I used to live in Bozeman. After relocating to Alabama, struggle to find a good dealership. YMS is AMAZING. I order parts and gear from CHASE and have them shipped because it is cheaper than to buy in the box store dealerships down here.The whole crew is amazing, plus the salesmen are honest, which goes a long way in the industry.

If I could rate it a nothing I would lacy the the GM is very unprofessional and rude. They refused to fix what they did Theory person I spoke to there that was awsome was chase there are 2 chases there so not sure which one but he was awsome and wanted to fix the issue.. long story short they put my husband and I lives at risk they were a size to big and the front fender bracket was eating the tire we were going 80 to 85 mph when I smelt burnt ruder he noticed the tires were smoking thank God we were paying attention to all our surroundings or I dont think I would be here to day what they did was not ok and the fact that they are unwilling to even give me a refund or put the correct tires on the bike I would never ever recommend theses guys to anyone they dont care they are way over priced and only care about one thing and that is money they have no care in the world putting you or your loved ones in harms way

Had a recall on my snowmobile performed here. Quick turn around and real friendly staff.I asked them to walk me through what they did and they took the time to even show me the parts replaced and what to look out for. If I didnt have out of town commitments to other dealerships Id definitely consider working with this group!

I took my sons brand new CRF 250R into Yellowstone Motorsports for the typical service after riding a couple of times. They did a great job with the service and gave me a call a day early to tell me that is was already done. I would highly recommend Yellowstone for service, parts, and to purchase any machines.

Ive bought three new atvs from these guys in the last 10 years or so. Very helpful and knowledge, they get parts pretty quick if they dont have them on hand. Just bought a snowplow from them for one of the Honda atvs. Good support after the purchase.

Excellent customer service.Took a risk on an 01 AC 400 4x4 that didnt run and when I felt I had run into a wall, Sean in service helped me get her back up and running. What I appreciated most was Sean acting as a consultative professional in helping me understand the issues and do my own work when I could, instead of simply trying to sell me on service. Thanks!

The friendly, competent staff got my problematic Goldwing back on the road fast, and somehow know all about Goldwings, even though they only sell off road stuff. The tires they sold me are high quality and still have lots of tread several thousand miles later.

Bought a snowmobile from Yellowstone last year and I couldnt be happier with my experience. Not only with the purchase, but also the customer service a year after buying my snowmobile with whatever I need. Ill probably continue to buy Arctic Cat for the sole purpose of being able to utilize this dealership.

Well I had ordered a windshield and a roof for my pioneer over the phone. They guy said they had them in stock so I drive 100 miles to get them. When I got there, there wasn’t either one. Pretty disappointed. So I get a call a week later that they had come in. My friend picked them up. I opened the box and I got a different windshield than what I ordered “I gave him the part numbers”. The whole experience sucked and I gave up on returning it because i was so mad. I will pay more to go anywhere else. I hope you guys read this and make some changes and maybe make it right with me.

I had a great experience with this place, I live in Colorado and purchased a new arctic cat at a really good price. I needed them to hold it for about 2 weeks until I could get there. They did it with out any issues. The owner Travis and the salesman CJ where very good to deal with. The machine was clean, full of fuel and ready to go when we got there. I would make the journey there to buy again. Great place!

Ive had a few undesirable experiences with this dealer, first and foremost, Ive worked at dealerships before, I get repair costs, and over inflation of part prices, but when it comes to buying small plastic tubes for over 100$ per carburetor when you can buy it for less than a dollar online is a bit extreme. However the reason Im writing this review is due to the fact they refuse to work on my stock Honda motorcycle. Albeit they have been respectful about it, they refused to work on it. To be clear, I requested them to do a carburetor linkage sync via vacuum, which I dont have the special tools to do on my own. When I worked at the Audi dealer in Bozeman, we worked on any Audi regardless of age, even against my better judgement - most other manufactures that we dont specialize in. So in summary, very over priced parts to the point of absurdity, and a Honda certified dealership to straight up refuse to work on a stock Honda motorcycle boggles my mind. 1/5 all day long.

