Fraudulent and Useless. I tried to give them a second chance and was hugely disappointed. Couldnt upgrade a phone. The simplest of things. Twice! Rude unknoledgable help. When the lady finally was upgrading she insisted my card wasnt working so I called my card holder in the store who said there was no issue and the card had no recent charges even trying to be processed. She suggested I go get cash from the atm and give her the money.. then it might work. Insane!!!

Jake is great! Love the customer service!☝I never left this review, Jake did when he was setting up my phone. I almost let this slide but my phone has not worked properly since hook up and online customer service is terrible. 10 days and still dont have a phone that works properly. Poor customer service and breach of privacy, I guess you get what you pay for.

Very unprofessional. The guys that work there have to customer service skills at all. As I was the only customer there one of the guys answered the phone and asked the person to call back in 10 minutes because he was very busy. (he wasn’t doing anything). I’m very unsatisfied with the visit. Won’t be going to that location again.
