I wish i could give ZERO stars...... my mom and I went to Yankee today (we were the only customers in the store) and the 2 girls behind the desk never once said a word to us, i was even looking at stuff on the counter they seriously never even acknowledged us... they were both too busy on their phones and gossiping! I was able to get one of the girls names which was SAGE..... I will be writing the corporate office as well. SO UNCALLED FOR!

There are times it is very hard for me to find gifts for female friends especially when it comes to candles because not everyone will smell a candle and think that is the best thing theyve ever smelled or that they really like that smell however with the help of the two Associates there I did find a scent that was really close to the scent of a candle that my friend likes so I bought it and they also have the option to place a personalized label with picture and message on the candle glass on the outside. So this made the gift way more special than just your average so its a candle thank you.

Absolutely wonderful experience here. I personally work in retail sales and two ladies who’s names I don’t remember did a phenomenal job. Will definitely go out of my way to shop for my candles at this location.
