Very busy drive thru and several guests in the dining room. Good efficient staff too order and filled it in five minutes 👍Good place for a quick bite!

My girls and I always hit this place up when we visit Bowling green!!! It’s always amazing and the workers are very sweet too. Delicious,comforting, & energizing coffee and food.

I normally don’t leave reviews for chains because you pretty much know what you’re getting, but I stopped here while driving through, and this store had the friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. (If a manager sees this, I came a little after 2 the day I’m writing this review).Also, the service was speedy, the facilities were clean, and my order tasted great.

My cappuccino was delicious and the pumpkin bread was warm and hit the spot. Thank you

Overall pretty great experience. Customers are very friendly. The store is very clean. The employees really care about your beverage quality and your day. I ran into the store manager at this location and she is a very pleasant individual to speak with. Probably the only negative is the constant fluctuation between the very very cold air and the humidity in the building. My flat white is always perfect. The young man I believe Derek in the Drive-Thru knows my order.

I LOVE THE TRENTA MANGO DRAGON FRUIT LEMONADE!!!!!!!!! Its my favorite and I get it every time I go and sometimes a pink cake pop.

I love that this Starbucks is on the way to work, it is truly the best one in town! Mobile order ahead, walk in, or drive thru, they are all efficient and delightful. The staff is absolutely stellar and seems to work well together. Its nice to know even early in the morning whoever takes my order will offer a smile, and my drink will be made just how I like it, and usually handed out by Adam, who is just lovely. Thanks for being there, you all are great!

Never been a fan of coffee but this tasted good!

The slowest Starbucks drive thru I know of. Twice Ive pulled in and left after a few minutes of waiting without the drive thru line moving.

I am not a Starbucks person by any means. I probably go once every 5-6 years (not intentionally lol, I just thought about it for a second). I don’t drink coffee but I’m addicted to tea so I gave this location a try. Definitely glad I did because everyone was friendly and upbeat even though inside was so empty without customers. I will be back once inside dining is open again as there are no outlets at the outside seating.

Always a pleasant experience at this Starbucks! Definitely the best in town, despite the parking lot that can be frustrating at times. Not their fault, but miserable design. The staff make it worth it a hundred times over though, be it early in the morning, middle of the day, or late at night, a smiling face is always offered.

Amazing staff, always happy and cheerful. Quick ordering and service. Only problem was the drivethrou; but it moved nicely..except for people ordering complicated and long orders. Got 2 big coffees and was super hot and waiting for me when I paid.

They double charged my debit card in the drive thru, but made it right after I saw it on my statement.They might try holding the device and allowing the customer to run the card instead, like some other Starbucks have done.

They were VERY busy, but still got me in and out in just a few minutes.

I have the friendliest cashier. She helped me pick out the perfect drink and showed me how to redeem a birthday treats on the app.

This place was super crowded and just the wait time made me super duper mad. I just left as I saw so many cars and lots of people around the place. My goodness no protection from covid-19 at all. A time waste. My friend really really wanted a cup of something and I had to go somewhere, so I couldnt wait that long!

Decent service and was busy just not the level of friendliness I have come to expect. Drink was ok but no thank you as I was handed my $5 pumpkin latte. Could improve with just a few customer service tips or maybe it was a bad morning. Easy on and off I-65 north or south.

The wife loves Starbucks so we go and she goes. So far nothing to report bad about them. Staff is always friendly in my experience. Never been inside because Im afraid I may burst into flames but give it a try if you want. Ive never heard bad about them.

They are kindhearted and thoughtful, weathering any grumbly customers with patience.Their diligence and love for coffee shows, and we are lucky to have the wonderful environment that theyve fostered.

The lay-out was terrible. The few outlets that they did have were not anywhere that you could use without blocking a walkway. They did have a couple that were ideal but if course those spots were taken. It was a small place. Other than that no complaints.
