Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude and arrogant workers. Would never buy lumber, windows or doors from this place again. Full custom home built and missing door latches and windows cranks and they do not care once the house is finished and they are paid. Ignores emails and phone calls. I wish I could give less stars than 1. Does not deserve any.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been trying for weeks to buy windows and no one will call me back after leaving a number of messages. I have emailed and txtd. No help. I am in construction and this is not good business. Guess they make enough money.

The people are very nice here at Kight, but the overall product experience has been a doozy. We ordered all of our doors in the middle of September and the first shipment (no front door arrived) contained three cracked frames and had to be sent back. The replacement shipment contained two wrong doors and had to be sent back. We finally got all of the correct sized doors, but no front door. We called several times to make sure it was ordered and then one came in for us and it was a completely different door. So we ordered a new one, they said it would be in in two weeks, never came. Two more weeks go by, still not here as of 11/30. We have started installing our interior doors and found out the hinges are all different colors. If you’re in need of materials fast, I wouldn’t order from here. We also ordered trim and pine boards which seem to be second hand picks. The quality is very inconsistent. Our trim has so many nicks in it that had to be filled as well as the pine boards. We will not be ordering from here again.Update, 12/30. We took back our back door and one of the employees (prefer to leave his name out due to respect.. even though he doesn’t deserve it) called us bad names and slandered us from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. HIS MISTAKES caused our horrible experiences. I do not recommend.
