I took my iPhone 7 to get fixed and it does work hasn’t even been 24hrs yet very disappointed

The old man has hurried work and not detail oriented, broke the Touch ID on my phone.. he did refund my money, but he does not exhibit care in taking phones apart.. breaks other parts, doesnt put all the screws back in.. now I cant even trade in what was a working phone, so while I got my money back for the battery replacement, I ended up losing about $100 of trade in value.

This place has great customer service. Brought my iPhone X here and Jordan fixed it in under 30 minutes! I also went ahead and purchased a screen protector and a new phone case for an affordable price. Highly recommend this place!

Went in to fix my phone with simple broken screen to get fixed and a working camera. Came back without a working camera he switched out the cameras because they aren’t even the same! This guy is a scammer when we went back to ask him to fix it he said that’s not my problem why didn’t you check if it was working. Please don’t buy from him!

I was referred this place from another iFixandRepair location because this location was closer to my home. Im glad I came this was one of my better decisions. The gentleman that helped me was Brandon he was outstanding. He was just a people person in general, he was very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to get service from. The work was done quickly and professionally all the while being able to talk and keep the customer ingaged in the process.

I went in today to have a charging port that I purchased online to be replaced because I was told by another repair place that It was the reason my 4 mo old battery was not holding it’s charge Your employees rechecked my battery and said there was no problem with it and then he said let me check your settings and that’s when he discovered the problem. It was my auto lock key that was not on. It solved the problem and now my phone is charging properly. He told me to send the part back and get my money back. He was so honest and caring. He could have put that part in and I wouldn’t have known the difference. He actually saved me $40 plus the $40 I would have pd him to put the part in. I will definitely be back and telling all my friends and family to go there. They are the best.

Elvin saved us a ton of money! We thought we would have to replace my daughters whole computer when the screen cracked. Geek Squad said it would cost $400 or more to replace the screen!! Elvin repaired it for half the cost! And he was very honest...when the first replacement screen broke while trying to repair it he promptly ordered a new one and repaired it quickly. Fantastic service. I tried removing a screen protector from my phone and a section of it got stuck on my screen. Two different T-Mobile stores couldnt remove it, and I brought it into here. In less than a minute, they had it removed, and they did it for free! I highly recommend taking your phone here for repair.

Screen popped out on my Apple Watch, immediately was assisted but I was unaware that my battery was bloated. The cost of the battery was pretty much the cost of the Watch so I wasn’t going to pay. The super helpful employee went into the back to see if there were any cases that could help (which there was) there was only 1 left and they didn’t have anymore so he gave it to me and said he was sorry he couldn’t help. He didn’t have to do that. 10 stars for customer service if I could! I won’t go anywhere else for my phone or Apple Watch again!!!

Fantastic experience with Chris. He helped remove a metal plate stuck on the back of the phone from a magnetic phone holder. He removed all the adhesive residue from it too and made it really nice and clean. Then installed the new case, which looks great!

I was so heartbroken over my cracked iPad screen I thought it could not be fixed but I decided to try my luck so I went into iFixandRepair to see what could be done. I was greeted with smiles. Jean was very kind and sweet so informative. He got my baby back up and running its like It was never cracked. I just wish I could give more than Five stars just because of the employees.

Originally on my first visit I was thrilled with the help n service..... However, I went back to this place due to an issue with the screen saver cover Jean installed.I was handed a new one and told to go install it myself.The one he installed had dirt left underneath it and was separating.He said the installing part is a free service, included when you purchase only.Never going back
