Went to the store looking for item on sale. Couldnt find it so asked a manager for help to see if they had it in stock. She replied have you seen the stockroom. Went back there for a second and came back and said I dont know if its in there or not. Ask the lady did they have a list of what was in the store she replied that they have no list. If you cant keep up whats in store thats a reason for stuff to get stolen especially if you cant keep up with your own inventory. Roses needs a makeover from the inside out the store used to be really nice but it has gone downhill shelves are empty. And customer service is not good.

I commend this store for its resilience and its dedication, like DT (another lower- than- usual store), to providing goods limited- resourced families can afford. As a child of the 80s,I was only able and afforded goods from Roses. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Low prices but also low inventory on several things I wanted

Horrible customer service. First time here the younger looking black boy was working the register. As soon as it was my turn he walked away. Didn’t turn his light off or say anything to anyone, just walked off with a line of customers. After standing there a few minutes because we didn’t know if he was coming back or what was going on, the other cashier looked over surprised and turned his light off. She apologized immediately and said she can’t believe he just left the register like that. Went in here yesterday and saw him again, this time complaining to another cashier about taking his break and bragging about the worst things he’s done to customers just so he can go to break in time lol. How is this man still working here?? Definitely bad for business!!

Sorry, The place is a dump.Dont expect to buy anything because the shelves are empty, I do mean empty, the whole store. Been like that for a long time. Very dirty, nasty

Clothes can be hit or miss, depending on what you’re looking for, but it’s not bad overall. I’ve never had issues with their customer service.

Be prepared to spend some time but savings is worth it. From kids clothes to toys and bedding/bath items at steep discount. To bad this complex doesnt have more useful stores but fast food nearby.

The store was clean & organized. I don’t think the clothing quality matched the pricing though. A puffer jacket was priced at $30, but had stuffing coming out of seams & some seams were unfinished. I also checked similar styles & same thing. Unlike some Rose’s, this one has a furniture section! Some appeared to have stains & even paint spilled on them, but others were fine.

Roses was decent. It had most items I was looking for and some extra things to just look at which was awesome. I wouldnt say its the exact best though, but I will give it 4 stars. The employer that was assisting me wwas very kind and directed me to every place I needed!!

This store is quite old and could use some updating, it is not the cheapest place to go, but it is always interesting to browse there. I buy clothes there rather often and enjoy seeing what they have in stock any time that I go. They could use some good zoning people because it is often messy and cluttered but it kind of reminds me of an old Woolworth store. A large part of my enjoyment of shopping there is nostalgic.

Clothing quality is hit or miss, but Ive found some amazing leggings that are cute, stretchy and soft. ($5.99!) They have a lot of interesting, unique things which sets Roses apart from other stores, and makes it a fun experience.

Not too shabby. Overall, the prices are decent. Every once in a while you can find something of excellent quality and price. They dont always have the same merchandise when it comes to clothing. Its worth it to stop by often to see what they have in stock. I definitely recommend this place for affordable childrens clothing. Not everything is a great deal, but you are likely to find something if you really look around thoroughly.

Mother and I were looking for a specific type of dress for a relative and were directed to try Roses. We found exactly what we wanted and so much more. The prices are low and the selection is interesting (we saw several things that we had not seen elsewhere). This is not a high end department store, but it is open and well lit. We will definitely go again to see what bargains we can find.

Love roses but havent really and good plus size selection lately. I like there prices. They do have a lot of cute kids clothes and shoes.

They have great prices! I can always find good quality stuff here for a low price. I even got my husband old Navy jeans for $5!

Disappointed! Closed early Saturday before 8:45pm. Store closed at 9pm. Had to return next day.

Nothing is organized. Cloths laying on floor. Workers are rude and very slow. Ask questions and they have attitudes. Have t been back and dont plan to. Its my opinion but check for yourself. Good luck 😑

Like any affordable store theres good and bad to sift thru. Great prices on home goods, sports bras and toys. But a pair of shoes and pants literally fell apart after one wear, so that money was wasted.

This place is a mess. Management cannot control the store, area is not safe and high theft activities in the store. People who work thier they dont even notice what is going on in the store. It seems they are always short staffed. This place needs a powerful management and a whole new plan to make it at least easy to shop at. Although shoppers dont seem like they like to keep things organized so most of them can do easy shoplifting but I dont know how this store or the company can control shrink or theft or even manage a store which looks like a thrift store.

You truly must consider you get what you pay for! I have found some really great items and a few cheap items but I knew when I purchased the item what to expect.

I liked the merchandise and the prices. I would highly recommend it as a great place to shop.

Always by my kids school clothes and shoes and school supplies there prices are very reasonable. Employees some are very understanding.At this time I have Crohns and Ulcerative Colitis Disease.There bathrooms was and are still out of order. Nasty fluids all over the floors hasnt been cleaned in weeks.... Nice price on clothes ECT.... Just nasty. NOT CLEAN .....
