Awesome ice cream but I always feel like Im in the twilight zone when Im in there. 👽

Great ice cream but not the friendliest people in the world. Very stuffy weird vibe always inside. Very uncomfortable feeling. Just doesn’t feel warm and welcoming

It is ice cream, it is baskin and robbins and it is yummy. It is also what you expect from a chain, clean,friendly and polite. good selection and they do cakes to order as well as stock cakes.

Bowlinggreen location:They don’t give samples anymore, they make you wait outside in line. Makes for an unpleasant customer experience compared to what it used to be. They don’t clean their outside tables which is posted on a sign on the door. Not a good first impression approaching this location. It makes this Busniess appear to have very low standards and restrictions are not up to date with current government mandates. There’s no reason to not give free samples and make people wait outside. Many other places of Busniess are not doing that anymore. I give the employees 5 stars. I give corporate management over this facility’s policies a 1.

Not only do I go for a mocha blast every day, I go because the location is owned and staffed by amazing people who truly go out of their way to put smiles in your day. This location is so much more than ice cream, it’s a business filled with people that take pride in a great product and even better service. I’m thankful for small businesses that go out of their way to make a difference in the lives of people in our community. I know that they bring sunshine and smiles to mine. ❤️

This has always been one of the nice family outing places to take the kiddos and Im sure will be for many years to go...there might be a better ice cream place in town....but this one is often easier to get to and still pretty good stuff!

This place never ceases to amaze me! I know that the friendly employees will always greet me with a smile (even under their masks)! They have such a welcoming environment! This will be forever my favorite place to get ice cream!!

Staff was very friendly and they had spaces marked for social distancing inside.

Each time Ive come Ive had the same older woman help me, each time shes rude and I really wish B&R would get rid of her. Me along with friends have complained about her, no reason for someone to be so disrespectful.

Baskin Robbins is the best. Its prices are a bit high, but it has a good quality, not to mention the selection of flavors. Even though Im not a nut fan, there were still plenty of flavors to choose from.Location is great for a college student too.

A little pricey for what you get. Kind hard to get in and out of the parking area. But the ice cream was perfect. Kids and parents love the ice cream

This Baskin-Robbins was the place that my wife and I had our first date (too many years ago to recall when to confess -- but, of course, I do remember). B-R really hasnt changed much since then --except for the menu items increasing and the few of the old flavors have been either renewed or replaced.

I love the $1.50 scoops on the 31st months. My only complaint with their building is how small it is, both the building and the parking lot are really small so when they get a crowd, you can hardly move. Its an odd place for a restaurant because its hard to get to, but its the only one in town. Mamas making cookies is my favorite ice cream there by far.

A variety of unique and typical flavors. Approx 8 inside seats and 4 tables outside. Great location

Service was excellent but our orders just didnt taste very good during either of our visits.

There was great customer service. But, the seating in there is so close to where you order, so if someone was in line they would have to move somewhere for you to leave; or else you would be stuck.

Expensive but good food. At this particular location a very long line. Seems like they needed more help.

Great staff very hard working gets people in and out quickly has almost all icecream in stock and has handicap parking also does great on listing to what you order and will check to make sure its correct and never has an auttiude !!! Been going here since I was 7 and always has been a blast never dissipointed at all YOU WANT SOME AWESOME AND AMAZING ICE CREAM COME HERE YOULL WANT TO COME MORE OFTEN THEY HAVE ALL DIFFERENT CONES AND SPLITS ALSO SMOOTHIES AND SHAKES !!!!

Bad experience. Kept scrapping the bottom of the tub to get enough ice cream for a milkshake. I ask to change to another flavor, but she wouldnt. But, they would give me my money back. Strange.

My husband & I went to your establishment this evening at approximately 9:45 PM. There was a double line waiting to be served. When it was my time to order at approximately 9:52 I ordered a sundae and a blast. I was informed that I could not have a blast because the blenders were turned off. But while I was standing in line another customer was served a blast. We are regular customers at your business, but I am rethinking that decision. I understand your staff wants to go home as I work also but I dont understand being denied a product before closing time. I am not very happy and considering taking my business elsewhere.The Carters

1st, WTH os up with Google maps taking me to BFE and no baskin robins in sight? I happen to find it on the way back to interstate and got the beat customer service. I always order a hidden menu item no longer offered but they will custom make. A chocolate blast, and its delicious! They knew the recipe! Win for me, now fix the address so google knows where u are!

Honestly, I come here on rare occasions. But they always have the best icecream options in town.

Love Baskin Robbins they have the best Ive cream but the only problem is its way overpriced I could get a sundae McDonalds for like a buck instead of $3-4 but it was a hot day and the kids wanted some Ive cream so I splurged for once(being the cheapskate I am lol).
