in the service dept. Made an appointment for them to fix a problem they caused. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time and they checked me in. I watched as they drove my vehicle down the isle and parked it in front of one of the service bays. At 30 min past my appointment time I took a walk outside and noticed that my vehicle was still parked in the same place. At 50 minutes past my appointment time I went in and asked them to bring my vehicle up front as I had another appointment in 20 minutes. The service advisor said he would go check and see what was happening. Obviously nothing. I then asked for the service manager and told him what was happening and he said he would go and check. I walked outside and they were bringing my vehicle up. The service manager wanted to know when I could bring it back and he would make sure it got fixed. Why didnt they make sure it got fixed this time? Now they want me to take another hour out of my time, not to mention the 30 minutes to drive to and from the dealership. All this to fix a problem they created. I had another issue that they couldnt fix. Said they couldnt find a problem and to bring it in when it was happening so they could see it. The issue was intermittent and how am I to knowwhere I will be when it happens. I could be in Tampa and they would want me to drive clear back to Bradenton? There is no concern or followup on their part for customers that are waiting. Once your there you are at their mercy and it appears they dont have any.
In and out quickly, very friendly staff and used my Ford Pass points to save me money. The other dealership in another area never used my Ford Pass points and charged me for service every time they serviced my vehicle. I feel I can trust the people the people at Auto Nation Bradenton.

Terrible service! I have broken down 3 times now, twice on the way back from the dealership after getting it so called fixed. They added bogus diagnostics and the problem that I said was wrong with it was the issue the whole time. The stress of having to wait on the side of the road for a tow truck twice in a row should be enough to make things right, I even purchased a used vehicle from them with a warranty and now they are all about the money and are trying to stick me with everything. David the service manager should be ashamed. Well see if they truly fix the vehicle this time...Picture is of the night I broke down with all the coolant leaking out of my car causing more damage, 20 minutes after leaving the dealership.

Ever thing was going nicely until they told me I had to wait four hours for someone to get a price for title transfer. I offered several solutions but they refused to do anything reasonable. I would strongly suggest you go else where to buy a Ford.
I was sincerely impressed with the service I received. everyone was friendly and courteous and my automotive issues were taken care of expediently and efficiently to a satisfactory conclusion. I was especially impressed with the sanitary conditions of the waiting room and especially the restrooms.They were clean and sanitized and I was not afraid to use them..

My car was not looked at for days and then I was told parts would need to be ordered. This was my only vehicle and was without transportation for one week. I was given no assistance with transportation in the interim. I’ve had continuous issues with my Ford Focus and when one issue is fixed another one starts. Will never buy another Ford vehicle. The personnel were friendly, but giving 2 stars for the continuous issues with my vehicle and lack of concern for me being without transportation.

I bought a car from Sarasota Ford in August and after a few months it was making an awful grinding noise when driving. I called Sarasota Ford to get my car in and was told to bring it in the next day. I drove 45 minutes to bring it in, but when I got there I was told all the technicians were gone for the day and since there was no engine light on they wouldn’t be able to figure out the noise. They also told me they wouldn’t be able to get me in for 2 months if I needed a rental. I left there extremely angry and vouched to never buy a Ford again.I ended up calling AutoNation Ford in Bradenton to schedule an appointment for my car. The staff were very accommodating, especially Moses, the rep that was helping me with my appointment. They couldn’t figure out the noise within a reasonable time frame so they gave me a rental and kept my car for testing. The next day they called and told me my car was ready. I am very pleased with their customer service and the outcome of my car repair. The car is driving like new again and I didn’t have to be inconvenienced with an all day wait at their service department because they got me into a rental which allowed them the time they needed to evaluate my car! I will never go back to Sarasota Ford again. From now on I will be making all of my appointments at AutoNation Ford!
The service specialist I worked with was very nice, but I was in the waiting room for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and I had an appointment. Frustrating.
Only rated 1star because I couldn’t do zero stars. Had a 10 am appointment for a oil change . Checked in at 9:45. Waited until 11:20 then went in to ask how my truck was doing. Told that it wasn’t in the shop yet and probably would be another 20 minutes before it was. Had them bring my truck to me and will have it done somewhere else. I guess that their customer service actually means no service. Just a waist of time making an appointment.
They were wonderful to deal with and my ecosport was done in the time they told me.
Moses was wonderful to me, service was great except for the 20 min late but Moses handled that in the end… Moses gets the 5 star rating on this one that’s for sure.
Terrible sales team. I get they may be making money hand over fist but when it comes to working with customers they are terrible. I spoke to 3 sales people today all of which werent helpful gave wrong information.I have been a life long Dodge customer, I made a mistake on making a reservation for a Ford. I went through ford.com and they selected AutoNation Ford Bradenton as my dealer. Like I said after talking to 3 sales people and getting bogus information, I was able to cancel my reservation. The first sales person I spoke with (Jackson) was terrible he made it seem like a burden he was even speaking to me.

Auto buying was a worry to us. Everyone was very good about mask wearing and social distancing. Gary Downard was very good and patient with us. In just a little more than 5 months, he guided us through the selection process. Dropped off my vehicle at 9 AM for half day warranty work. At 4, having not heard from dealer, made NUMEROUS calls to get through to someone....was finally connected after 10 minutes and told car had been ready for pickup. Very frustrating.

I just wanna start out by saying thankyou to Lynn & Moses for taking care of us. We were on vacation and my car was having trouble starting so I took it to get looked at here to see if they could help me. They immediately helped me without questioning if I had an appointment or anything. I explained to them what was going on and they thought they fixed it so I left and it was still occurring. I went right back there and they were more than willing to take a look at it. Within the next hour they ordered the part I needed as my warranty covered it, they got me into a rental car, and had it fixed as soon as the part came. They were very helpful and didn’t shut out me like Sarasota Ford. I would definitely recommend these gentlemen. They’re very courteous and helpful.

I recently bought a 2008 Ford F-250 from them. When I test drove the vehicle the salesman wanted to ensure they were nothing like a used car dealership that they take their time make sure they are putting good vehicles on the road. Well he and they were wrong after I test drove vehicle they noticed for one that they forgot to put the O ring on the fuel filter which was the first bad sign that I did not listen to. But I still ended up purchasing, about a week after I got it I took it on the beach I noticed the 4 wheel drive did not work so another fault on their end. A couple days later I then noticed the radiator as well as the heater hose had leaks it was going to cost 3700 dollars to replace everything that they missed steps on. Keep in mind I only had the vehicle for a week and a half at the time and maybe only put 250 miles on it when all these issues came about. I called the salesman and managers and they wouldn’t do anything about it didn’t help one bit. Worst dealership experience I ever had will never purchase another vehicle from them I recommend staying away from their used cars!
