I had gotten a new phone from an insurance claim after my old screen cracked. Helping transfer all the data and information I had on my phone proved to be a real task. My phone would get to a certain point and stop the download. Rejiv was not going to give up until he got it right, and thats exactly what he did! Unfortunately, due to the amount of data I had, and because my phone kept locking up right before completion this took hours and hours. But during that time I got to watch all of their associates in action. There were SO NASTY customers that came in, and your employees all kept their cool and did their best to address whatever situation was being brought to them. I complimented three other employees on their professionalism after their nasty customers were gone. Were in a society where everyone is so quick to complain, I try to make it equally so where I will praise when I see things being done right. You should be very proud of all the employees that worked from 1:00 p.m.6:30 at that store today. Its justanother reason why Im proud to be a T-Mobile customer😊

I recently moved to the area and the customer service skills at this store and the other one in Lake Worth are severely lacking. Im constantly being given the run around and told to call customer service instead of them actually looking into the issue. Then customer service tells me to go into the store. These people are rude and act like they are being bothered by having to help. Ending my service after 22 years and going with xfinity mobile.

My dad was trying to get my damaged phone fixed for over 2 months because T-Mobile rep at the store didn’t add the 360 insurance by error. After running around going to apple store twice and bickering either the store manager Rajeev B, he brushed my dad off and told him he needs to pay the deductible of $250, even though they screwed up with how they added the insurance on my phone. Just bad service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!Im an original Sprint customer since 2001 (20 years). With the recent merge between Sprint and T-Mobile, I was told to Get a T-Mobile 5G chip for better signal and cell coverage. On 4/15/2021, I entered the store at 10:51 and met with Sale Rep. Jason upon entry. I explained the reason for my visit. He stated that he could help. Minutes later, two ladies walked in the store after me who appeared to come to buy a phone. He quickly fabricated an excuse as to why he couldnt help me anymore, the system was busy and he doesnt know much about Sprint phones, or I would to wait. He asked someone else to help me but she stated that she doesnt know how to remove a chip from an iPhone. Keep in mind, I came for a T-Mobile 5G chip for a regular iPhone 12, which has nothing to do with what system is being used.Jason went and greeted the two ladies and decided to help them instead. He simply wanted to make the sale. After 40+ minutes just waiting no one cares enough to help. I was told the store manager, Eric Woodrum, was busy and no one was allowed to give me the regional manager contact information. Not only they squandered 40 minutes of my precious time, but I didnt receive the chip I came for. Instead, they told me to go to another store nearby because they have more people there to help me. The store was empty and only two (2) customers were inside the store. The two ladies were together--mom and daughter.DO NOT GO TO THAT STORE FOR ANYTHING. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND NOTHING ELSE. IF YOU MUST GO THERE, DONT DEAL WITH JASON.

Stay away from this store. I really mean it. Very rude staff. I give them multiple second chances and end up getting the same treatment. It’s like I don’t know how to listen. I went there yesterday and was told that they don’t do trade in on Apple Watch when this is something that is available on the T-Mobile website. I wanted to trade in my Apple Watch series 5 to the 6. I hope a manager can see my review and confirm that for me.

This store was the most helpful especially with my switch from Sprint to T-Mobile. All the staff were friendly and seemed very motivated to assist all customers, I forgot the young ladies name that helped me but she was awesome. The manager was also engaged with staff members and also assisting customers. I loved the environment and i am so happy I have better cell service.

I am a Sprint customer that was told I needed to turn in one of my phones for a free upgrade because my current phone did not support 5G. When I got to the store they charged me for having to turn the phone in and upgrade fees. BEWARE: NOTHING IS FREE! Looking for a new provider.

When I walked into this one Taha greeted me very nicely and sold me the phone I wanted in a matter of 15 minutes. Amazing worker and a great person overall. The only reason they got 3 stars is because Melanie’s customer service was just exceptional! She was an awesome experience and really appreciated how patient and kind she was. The reason I did not want to give 5 stars to the store is because the ambiance was terrible. The music was extremely inappropriate. I do not want to hear when I walk into a store; more if I have under age children, music with inappropriate language or content. If you want to play music of that genre, please consider music without sexual context and/ or language. Extremely inappropriate.

