My roommate and I went here to get ice cream tonight, and we will not be going back. First off they have no menu available so we had no idea what they had, and when I asked, the worker was rude and we could not hear the options available. Second, the ice cream was freezer burnt and tasted absolutely disgusting. We are disappointed in ColdStone and we do not recommend anyone else go to this location.

Worst ice cream, if it even is ice cream I have ever had!!! No menu in drive thru, ordered cookie dough and there was NONE! Not even cold...save your $$$and go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

I havent had Coldstone in years and the ice cream was still as delicious as I remembered. Its a little small inside so I suggest planning in ordering and then taking it out.

They have a Coldstone sign out front but nothing on the drive thru menu for Coldstone and no menu available at the window. Not thrilled. Staff was less than helpful and seemed irritated that we didn’t have our choices memorized. We will not be stopping by this location again. Findlay location is way better.

You should not have to print coupons when it says nowhere on the email that you have too. Went here for my birthday and had a birthday coupon and they would not accept it because it was not printed off. I would give them less stars if I could! Also, the Findlay, OH one is so much nicer and the employees are awesome and will accept all coupons!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an ice cream establishment. First, all of their ice creams are advertised in waffle cones. I ordered a waffle cone and was told that they didn’t have any, so I got a sugar cone. The employee used the DISPLAY sugar cone which was stale. He then proceeded to fill my cone with a plastic spoon. He asked my friend if he wanted any toppings, but I asked for Oreos and did not receive them. Would not recommend anyone going here and will for sure never be back.

They really need to shut this place down. Line takes FOREVER! Theres been multiple times where its taken them over 10 minutes to get me a coffee & donut. Workers are normally rude/non-interested. Not very welcoming, Im always afraid to go because they dont ever have enough workers.

LIARS!!! Online and sign on door says open 24hrs, I drove all the way across town at 3am for coffee and donuts I was assured at 8pm that day that yes they would be open and THEY WERE NOT OPEN! There wasnt even a sign saying will reopen at (fill in the blank) drive through lights were on everything looked good to go but when you pull up to order no one answers. Its freaking bull $*^#. If your gonna close say your closed or turn the lights out and fix it online! YOU ARE NOT OPEN 24HRS!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manger Roberto is rude and places blame on the customer instead of taking responsibility for in correct information on website.

Definitely should not be able to claim “open 24 hours”. If I could rate -10/5, I would. The past 4 times I’ve tried to go on a late night ice cream run (late being 10pm) the doors are ALWAYS locked and no one is around to answer. That isn’t even that late. The drive through is also abandoned at this time but for some reason there’s an employees car in the lot. This is the absolute worst establishment in town. When I’ve called to complain the manager was extremely rude and whenever I’ve been able to go inside, the employees are always goofing off instead of attending to customers. Will never be returning. Corporate needs to step in and get new staffing or shut the place down.

What a waste of time maneuvering to get there only to find out you can NOT create your own. Will never visit this location again. FALSE ADVERTISING. The person on the intercom said, Thats not how we do our ice cream. I wonder why TF its advertised as CREATE YOUR OWN!?!?!?!?

Been here a few diffierent times with less than pleasant results. The first time it was 11:00pm-ish and my friend and I wanted to get some late night ice cream (it’s supposed to be open 24 hours). When we pulled through the drive-they the person in the speaker said that they didn’t have any ice cream. I think they just didn’t feel like doing the work.Another time I went with my fiancé during the day for ice cream. At least they were open and serving ice cream this time. But the ladies working very quickly with little prompting began badmouthing their coworkers that work during the night and how they don’t stock before leaving—very unprofessional. The waffle cone bowls leaked all over everything almost immediately in my car. I couldn’t hardly enjoy it because I was racing to keep it from melting on my car. And it did not taste very good either.Third time I went there for the Tim horton’s Half. I tried to ask a question about the Oreo iced Capp. And the worker there kept interrupting me with stupid jokes and sarcasm, then didn’t hear my question correctly and proceeded to ring up my order wrong.I was extremely dissatisfied. I will not be going to this establishment a fourth time.

I arrived at that Tim Hortons Cold Stone creamery at approximately10:45 p.m. and the place was already locked up in the Tim Hortons part is supposed to be open 24 hours to my surprise not only could I not get the ice cream I wanted or I would not have been able to get coffee either I am very disappointed I will not return

Did not have any coffee ice cream and no bananas if 0/5 were available thats the score they deserve those employees were left without the means to do their jobs shame on the company!

The display cooler was out of order. The ice cream cone I got the paper wrapper was permanently stuck to it. The server seemed largely in different to waiting on customers.

Everyone working there seemed kinda of depressed
