The manager, Jessica, was the rudest individual my family and I have encountered in an extremely long time. She treated my bi-racial family like we were trying to steal something. When I did actually need her help, she was more concerned about who was out in the parking lot than doing her actual job. When we got in an extremely long line at checkout, Jessica was engaged in another asinine, unprofessional conversation with an employee whom could have been helping check folks out reducing the time spent in the ever growing line. When I asked her to help her staff, she proceeded to explain she had help on the way. Hmmmm.... why was she NOT helping her overwhelmed staff? We ended up walking out without making a purchase. When I called to get the store manager’s name, Jessica answered the phone and refused to give me the full name of the manager. As long as she is an employee, I will take my business to other locations. Well worth the drive to not have to deal with such an angry, bitter and unprofessional individual.

Drove an hour to get a bottle jack, they have none in stock, and dont know when they will get any. Seriously, not just that one particular model... They had none of any kind. They also did away with the 20% coupons.

Everytime we drive 70 + miles to buy a sale item they are out of stock. This has happened on a number of occasions. There are 3 sitting on the floor and can not sell one. Then going to say it could be 2 weeks or 6 weeks to order the item and have it at the store. These are obviousley scam sakes ads to get you in the store. Very unhappy with this customer service. Not 1 store withen a 100 mike range ever has these items in stock!

Usually I always know exactly what I am going to pick up. Should be a quick in and out visit. But for me, being that I like this place so much, sometimes Im there for up to an hour. Haha! They have it all! Great place to find exactly what you need.

When we got there, they were out of what we wanted. The manager said that the truck was supposed to be in Tuesday my husband called Tuesday morning & they had gotten 1 in so he had the put his name on it so it wouldnt be put out on the floor

I find it hard to find a reason to come anymore. Their prices are barely competitive any more. Many things are cheaper in Walmart or even lowes for brand name rather than knock offs. Even small items are often 20% higher or more here than elsewhereAdd to that the insult of ITC prices which often get confused before you get to the register as discounted prices, which are really only the normal price of an item or what it would be if you used the %20 off coupon on it. So basically you can get one regularly priced item and everything else is sold at a mark up...yah!

Everyone was practicing social distancing and wearing a mask. The store was clean and the bathrooms were clean. I got the tile saw on clearance and the blade for 20% off with a coupon. Always happy to get what I expect.

Its hard to describe how incredibly useful the place is. Staff is helpful, insightful, its easy to find what you need even if youve only got a faint idea. Prices are fantastic, with frequent opportunities for coupons. Many items have lifetime warranties if you look for them, and the hours are solid. Ive relied on them for whatever crazy project pops up and will continue to do so!

Pretty decent sized store. Pretty clean and organized. Got all the usual wonderful cheap Harbor Freight stuff. Most of which is pretty good. As always, do some research beforehand, especially if its something big and expensive and important. Of course, you gotta head here with coupons. No reason to head here if you aint got coupons. If you aint got coupons, just search them up on your phone. Theyre easy to find online.

There was no one helping customers find items. Im in a wheelchair and the workers just watched as I struggled to try to get items off the higher levels of the shelves. A customer ended up helping me.

A great place if youre looking for fairly inexpensive tools. Almost everything Ive purchased from there has been of pretty decent quality. However if youre buying something worth more than say $30-40, Id recommend buying a warranty. Not because it will fail; but rather if something damages the item you purchase within the warranty timeframe; you simply bring it back and its instantly replaced with a brand new version.I give it three stars because the store does feel a bit sparse, and the atmosphere could use a dose of help. Otherwise its a great place to get (mostly) reliable tools for cheaper than the competition.

Great deals, great merchandise, however I am disabled and can not walk a great distance. They had the doors closed near where I parked and I had to walk to the other set of doors then walk the whole store. By the time I was finished I was really hurting bad.

I love the convenience of not having to make the drive to bowling green to visit harbor freight now that they are in Franklin ky. The customer service is great and of course we all love the prices.

Great place to get cheap tools for weekend warrior projects. Dont buy electric or power tools here if you run a business and they are used daily. It is Harbor Freight after all. The store is well organized and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Awesome place for tolls that arent going to see heavy usage. There are also some hidden gems, like the table top belt and disk sander! Works just as well as the big brands but is more than half the cost.

The best place to buy tools on the cheap! Staff is always helpful. The old adage applies - you get what you pay for; so spend a little extra and get the item that costs a little more - the quality will be much better. Avoid electrical tools under $25. The reviews on their website are very helpful and will save you! Dont forget the 20% of coupon! You can find them in most any magazine!

I love going going to this place and can waste half a day in here. Bought the Bauer 20 volt drill kit. I love all the Chinese goodness here. Most of the products are great but for some great reviews of the tools, go to YouTube and watch AVE and Red Beard and the den of tools!

If you dont make a living with your tools youre crazy to not shop here. What else can be said. On the other hand, I dont think most would stand up to professional use. Hobbyists, enthusiasts etc....totally good enough for that. Great place.

#1: Buy impact sockets only! Lots of great tools but many are cheap for a reason. Specialty tools are cheaper compared to other brands but work great if not needing often. Stay away from the cheapest silver wrenches and sockets. Been a harbor freight buyer since late 90s and have a garage full.