I was hesitant to bring my bike in after reading some negative reviews, but I decided to give it a chance and Im glad I did. Yellowstone checked all my fluids, changed brake pads, oil & filter, windshield, levers, and instrument glass all for under $300.00. They did a great job.

Summary: really wanted to like & do business with our local Honda dealership; wish anybody transacting with Yellowstone Motorsports good luck; this store is NOT a business. At best it is somebody’s disorganized hobby shop.  The good: the facility is relatively new & attractive. The bad: interaction with this operation is cumbersome & painful. The ugly: be prepared for low-to-no customer service or high aggravation.  For context — in the last six months, have completed three separate transactions with this store: one ATV purchase; and a couple service department appointments. During these three transactions, only the oil & filter service appointment went without any surprises or pain.  Conclusion: this dealership is in real need of basic processes for business transactions and customer-oriented communications. I will not go back.

I brought my 2017 Arctic Cat 700 XT EPS in 4 its first service they claim to say they did a bunch of work but evidence is on my machine will they didnt do any of it they said they washed it they didnt even wash it $370 for an oil change is what I got they said there was a place to spark plugs check brakes CV boots wheel bearings suspension bushings you know the whole Forest Service check the valve stems the funny thing is is to do a lot of those procedures the whole front end of my bike needs to come apart Ill guarantee you they didnt take any of the panels off of my bike to change the spark plugs because I look at the spark plug wire and it doesnt even look like it was touched and of course its got little dust on it you could tell if its been touched so i filed a complaint with the bbb and this is what they said We take great pride in running a fair and honest business. Last year, Mr. Gjertsen wanted to finance amachine through us. A credit check was performed and he did not qualify to finance the purchase. Ourfinancing is all done through automated methods that only take into account the information found onrecord with the Credit Bureaus. All financing decisions are made in accordance with the law. We wouldnever disqualify someone based on race. We let him know we were happy to allow him to purchase withus, but he would need to find a way to pay in full for the unit. At that point he threatened the salesman,he said he would take him outside and beat his ass. Eventually, Mr. Gjertsen secured a loan with thehelp of a relative to purchase the unit.Recently, Mr. Gjertsen brought his machine in to have a full-service done. What was included with thefull-service and the cost of the work was discussed directly with him prior to the work being started. Hestated he wasnt a mechanic and didnt know how to do the work himself and approved the work tobe performed on 3/ 2/2018. On 3/6/2018 Mr. Gjertsen called us with his concerns regarding the servicework. Mr. Gjertsen didnt believe that any of the work was actually done. He spoke with our ServiceManager who walked him through what was completed and how it was completed. An example of this,is that only the air box and seat need to be removed to check the valves. We have the valvemeasurements on file as proof they were checked. Mr. Gjertsen was simply not satisfied with this. TheService Manager attempted to walk him through how he would be able to visually see that the servicework was done. An example of this, was to have Mr. Gjertsen pull the spark plug so he could visually seeit was new and had been changed. Again, he simply would not accept that any of the work wascompleted. In an attempt to resolve the situation for Mr. Gjertsen the owner of the business discussedhis concerns directly with him. Mr. Gjertsen would not stop yelling profanities or calling the ownerterrible names, because of this we were unable to resolve the situation with Mr. Gjertsen.In closing, after the interactions weve had with Mr. Gjertsen, we made the business decision to end allcontact and interactions with him. He will not receive a refund or a partial refund. DONT GET ANYTHING WORKED ON THERE! Just bought a tire from Yellowstone Motorsports and had them install it and replace the tubeless system. Got it back and they didnt put in the rim cap in so now the tube is exposed and pushing out. Talked to them about it and they said it wasnt installed before so they left it off on the new install....WHAT??? I asked if they could fix it and they replied with they are really busy. Instead I had to buy the part and take everything of that they installed and install the part they forgot to install and threw away!They literally did nothing correct! It was a tire change and tubeless install.....Something a professional should be able to handle correctly. Fix your mistakes Yellowstone Motorsports dont make the consumer buy the parts you threw away and fix your mistakes.
