Everyone was very nice and the was clean and employees were unloading trucks and trying to organized lives that white and deal with customers as they came in

Clean store, great finds.Would be great though if they added a self checkout.Great employee interactions though.Feels homey.The cashier even offered to help me carry my bags to my car since I didnt use a cart and had a lottttt.Was super nice.

It was messy. Empty shelves. Hardly anything organized or that I needed.

Traveling from out of town, PoP in there to buy everything we forgot, the employees had some of the best customer service ever, very helpful, very polite, help us navigate the store and gave us directions around town

Love the bargains and always come out with more items than i planned on getting when i went in.

They are more expensive than Walmart and the quality is poor. They charge 12 dollars for dresses that were 8 dollars before. They tried to make me purchase a lamp shade for the lamp I was going to buy. So they wouldnt sell me the lamp because I wouldnt buy the separate shade at additional cost. I tried to contact DG head quarters about the lamp incident and that was like beating a dead horse. The isles are always messy and cluttered. My friends and I call them the dollar genital now.

Waiting in line longer than expected but overall I was satisfied.

Went in one night. I was the only customer at this time. 2 employees standing at the front talking. As I looked for an item I was shocked. Trash and merchandise all over the floor. Looked like a tornado had went through it. Stock wrapped up standing in isles.I went up front and simply asked if they could look for the item I needed in the back. One said we’ll it’s a mess back there and that would be hard to find.I was blown away. I said nothing as nothing nice would have been spoken. I wondered 1. Why they where chatting and not cleaning, why they where clearly unwilling to help a customer when I believe that’s what they are there for.Well that’s what I thought. It’s sad when employees stand around, do not clean or help. Why work there .. why be in a public job if you don’t want to help the customer??? I went up the road to the Nashville road store. Clean no mess on the floor, no stick sitting around. helpful, and had what I needed. This is the one I will go to. It’s a bit further but worth it. Who ever owns this store needs to stop in at night....

Managers aint all that friendly but I can understand that. I used to work in the hospitality industry. But overall this store is a great addition to that side of town. Variety, brands, and convenient.

Workers were very nice and helpful when looking for products. Store seemed a bit of a mess, boxes and carts out in the isles and several displays that werent finished or put together all the way. Other than that I would have given 5 stars!

The cashier was very nice. Although the customers kept asking for the manager she still was very polite and said the manager was on the way.

Its a nice place with good prices of items but think they are understaffed as people wait long at times to be attended to.

When I walked in to dollar General I was immediately greeted by a cashier with a happy hello after spending a few minutes looking for a particular product another employee offered their help and said can I help you find anything I was going to say jobim okay but because it was already late I thought to my self why not so I gently responded to the employee by saying yes, as a matter of fact I think you can I cleared my throat and said where can I find your Kool-Aid packages? The employee turned around quickly and motioned for me to follow. I did as instructed and was led two isles over from where I was originally looking. Then before the employee could point to the item of my desire I saw what I was looking for. Blue raspberry lemonade I shouted. My favorite I said in a lower tone smiling because of my loud shout over some kool-aid packages. We then met at the cash register and I proceeded to pay for my merchandise. As I walked out the automatic doors in the front entrance I waved good bye to the ever so helpful Dollar General Employees .

It was slow through the check out line but over all good experience 👍

I shop here about 3 times weekly. Its cleaner than it used to be, I appreciate it. I often have to wait for staff to come to counter but I can see they are putting up stock. The staff seems short handed but at my corporate job we are under staffed also.

The 2 liters was 2 for 2.50 and they rang up for 1.80ea. Told the cashier and she just looked at me and didnt do a thing about it. Why have discounts if ur not gonna honor them?

Labeled prices are wrong, aisles are crowded with out of season overstock, and Im pretty sure they arent 100% ADA compliant.

Got exactly what I needed and the $5 off for Saturday coupons on the receipts are always helpful.

This is our local Dollar General. Good to have so near for a quick stop for one thing, or to get a cart full. Always take advantage of the Digital Coupons!!!! Busy store to be so small.

Young lady working there has a problem with leadership traits counld use classes on attitude toward with customer service.......? No I did not like the service I received from young lady bad experience all the way around..

I don’t like to shop at dollar general. But I only needed a couple of things so I stopped in. I quickly remembered why I hate shopping here. One of the employees in the aisle was stocking and talking on their cellphone and was cursing. There were some children in the next aisle. Then I went to check out and had to wait forever for someone to walk up to the register. Then the lady that checked me out. Did not say one word to me the whole transaction. Dollar general has the worst employees. I’m never shopping at any dollar general again.

Not great customer service.. the other Dollar General is better in my opinion.

Great staff, clean store

This only refers to a specific Dollar Store. There were 10 people in line, with the first one doing 4 separate transactions, and the cashier NEVER called for someone to open a second register. Thus, several of us with only 1 item had to wait 15 minutes in line just to pay for 1 item.

The store is mess nothing on the shelves.. Would avoid this store till they fix it

Just like the other stores, overstocked, narrow aisles, overworked employees, and a corperation in my opinion is irresponsible in everything. Cal Turner might not have been perfect, but he was also a human being who valued his employees.

Clean a little desorganice, there is no signs for items, so I have to ask an associate for every single item in my list. I was in a little hurry and did not have time to cruise around all the store to find what I needed.
