I was looking for sheets and bedding for childrens bed. They dont have any thing for children. I will still shop there for other things.

I purchased a present off of my sisters wedding registry and she had opted for the ship or swap feature (total scam). She received $30 of the $225 that the present cost into her “funds” but never received the rest of the funds or the present. She contacted their customer service 6 times, with no resolution. They are a scam and stole $190. I typically like their products, but I will never again purchase anything through them. Worst customer service ever. Do not recommend for wedding registries. And do not use the ship or swap feature.

Peg and Morgan at the Bowling Green, KY location we’re awesome tonight. Peg told me about the BBBY membership and I joined and saved over $60 on my purchase. Morgan was my cashier and she did an excellent job waiting on me to sign up and make sure my total was correct!

The ship or swap feature on their registry is a disaster! My sister spent 225 dollars on 6 curtain panels, we haven’t received the curtains or the “my funds” to cover the panels! 190 dollars is missing and no one can explain where it went or remedy the situation. We have contacted customer service 5 times with no results! 10/10 DO NOT Recommend this feature!! Ship or swap is a scam and customer service does nothing to help! I like a lot of the products, but will be deactivating the registry as soon as the account is appropriately credited or my sister is refunded! If I could give 0 stars I would.

They have a lot of bedding products, a lot of bath products, but Ive never quite made it to the beyond. Does it even exist? Do I need to take psychedelics to find it? The world may never know. Until then, Ill continue shopping at this store because its cool.As a side note - BB&B sells a $200 toothbrush. Who is paying $200 for a toothbrush? Seriously.

Great place for a bottle of wine. I ended up getting plastered on a good pinot noir and stumbling into the beyond section if ya know what I mean. The place is so big I ended up falling asleep next to some towel racks and nobody noticed. I slept there all night and it was so relaxing. Will definitely sleep here again.

Nice selection for the home. Wide selection of bath accessories including shower curtains, towels, toothbrush holders and rugs. Nice new brand with items for the kitchen and decor for the home along with beautiful linens. A little pricey but worth checking out.

I have always liked Bed Bath & Beyond you can go in this place and find literally 99% of what your wife girlfriend significant other husband boyfriend it doesnt matter this store has everything for everybody. We came in here looking for a few Christmas gifts to buy for people. They had a lot of things that I was looking for including some things that I didnt know I was looking for but would make a really great gift. Im also happy to see that they had a really nice section for new smart home devices such as the echo, nest and Google. Though I was Christmas shopping for people I decided to pick myself up a gift and ended up leaving with an echo Dot. I was looking for a particular gift and could not find it and the sales associate was very helpful in finding me the thing I was looking for which was that ratchet belt they have it in brown only but its okay it will still serve the purpose that someone wanted.

I love this place! There is all kinds of cool stuff here. Kitchen stuff galore. Ive been many times and keep coming back. Ive encountered rude customers but have no bad experiences with staff. If I had to pick one thing to harp on it would be better labeling of the restrooms. I didnt realize they were the first hallway on the left as you enter. I always thought that was an area for staff. No one on the floor to help the customers and the cashier was so preoccupied with her phone to even look up even to answer a question she never took a moment to look at me and acknowledge that I needed help.

Management went out of their way to help us after our wedding find everything and all employees we met were extremely friendly.

Peg went above and beyond to help us get our registry and online accounts sorted out after a storm surge turn the system on its head. She even went as far as calling customer service for us and going as high as needed to get the issues resolved. We are so excited to be registered here and work with the BG store!

Staff with VERY limited knowledge. The last several visits have been frustrating. Each time I was going in for specialty coffee. The first time I purchased some coffee that was discounted but the girl scanned 6 packages and I only had 5. I didnt realize until I got home. No big loss since they were 75% off, expired coffee by over 3 months. The second visit was because i received an email saying they were offering 20% off ALL coffee. I selected several coffee packages that were on sale already but I was told they would not give both the sale price and the 20% off. Strangely enough, the email I received showed the sale PLUS 20% off reflected in the price shown in the email. Wasnt worth arguing. Cashier called some Male employee (mgr?) But he too was clueless, so i just left. Third visit, I had been told to come back on a certain date for a sale, arrived on that date but was told corporate sends out a sheet that was not out yet to allow for the sale. I probably spend more money on gas to drive to the store for sale items to support local businesses than it would cost to order online elsewhere. I have returned numerous times in August waiting for price discount but now I was told they had to return expired tassimo coffee because they are liquid but, oddly enough, they are NOT liquid. They said they could discount Keurig because they are not liquid. I dont think anyone in this store really knows how much I put my faith in them and how much time I spent driving in for the discounted coffee. I have bought SO many things from this store, from coffee makers to several iroombas to vacuum cleaners. I think Ill do my holiday shopping elsewhere.

I had to go Beyond to find bed frame wheels. I guess they didnt think of bed accessories. Go figure.
