Where do I even begin? Susan was an absolute delight to work with! She was always available to answer questions, send picture samples, and keep me posted on the progress. I have been shopping at Barbara Stewart Interiors for 40 years! Susan and her talented, well trained staff have helped me with picture framing and decorating needs over the years. Barbara Stewart’s has consistently been the best shop in town for wedding, baby, shower, hostess, and Christmas gifts.

This year for Christmas I wanted to shop local. Barbara Stewarts was perfect! I had no idea everything they had. Besides the jewelry and decorations, they had clothing and even put together food baskets for my out of town guest. They had multiple Kentucky and Bowling Green themed items. I have been going to Barbara Stewarts for over three decades, and Ive never had a bad experience there. Its fun just to go in! The staff is amazing … so friendly and helpful.

I visited your store on Saturday and found a picture I really liked. I told my husband about it and he came down and purchased it for me for Christmas, yesterday. The customer service he received was terrible, he loves to joke and enjoys talking to people and your staff was so short and rude to him that he only purchased the picture because he knew I had really liked it. He said he would never come back to your store again. On Saturday, they told me I could bring the picture home to see if it would work where I wanted it, they never even offered that to him. I’ve always heard about how nice your store was, but unfortunately I’ll not be back and will let others know about the type of service you give your customers.