Saw the commercials. Did my homework to upgrade a phone and possibly switch out of Verizon due to the amount ($244) we were paying monthly for 3 lines with phones paid off. Visited the competition then fortunately connected with Taha at this store 2 weeks ago. Taha is knowledgeable and professional. All of the staff seemed polite and respectful to customers. He listened, explained what T Mobile could offer, wrote down the numbers, and made my decision to switch seamless. The monthly price is exactly as quoted. Now, trying to get Verizon to share my Port # was a different story. After about 90 minutes in the store with Verizon on the line, assistance from the staff, the porting was complete. I walked out of the store with 2 new Iphone 12s and a SIM card for my husband to also change his carrier. My husband returned the next day for assistance ( to be certain he was keeping his number)and was out in 15 minutes. My monthly charge is now $120 for all three lines. This store gets an A+ for customer service. Thank you

I went into this TMobile store to add a OnePlus 8 to my new activated T-Mobile service. The Rep brought out the last OnePlus 8 phone in stock and every time I went to look at OnePlus 8 he told me to stand 6 feet away. The way the Rep control this situation I understood, this is the world we now live in. Because of this, I was never given the opportunity to take a closer look at the phone I was buying. When I got home I found a crack on the back of the phone. I went back the store to explain this to a manager and I was told that the policy is that once the phone was out the T-Mobile door there is nothing he could do. I know I didnt do this. Since I was never given the opportunity to take look at time of purchased, this policy doesn’t apply to my situation. The box was not seal when I got home. I told the rep that I will take care of everything because I need get the information from Fi-Google with the porting information. I repeated myself,Please do not anything I will do this myself. I do not understand how I got a phone in box that was not sealed in box.I was offered by the Store Manager, since I did take the insurance on the phone, he will credit me the deductible. With this scenario I will be paying $16 per month with only one claim left for the year. The phone works, I can’t waste a claim on a working phone.I purchase a brand new phone, brand new phones should not have cracks.The old policy doesnt match with the stores new policy with distancing. This could have been avoid by putting up Plexiglas dividers, provide disposable gloves. I ask another rep why they have not taken these measures: β€œThey do not want to spend the money” This phone had the crack prior to me taking ownership. Avoid this store till they could figure a way to get the old policy to work with the new policy.

Going to do everything I can to make sure people do not switch to this scam/terrible Data service/ guest service carrier. I switched over four months ago because of bad data service from my last carrier, expecting this to be better (since they promote such). I wish I had stayed with my previous carrier. Since the first week until now from switching I’ve had no positive experience AT ALL! My messages wouldn’t go through, couldn’t access the internet without utilizing WiFi, I later found out that I didn’t/wasn’t going to get my trade in value to apply to the new device because the person who processed my transaction during the switch suggested that I could change phone numbers but never mentioned or clued that that would be a factor in getting the trade in value. So I sent them my old iPhone but am not getting the trade in value that I was promised. And now my calls are failing, my messages aren’t sending, I can’t access internet. I cannot do anything with my service. 100% THE WORST!!!!! Carrier. Doing everything I can to LEAVE. I rather ruin my credit than to stay.

Since I am technology inept, and buying phones or electronics typically gives me anxiety, I have to say that my experience here with Taha as my sales person went as well as it possibly could have! I switched to Tmobile a few years ago, as I am an international traveler and Tmobile is the best option for people who regularly leave the country. I previously had Verizon and AT&T, and for the most part, have no qualms about my switch! During this recent visit, I wound up purchasing the s10e with the help of Taha, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the services and products. He was not pushy at all and made me feel at ease! I am now several days into the new phone and I am very happy with my purchases, thanks to Taha. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Just went in to look at the new Iphone 11max and Yesisena was AMAZING. EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. Went the extra mile and then some. Upgraded to the new iPhone and iWatch from the Samsung 10 and have to say 65% of it was her. As a manager for Fortune500 company that is all about customer service, and a retired Marine, you wont be disappointed going here. Entire crew is super friendly.

Came to this T-mobile to pick up a pair of Airpods, called 5min before arriving, Soon as i walk in 1st off i was never greeted or spoken to so i tell them what i wanted which was Airpods which i was told thery wear in stock the guy goes in the back for about 10min straight and comes out to tell me they have none. He wasnt able to sign me up for service without calling the call center, which apparently was quite busy and we had to wait another 20 minutes before he got someone on the phone.
