Each time I have been there, not only was the product exceptional but the staff was as well. They have something called apup cup. Its free and time consuming for your animal so you can sit and enjoy yours, or at least make it homeπ . Thanks Krispy Kreme for liking me and my dog too!
Always reliable and a great office treat. The donut holes are the perfect size for the runner to get all the goodies for the rest of the office. The coffee sizes for the office are easy to carry and everything is set up well. Be the office hero and use Krispy Kreme to surprise your team.
When I use to come in here you always got a free donut when they were fresh. They were coming off the belt when I went in but when I asked about the free donut I was informed that you only get a free donut if you show a covid vaccine card. I dont think its very fair to change something youve always done to pander to todays society. On a different note, the donuts were good.
Ive been to Krispy Kreme more in the last three weeks than in my lifetime - all because of their awesome incentive of one free original glazed donut daily just for showing your vaccination card! The employees at the BG shop are helpful and super friendly. I can only imagine that heaven smells as amazing as this Krispy Kreme - yet another incentive to do the right thing... π

Took my daughter here. The staff was friendly and the donuts were good. They were patient with my daughter being indecisive which is a big plus for me. She wanted a variety. The coffee was pretty good. Hard to hear the woman at the register but were all wearing masks so thats to be expected.
Very nice and prompt staff. I absolutely love Krispy Kreme donuts and jumped on the opportunity to grab some since we dont have any within 300 miles of us. The staff was very lovely and welcomed us quite nicely. The donuts of course were fluffy delicious and sweet. Probably over kill to buy 2 dozen to freeze for later but it was worth it. You never know what youre missing out till you move away and you dont have a Krispy Kreme near you.

Why is it when you go thru the drive thru, they are $9.99 a dozen if you place an order online they are almost $3.00 more and it says free delivery we love them but not enough to pay almost $13.00 a dozen.

Everything was good except for the lady taking our order. She really needs to slow down I wouldve ordered more but she just rushed us out of there.
Ordered two drinks and they were both so bad. My boyfriend had an iced caramel coffee and it was well beyond just needing more sugar, it was bitter and left a long after-taste in your mouth. He couldnt drink more than a sip. We dumped the whole thing. It really tasted like the coffee had been very, very old and perhaps burnt!!! The other drink was a lemonade chiller, I expected it to taste like lemonade but it tasted like sour lemon candy. It just wasnt good.

Good donuts, the typical sweetness that is Krispy Kreme.The only reason I gave it 4 stars was I ordered a mocha frappicino. It was made incorrectly and instead of offering to make it correctly they handed it to me and said oh well.

How could I not rate Krispy Kreme 5 stars? This is a standard KK donut shop. Every time we drive by and the frying light is on, we stop.
When they closed the Krispy Kreme in Owensboro my momma was crushed and I told her whats the big deal they sell Krispy Kreme donuts at Walmart and Meijer. Well I picked her up some glazed donuts last week when I was in Bowling Green and I ate one, and Ive gotta say there is a huge difference between fresh and what they have in stores like Walmart. They were so good I ate half the box.

Went through the drive thru tonight and placed my order. They were out of the first three things I ordered. After choosing something else and finishing placing my order and paying, I was then told they were out of what they just let me pay for so I had to choose something else again. Drove 15 minutes home and the order was still completely wrong. Very unsatisfied.

Well-known for its plain glazed (look for the its hot red sign to get yours still warm), my wife prefers their kreme-filled over their custard or jam/lemon/chocolate filled. A great place to have the little ones watch the glazing process through the glass windows. A must-see for National Donut Day, the first Friday of June!
A newer, modern facility. Very clean, efficient, and very nice staff. The latte was near perfect and the apple fritters are awesome.
Mostly good experiences except when ordering online. Half of our order was completely wrong and was not ready when we arrived an hour after placing said order.

I went in to get two dozen donuts for a meeting. The lady at the counter I could barely hear her, so just to make small talk while I picked out an assortment of donuts I asked if she was sick! I payed for the donuts, and before I could get to the door i heard a laughter, I heard another lady ask another did you hear her, she then repeated what the one lady who waited on me said the next person who asks me if Im sick Im going to cough in their face and after she said that I heard more laughter. In my personal and professional opinion, if employees speak freely of this nature while at work then they might actually contaminate food, if threatening to cough in someones face. Barbara is the name on the receipt. I called the store within the hour of leaving and asked for the General Manager, I was instructed she would not be in until friday and I could call back then, I politely asked the lady (said she was a supervisor) to contact the GM and ask Her to give me a call, so I left my contact information. Three hours had passed and I never received a phone call so I called back to the store and the same gal answered, Andrea is Her name, I asked Her if she contacted the GM she informed me she had done so, and that the GM would not be calling me because she did not want to call from her personal phone! (She could of blocked Her number) just my personal opinion.

Krispy Kreme never disappoints and this shop in Bowling Green lives up to the standard. The staff was pleasant and the doughnuts were hot and delicious. When were traveling and a Krispy Kreme is nearby, we like to stop. We had a great breakfast here and it got our day going right.

When warm, they will melt in your mouth. I ordered 200+ doughnuts last time I visited. They were very helpful with using coupons and how to make my order less expensive than it could have been. Also joked me up with plenty of free hats for my daughters doughnut party.
Hot light was on, one reason we stopped in. Had to wait almost 5 minutes for donuts to start rolling out. No line. Just waiting on the donuts to be ready. This is the 2nd time. It happened the last time. These were late day visits.
I was really excited to find a Krispy kreme as I hadnt been to one in years. They were not with it. They tested like theyd been cooked in old oil.
They only get 3 stars because this location has very inconsistent filling amounts. The decorations and icing also is really inconsistent. But the customer service has always been good.
When we drove by the light was on. We went inside to get our free Krispy Kreme hot off the line. We were told that the corporate stores do not give free Krispy Kremes when the light is on, only franchise stores do that. So, we were a little disappointed in this. We feel that Krispy Kreme corporate has let us down. If the franchise stores can afford to do it, surely the corporate stores can also.
